Not much bad to say. Minor inconveniences are that the springs on the bed are getting old, the pool was quite small (but pleasant), and there was no breakfast. The first room I was given turned out not to have been cleaned yet so we were given a bottom room (though staff told us there were none available when we requested one to begin with.)

Location worked really well for Zion. Pool was nice and open even in mid October. Breakfast was sub- par with only waffles, cereal ands toast. Ice machine was broken and, based on previous reviews has been broken for several months.

The first room they put us in hadn't been cleaned. They moved us to a different room and the A/C unit sounded like a freight train. Parking lot was dirty/muddy and filled with potholes. Rate was low, but probably won't stay here again.

Beds were so hard my hips still hurt. After just one night. Definitely needs new mattresses. Walls are very thin and you can hear people talking in the rooms next door. Pool and hot tub were advertised but the hot tub has been removed and filled with concrete. The pool has no water.

It was near a restaurant that we could walk to. Pool was closed during our stay. Had to ask for wash cloths everyday they would only give 1 wash cloth per day. There were 2 of us and we dont share a wash cloth!

Decent Stay for the Price This hotel is definitely on the older side and could really benefit from a major renovation. That said, it was one of the more affordable options in town, which made it a reasonable choice for a short stay. The room itself was fairly clean, and the surrounding area felt safe and wasn't too bad. However, there were no breakfast options available, and the pool was not operational during our visit, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it was just okay — nothing fancy, but it did the job for the price.

Website makes it look much nicer than it is. One of the property rooms had a leak and lots of black mold in the ceiling. The pool was advertised as open but was closed the whole time. Lady at the front desk was impatient and talked too fast. I’d seriously consider lodging at a different location if money is not too tight. It’s doable, but I will not be returning.

The checkin was a breeze, the motel is older. the room carpet had questionable stains that could use a good carpet shampoo, bathroom was clean, My biggest problem came from the numerous spiderweb/cobwebs around the door frame on the inside

The property needs some touch up. The room is not as clean as I expected. We got a room where the tub was clog with hair. We had to remove the hair for the water to drain. The walls could also use some painting. Paint was peeling off from the restroom. Carpets and floor need to be vacuum. Hair from previous customer was on the floor and sink. Refrigerator was not cleaned out.

A/C unit grate is broken which is a safety Hazzard for young children (see photo).I guess they thought new paint would freshen up the room. Nobody at reception counter, they had to be called by phone. The desk was a mess. Check out was a basket you placed your keycard in. They offered free breakfast, but based on the overall appearance, I ate at the restaurant that was in front of the hotel. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN!!!!!!

We had originally booked this hotel for our visit to Zion NP. The fellow at the front desk was very friendly and we had no complaints, but this is where it stopped. We got into our room and noted that the bathroom was in very bad shape, tile was cracked and it did not look clean. The door to the room had very large gaps to the outside letting a lot of light and possible bugs into the room. When we sat on the bed it sank a great deal and creaked loudly. The last straw was when we looked at the inside of the entry door, it was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We have never done this before, but at that point we decided we just couldn't stay there any longer. We were so unhappy with the condition of this room that we booked another hotel and didn't give the Super 8 a chance to move us to a better room or try to make it right. Of course we ended up being charged for two hotels for two nights, but it was worth it to not have to spend any nights in this first one. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great 1 night stay. Very clean. Probably the cleanest bathroom of anywhere I have stayed. Good neighborhood behind and police dept across the street so i felt safe. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant next door. 5 stars would stay again.

We stayed in one of the suites and it was nice having the extra space. The jetted tub was so nice! Definitely used it every day! The outdoor pool is very cold. We tried to go swimming but it was to cold. Overall it was a great stay for the price!

This place was good and i loved it at first. Then the night came. The room next to us gave us a very rough time. I called the front desk and they called the next room right away to take action. But the core problem was the the sound proof of the room. My room and the room next door had a door which connected the two rooms and it made it extremely difficult for us to fall asleep as we can easily hear the guys next door talk. Had no sleep that night.

