Great place in the heart of Calgary. Clean, quiet with beltway staff and service. Stayed many times and will stay there again.

We had a gold room which was very spacious. The very high cost gave access to the gold lounge for breakfast and evening light refreshments. To our huge surprise it didn’t include wine or beer. A glass of wine cost $26 -the most expensive I have ever experienced. In numerous club room stays in many different countries this would be the least value for money. Even the standard rooms are very highly priced in comparison to other central city hotels.

Had a small problem with the TV. Management followed up with me promptly after I checked out and all was resolved. Great facility and great customer service. I Highly recommend this classic Fairmont Hotel (or the ones in Toronto or Whistler as well)
