The breakfast they say they offer isn’t there. The pool is shut down. The staff is pretty straight forward so don’t expect like a huge greeting or niceness.

Walking in there was construction everywhere which closed the pool and breakfast bar. In the room were stains on the carpet and bed sheets, holes in the wall and our window was cracked from corner to corner. There were also roaches crawling on the walls and doors which I showed pictures of. When trying to make a complaint to the front desk, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. It was a very bad stay and will not be going back or recommending to others.

Reservations were made through Expedia. When I got here they didn't have my reservation, even though it was guaranteed. Staff was not very friendly, and there were no amenities as advertised. No breakfast, no swimming pool, no vending machines, couldn't get extra towels, etc. Four days stay, no maid service. The one positive was that the bed was extremely comfortable.

This property should be closed, second floor is closed off by yellow tape, broken glass all around exterior. Out room has holes in the wall, broken glass in picture frame, the toilet was loose and wobbled, there were dirty towels hanging on the back of our bathroom door from previous guests,a half empty water bottle left on bathroom floor. Dude, there\'s a hole in the bathroom ceiling! Major leaking damage, water puddles everywhere. Trash in the halls. No ice machines that work(or are clean). I punched my foot on the exposed tack strip going into the bathroom. Cigarette burns everywhere in the "non smoking" room. And the whole place Smelled like a $2 had station cigar. I just needed a rack and a shower for my work trip, but don\'t expect much more than that. Felt like a crime scene

Was a terrible repair, outlets didn’t work, there was no coffee maker, no blankets, the room was very dirty, and we had to request cleaning supplies so that we could clean it ourselves because they didn’t even have housekeeping to send. Everything about this day was disappointing, and like being in a Third World country.

This property looks like it should be condemned. Our room was filthy. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty. Inside of drawers were sticky. We had to clean it. There was not even any housekeeping staff available. The one of two people working on the site gave us cloth and cleaning supplies. The outlets don’t work there are huge patches of wall that are plastered but not painted. There are spiderwebs hanging from the ceilings. The bathroom tub looked to be 100 years old and having been repaired several times over the decades, every layer of repair was visible. It has been taken over, perhaps by new owners, but should not yet be open to the public as I don’t believe it would pass any inspection. Outlets don’t work. We had to request blankets because they were not in the room. There was no coffee maker in the room even though they advertised and thought that there was. They don’t inspect their own rooms. The whole place is a shambles.

Make sure to check pictures and call for accurate answers! This place was terrible!!! I would not recommend anyone staying here at ALL. I called because I was told by a family member that there was construction going on and when I called the front desk I was told there was no construction going on until arriving to the place and find out that one side of the hotel was in construction and the other side was still in operation. I did not like that the rooms weren’t decently clean. The bathroom did not look decent at all: there was weed buds on the floor in our room and probably on our bed under our sheets, tables, etc were very dusty, luckily I brought cleaning products because that is what I bring anytime going to any hotel. The bed was not clean and I requested for another room only to be told that all the rooms on the first floor were booked and they used a comforter to cover what appears to be either weed buds, patches of dead skin or something very weird. Honestly this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at and I stayed at way better hotels that were affordable and more clean! Again, please read all reviews and make sure to ask plenty of questions when you call. Even though me and my family went to this place on a weekend the fact that the area was sketchy basically said enough and at night you have to really find the street because it’s kind of hidden off. Another too, this hotel did not offer breakfast nor did they let us know about any breakfast times! Do not waste your $

We walked into our room and left immediately. Blood stained mattress, mold in multiple spots of the room, mold in the nightstand, mold in the bathroom, hole in the wall with a q-tip sticking out, stains on everything including walls, broken door locks, bathroom looks like it was broken into, all the metal was rusted everywhere, toilet not even cleaned, boarded up windows everywhere, caution tape in the lobby. I’m pretty sure this place must have had the roof collapse at some point because there was water damage all over the ceiling in the room and common areas.

If you’re looking for a place that has extemely dirty carpet, holes in the walls, mildew in the shower, and ROACHES, then you have definitely found your spot. This is perhaps the nastiest hotel in all of Ohio. Buyer beware. OMG!

BED BUGS!!! BEWARE I was willing to forgive the dirty bathroom and the leaky AC that made the room smell like mildew, but my family woke up in the middle of the night with bug bites on our arms and legs. We left immediately. Ruined Everything. And when I told the staff why we were leaving he didn't seem surprised at all. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

I liked absolutely nothing about this place, including the fact the pictures they use on Expedia are deceptive.. Walking down the halls I could see holes in the ceiling from what appear to be water damage.. There was no apparent work being done to fix it.. The bathroom tub was hideous, it had what appeared to be mold on the walls..The toilet seat had burn marks and it appeared to be unsanitary.. I'm shocked that this place can still do business.. .

First off the room was dirty had cobwebs in the corner. We spent the first night freezing the heater didn't workthe knobs were missing I didn't see anything till the next day when I asked if we could have another room because the one we ran had no heat. I was told there was no more rooms they would send somebody in to fix it nobody ever showed up. Luckily I hit a pair of players in my truck and was able to turn the knob but barely any heat blew out of it because it was so dirty air couldn't go through it. There was a drawer broken out and missing in one of the tables no hair dryer fire alarm was missing off the wall. I'm kind of glad they were missing me half of the light bulbs in the lighting was very poor I would have hated to see what it look like under bright lights.

This property needs some major repairs and updates. The carpet is stained as well as the bath tub. The toilet rocks when you sit down, the second latch lock is broken and the faucet fixtures are opposite. On the positive side, The bed was comfortable but the coverlet had makeup stains. The ice machine is stellar.

