Fortune Beachfront, Puri - Member ITC Hotels' Group

Unfortunately, my experience at Fortune Puri fell short. Major issues arose with the shower (interrupted hot water supply, slippery floor), a non-working flush, and erratic air conditioning. On the positive side, the beach access and the hotel's Zodiac restaurant and its friendly restaurant staff were definite highlights.

Nice hotel right next to the beach. Room was upgraded on our arrival. Food options are limited otherwise rest is good.

Partial sea view room. Value for money is very low since room size and bathroom size is very small. Taj instead is a way better property. There were 2 buildings so breakfast was across the road walk everyday. Very uncomfortable. Further, on the day of check out they call me at 9.45am and ask to check out at 10 even though the published check out is at 12 and they didn’t even inform at check in if the published time was wrong. Sad experience.

A very nice property at the Sea beach. Staff at the reception especially Soumya was very helpful

The staff were great and the service was prompt. We loved our stay here!
