We stayed for one night after my mom got surgery in Calgary. Her surgery finished sooner than anticipated. We phoned regarding early check in and was told it would cost $30 (no problem - just wanted somewhere for her to lay down). Upon arrival, this fee was actually waived and we did not realize until checking the card charge. We thought this was super kind considering our circumstances! We asked for an extra blanket so she could sit in the chair in the room. Housekeeping delivered within minutes! The room was actually perfect for her recovery. She was able to sit in the chair (needed to keep her head raised), connect to the TV, and relax post op. The room was spacious and clean. There’s other amenities that we did not use, but we did utilize free breakfast and the coffee machine in the lobby. This was also great as we could bring a meal up to the room for her. All the staff were super kind and welcoming. The location is also quite central, which works for most. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The property was very clean, but in an area that is a bit difficult to access. I was greeted by two staff members, one was professional, while the other was very nice. The amenities were great for the price. The distance to downtown was not too bad. If given the opportunity to stay again, I would. Although I rated the place as 4 of 5 stars, it's more like 4.5 stars.

They barely managed to return the security deposit. This is the only hotel out of the 10 I’ve stayed at that held onto the deposit for almost 30 days. All the others refunded it within 1–2 days.

The hotel was easy to find with ample parking. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Hotel is only a few minutes from a transit station to save driving into the city Room was large (we had the 2 queen beds). Very clean and plenty of tea and coffee in the room and coffee also available in reception. WiFi stable and fast.Enjoyed the breakfast- plenty of choice and was kept well stocked even at busier times. We didn’t use the pool or spa area but it looked really good. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.
