Zeer ruime hotelkamer in degelijk gebouw en geluidsarm. Aan de rand van de Altstadt met barretjes en restaurants. Gratis parkeergarage onder het hotel. Ook vlakbij het Sempachersee met boot verhuur en strandje. Enige reden waarom geen uitstekend voor comfort is het ontbreken van airco. Er was wel een goede ventilator maar met de hittegolf deze zomer en geen mogelijkheid om ramen tegen elkaar open te zetten voor natuurlijke ventilatie misten we dit wel.

Wow, what fantastic staff, and that is only the start. Nicely located a short walk from the train station, this hotel does things in a very personal way. Help yourself to coffee and cake whenever you want. Filtered water to top up your bottle before your day out. Hearty and plentiful breakfasts to set you up for the day. On site secure parking and exceptionally clean barely warrant a mention with so much to praise. No on site restaurant but plenty of great food within 5 minutes walk

Der Aufenthalt war gut, personal sehr freundlich. Morgenessen sehr gute Auswahl und genügend vorganden. Parkieren mit dem Auto war gut,gratis Parkplätze. Eine kleinen hinweis, das rauschende Radio beim morgenessen könnte man durch DAB auswechseln oder durch Spotify ersetzen. Kleiner Kühlschrank im zimmer währe top. Aufenthalt im Hotel Sursee ist sehr zum Empfehlen. Vielen Dank

We stayed one night on the way from UK to Italy. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable and there is unlimited tea, coffee, chilled water. The members of staff we came into contact with were very helpful and spoke good English. The parking in the underground car park is free with a voucher from the hotel.

Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund eines Geschäftstermin gebucht. Alles war soweit ok. Zwei kleine Dinge haben mich etwas gestört. Der Duschkopf spritze auf alle Seiten, sollte ersetzt werden. Und als ich nach dem auschecken noch einen Kaffee trinken wollte, musste die Maschine zuerst gereinigt werden. Da ich aber nicht warten wollte/konnte verlegte ich den Morgenkaffee auf einen anderen Ort. Das Parkieren war kostenlos, WiFi hat ebenfalls tadellos funktioniert. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Hotel in ottima posizione, rivisto negli arredi ma privo di aria condizionata. Colazione varia ma industriale. Parcheggio dottorando comodo. Personale attento disponibile!!! Tanto potenziale ma da rivedere… Capitati anche nel periodo di rifacimento stradale adiacente hotel… ma nn informati.

Comfortable bed, Clean room but a bit small for 4 of us. Friendly staff, especially Romania. She allowed us to check in early. They’ve got luggage storage which is good. They offered food up to 10 pm which is great. Very good breakfast, lots of choices.

Receptie vriendelijk, kamer netjes. Sanitair wat gedateerd. Helaas was het water lauw. Onze kamer (073) lag op de begane grond, naast de werkruimte van de ontbijtzaal. Dit gaf heel vroeg, om 6u al geluidsoverlast helaas. Twijfel of we terugkomen.

Nettes Personal, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück ausreichend. Preis-Leistung ok. Leider lagen unsere Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, direkt vom Speisesaal ausgehend (ohne Trennwand o.ä.), sodass es morgens sehr laut war.

Good hotel but quite expencive for what you get. The breakfast is very low key and the pillows are so soft that when you put your head on it then your head just falls through to the bed.

Bij aankomst zagen wij gelijk dat de omgeving prachtig is. Receptioniste onvriendelijk, onduidelijk. Gaf het gevoel dat zij niet alles weet. Kussen van bed zeer slecht, veel te dun. Geen koelkastje, Aan 1 kant van het bed geen stopcontact.

De bedste anbefalinger herfra. Skønt hotel. Gode senge og yderst venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Der er mulighed for at hente kaffe, the, vand osv. Man kan sidde i haven. Morgenmad er god med forskelligt tilbehør.

Ook vlakbij het Sempachersee met boot verhuur en strandje. Enige reden waarom geen uitstekend voor comfort is het ontbreken van airco. Er was wel een goede ventilator maar met de hittegolf deze zomer en geen mogelijkheid om ramen tegen elkaar open te zetten voor natuurlijke ventilatie misten we dit wel.