I don’t expect much from a Super 8. I’m getting a great price so I don’t expect an amazing experience. That being said, the room was very clean and nicer than I expected. Finished were all a little newer, the beds were great, and I’d definitely stay there again in the future. So if you are looking for a great budget hotel, this is a great spot!

The room was clean. The TV did not work, when asked at the front desk the clerk said "I could call the technician", Me: How long would that take? Him: "I don't know, couple hours maybe, I don't know." Available ice machine did not work, when I asked the clerk if there was another one: "No, there's no working ice machine, it's been out a couple of days" There was a electric vehicle that was plugged in behind the ice machine, not sure if that had anything to do with the ice machine not working. Where the smoke detector used to be there were wires hanging down. The shower was pretty much a slow drizzle.

Noone at the front desk to check us in, I physically had to go find someone. Issued a room key, open the door and it occupied, go back to the desk wait for the guy to verify (like he didn't believe me) and get assigned to another room, no apology or anything

BED BUGS, dirty, old, and poor service! STAY AWAY! My children and I recently stayed at this hotel. We had booked two nights, and arrived late. I could tell that the room was not very well maintained and I found dried stuff on the table surface, indicating that the cleaning is sub-par. The mattresses felt 50 years old. All this would have been bad enough. When we woke in the morning, I discovered little bugs on the sheets of the bed. A google search confirmed that they were bed bugs! I took several photos as proof, then went to the front desk and requested a refund for my entire reservation- the night we had stayed, and the second upcoming night. The desk clerk was apologetic and refunded my money. He informed me that they had just had the pest control over the past week- he was trying to appease me, but it only made it worse to know this is not the first problem they've had; obviously they aren't dealing with this situation! I thought the incident was over at that point. However, when I checked my card charges, I found that, while they had refunded my two nights through Expedia, they had re-charged me a higher rate for one night! I contacted them directly with photo evidence, and they finally refunded me completely. None of this paid for the suffering we went through with bed bug bites for the rest of our trip, the hardship and expense of finding another hotel on short notice, or the cleaning I had to do to make sure we did not take bed bugs into our house. STAY AWAY!

Not much bad to say. Minor inconveniences are that the springs on the bed are getting old, the pool was quite small (but pleasant), and there was no breakfast. The first room I was given turned out not to have been cleaned yet so we were given a bottom room (though staff told us there were none available when we requested one to begin with.)

Perfect place for a few nights stay. Nothing spectacular, but did the job. The rooms are a bit dated and the lighting wasn’t the best but overall it was fine. I wish the breakfast offered a few different options rather than only cereal, toast, apple or orange, or a waffle.

Location worked really well for Zion. Pool was nice and open even in mid October. Breakfast was sub- par with only waffles, cereal ands toast. Ice machine was broken and, based on previous reviews has been broken for several months.

This place is exactly what you would expect from a super 8. It was average all the way around. The parking is somewhat limited and sits right behind a gas station with big chug holes to avoid. The room was decently clean but the room was not in good shape with paint peeling off the walls and door. Lots of wear and tear on the furniture. The staff were nice but during breakfast the waffle liquid was out and they don’t bother to refill, etc. the dining area is super small and can’t accommodate very many people. No fruit even. Some toast and cereal is about it. Don’t have high expectations

Tv sucked. All old stuff.Shouldnt have streaming. Have to pay for anything decient to watch. Breakfast sucked. No yogurt, no fresh fruit no biscuts and gravy.

Good location to Zion and it wasn’t dirty which are the two things I cared about the most. Check in and out was easy. Parking was convenient. AC wasn’t the greatest. The bed was okay as the bed was super springy and the blankets were extremely thin. I wouldn’t rely on the hairdryer here as it hardly blew any air. However it was a cheap place to stay.

Had everything we needed to pick up groceries at Walmart on our way in from Kolob canyon, had breakfast in room, packed sandwiches for lunch, in Zion, ate at Main Street cafe twice! Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Washed a load of clothes in about 30 minutes.