The windows on the second d floor of the building were boarded up. I walk in the building to check in and the smell of marijuana is abundant. The carpet of the room was stained and dirty, holes in the doors, carpet around edged are frayed, the heat in the room couldn’t be controlled, it was way too hot!! Light switch cover cracked and part missing, the smell of marijuana over powering. I won’t be staying her or recommending this hotel to anyone

If you want to see a haunted hotel this is the place. The hotel was awful. The rooms are in the basement. There are spiders everywhere. Not to mention a roach was in the dresser. The pictures that they advertise for this hotel are not this location. I false advertisement! This place needs to be closed down. Everything in the room is just ran down. Lord and DONT look under the bed. These rooms look like a 3 year old “attempted” to clean them. Stains everywhere, dirt around the floor boards, ceiling cracking, tub just trifling, electrical issues and NO breakfast, pool or additional services.

Staff was unfriendly. The bathroom had no toilet paper. Went to the front desk and asked for a roll. The guy said at the front desk said he's busy and to come back later while he's just playing on his cell phone. Our room was so dirty!! There was empty alcohol bottles on top of the wardrobe, a metal spoon over the chair cushion, under the mattress there were food crumbs and the pillows had sweat stains on them. There were multiple more problems with the room!

We drove up to the property and found windows boarded up and the area deserted. The area is sketchy. We could not, in good conscience, stay there with our young children. We immediately made another Expedia reso at a nearby hotel. We expect a full refund as this property is not in keeping with expedias standing.

I did not stay.I left immediately upon my arrival once i saw how the room was and where they had placed us in the far back of the hotel dark and gloomy not safe at all!!!. Carpet was dirty bed seem unmade not up to my expectation. Pictures are very deceiving on website.

I cannot believe you have this hotel listed on your site! It smelled, the bedding had spots on it that made it look unclean, the wall had a patched hole, lamp had stains. We didn’t arrive until 2:30am , it was heard to find because there was no sign visible from the road. It was not clean. I was very unhappy with this stay

Make sure to check pictures and call for accurate answers! This place was terrible!!! I would not recommend anyone staying here at ALL. I called because I was told by a family member that there was construction going on and when I called the front desk I was told there was no construction going on until arriving to the place and find out that one side of the hotel was in construction and the other side was still in operation. I did not like that the rooms weren’t decently clean. The bathroom did not look decent at all: there was weed buds on the floor in our room and probably on our bed under our sheets, tables, etc were very dusty, luckily I brought cleaning products because that is what I bring anytime going to any hotel. The bed was not clean and I requested for another room only to be told that all the rooms on the first floor were booked and they used a comforter to cover what appears to be either weed buds, patches of dead skin or something very weird. Honestly this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at and I stayed at way better hotels that were affordable and more clean! Again, please read all reviews and make sure to ask plenty of questions when you call. Even though me and my family went to this place on a weekend the fact that the area was sketchy basically said enough and at night you have to really find the street because it’s kind of hidden off. If you want to see a haunted hotel this is the place. The hotel was awful. The rooms are in the basement. There are spiders everywhere. Not to mention a roach was in the dresser. The pictures that they advertise for this hotel are not this location. I false advertisement! This place needs to be closed down. Everything in the room is just ran down. Lord and DONT look under the bed. These rooms look like a 3 year old “attempted” to clean them. Stains everywhere, dirt around the floor boards, ceiling cracking, tub just trifling, electrical issues and NO breakfast, pool or additional services.

Nothing still using Covid as an excuse to not even have coffee or breakfast and had to go to 3 rooms first one was nasty 2nd the air didn’t work and the third well everything worked but it smelled like body odor and bed felt like I was sleeping on a concrete floor

Was a terrible repair, outlets didn’t work, there was no coffee maker, no blankets, the room was very dirty, and we had to request cleaning supplies so that we could clean it ourselves because they didn’t even have housekeeping to send. Everything about this day was disappointing, and like being in a Third World country.

This property looks like it should be condemned. Our room was filthy. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty. Inside of drawers were sticky. We had to clean it. There was not even any housekeeping staff available. The one of two people working on the site gave us cloth and cleaning supplies. The outlets don’t work there are huge patches of wall that are plastered but not painted. There are spiderwebs hanging from the ceilings. The bathroom tub looked to be 100 years old and having been repaired several times over the decades, every layer of repair was visible. It has been taken over, perhaps by new owners, but should not yet be open to the public as I don’t believe it would pass any inspection. Outlets don’t work. We had to request blankets because they were not in the room. There was no coffee maker in the room even though they advertised and thought that there was. They don’t inspect their own rooms. The whole place is a shambles.

The rate was the best thing about this property, everything else was a P.O.S. The pictures on line was not what the hotel looked like today. It was run down, bathroom ceiling was water stained and falling down, tub looked like it had been painted, the toilet was too big for the space and not secured to the floor, we had to rotate the toilet in order to close the bathroom door. Mini fridge & microwave was dirty. The security door latch was broken off we put a chair up to the door. 2 coffee makers with no carafes, neither 1 of them worked, No hair dryer, facial tissues, no ice bucket but the front desk gave us a garbage bag to put ice in. Travelocity should be a shame of yourself for having this dump under your name!!

The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes.

I drove all the way up to to visit my family from Baltimore and I will never return back to this place again this is the type of hotel where you need to carry your gun. Stay away! Hotel stunk. Room had no working deadbolt. They said they didn’t have another room for us but parking lot was empty. Trash in hallway. . Broken windows. Missing ceiling tiles in bathroom. Dirty. Broken fire alarm. Absolute nightmare!! We left- was not worth being kidnapped.
