Pool was absolutely packed, it’s filthy and the restaurant messed up our room service and after an hour I called and asked how long I have to wait for the other persons food, was another 20 minutes, when one person eats and the other doesn’t is not a great experience

Staff was very good. Check in was very fast. Room was clean. Hotel was very kid friendly. Went to the restaurant and prices were very reasonable and food was very good. Pool area was clean with lots of towels which they kept replenishing.

Always enjoy my stays at the Deerfoot. Check-in Staff are friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful when needed. Beds could stand to be replaced as the room I was in they are starting to sag. They also have electric car chargers on site which is nice but they need to be faster to be useful. Will be back for sure.

Our room mattress was in horrible state. Super soft completely worn out. I was going to complain to have it changed while there but I didnt. The pool water and hottub water was not very clean. Poor maintenance. The stupid mushroom wouldnt shut off made the noise at the pool unbearable. Should have a timer switch. Ironically the nasty hot tub had a timer switch which it didn't need and the mushroom didnt. The kids said the slide was good but the rough pool floor bottom gave them both brutal blisters. Hopefully the clean the pool before you come but water shoes not a bad idea.

The fridge in the room we just checked out of is definitely leaking as the carpet was all wet in the room. Also, the bathroom in the room when we checked in had someone else's hair in the tub when I went to run my daughter a bath last night, and someone's hand prints were on the far bed headboard looking as it was not wiped in between stays. The pool area also had a lot of slippery spots where somebody didn’t clean up something. We love your hotel and choose it pretty mist every time we come to Calgary with family just it lacked in cleanliness this time it seemed which has never been an issue in the past. Just a few things to bring to the staff's attention, thanks!

The coffee maker in the room did not work. The doors to the rooms close hard and are very loud, especially when your neighbors are coming in late or up early in the morning. The mattresses are horrible. They are broke down and uncomfortable. My husband and I kept rolling to the middle. My friend’s room had a crappy mattress too.

Was next to noisy, busy road. Shower curtain fell and hit me on the head first time I showered. Fridge is noisy at night. Could hear air on from another room at night and people walking above me at 6am. Room doors need better springs so they don’t keep slamming shut.

Traveled from Vancouver to Calgary and let the hotel know we would be arriving late. Upon arriving late as we said I was greeted by a grumpy front desk clerk who made checking in terrible and made us wait 20 mins before we were able to get into our room at 3 am. When I told this clerk we were notified by the manager of the hotel and expedia that we could skip the check in due to it being so late and us travelling for 14+ hours. This was not the case and when i mentioned to the clerk I was told we would be able to just grab our key and get to our room which would be ready for us. Well it was not. The cot we requested wasnt even in there by 315 and my child was extremely irritable because she was tired. To add insult to injury the clerk was very rude, his excuse was he was new. There was no extra pillows or blankets provided for my 3 girls who slept on the pull out and cot, so my husband and I just gave the two from the king. When i asked front desk clerk if we could get 3 more pillows to accommodate my kids and he told me there was none left in the building. I find that very unlikely as this is a casino resort with 300+ rooms. Also, I paid nearly 300 dollars to be treated like that. I will not be returning and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here unless you like being treated like crap after a 15 hour day of travelling. Waste of money.. should of just stayed at a motel in calgary!! Better treatment.

The room was big and comfortable but what I was really impressed with is the service. We were going to a wedding and needed to be on our way right at check in time, I called the night before and they arranged to have our room ready two hours early at no extra charge. Above and betond

I asked for my receipt at checkout and the gentlemen at your front desk wouldn’t give it to me as he said I booked through hotel.com and he could t (I have stayed here numerous times through the hotels.com app and got my receipt everytime upon checkout until this time). Don’t have time to argue with people at checkout at 6am for my receipt.

Stayed here on my way out of Calgary. Great location. It was quiet, the staff was friendly. For a 4 star hotel I expect better amenities and a more updated room. But it was a good hotel that served it’s purpose.

Stayed here on my way out of Calgary. Great location. It was quiet, the staff was friendly. For a 4 star hotel I expect better amenities and a more updated room. But it was a good hotel that served it’s purpose.

The experience was good. Noisy hallway and freeway for sleeping but things were clean. It was a good hotel for the price. Definitely want a car if you want to do things as nothing is really in walking distance.

It was OK. nothing special. No designated parking for hotel guests. I didn't have to but I assume some guests had to park on the other side of the parking lot. It's a long walk with luggage if traveling solo.

I stayed with my children, and have to say the pool area is excellent! A great place for parents and families to travel. The in house dining was a bit astronomical in my opinion so we ate off the property

Most everything was pretty great, with the exception of the restaurant. It was getting late so I went to order food to take back to the room, about 20 mins before closing at 9pm. Waitress said it’s not too late & asked if I’d like them to deliver to my room so I didn’t have to wait around. I told them yes thanks, that’d be great. I waited & waited & waited & finally got a call from the front desk at about 9:30pm saying they were sorry but they weren’t able to make my order because the cooks went home. What the heck? Obviously not at all impressed. Everything else was really great.

Staff was very good. Check in was very fast. Room was clean. Hotel was very kid friendly. Went to the restaurant and prices were very reasonable and food was very good. Pool area was clean with lots of towels which they kept replenishing.

Beds are not comfy, rooms basic, need to renovate omg kids everywhere! Restaurant was super slow. Ordered a tenderloin steak medium, came out so dry and overcooked, complained and manager says can i buy u a glass of wine and picka up the bottle from our table that we ordered and proceeds to pour in my glass, so in other words, she did nothing about it. Thought she would be funny. We waited a long long time for our dinner too. Then next morning we waited and hour and a quarter for our breakfast to arrive. Food tasted good but we should have been compensated for our wait.

We stayed to watch a show It was clean and beds comfy They should provide a duvet on the bed though. A light comforter isn’t enough imo Also having an option to use a microwave would be great but not paying $15 to use one. The staff were friendly, accommodating and kind. The event space was great, the casino is huge.

The pool was great and well maintained. The rooms were clean. The bed was sagging and the pillows not that great. The buffet was overpriced so we ordered off the menu and the food came cold. But other than that it was good.

Disappointed that the pub in the casino was closed & the hot tub was slimy. Staff were friendly but had to wait over an hour for a manager to release the tickets for the family deal to go to Callaway Park
