The small apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a bedroom, a shower bathroom, and a small hallway. In good weather, you are welcome to use the terrace with a bench, table, and chairs. Barbecuing is expressly allowed. The house is new, and therefore the apartment is also modernly furnished. In addition to fast Wi-Fi, there is digital television, a fully equipped kitchen, and underfloor heating for cold days. From the terrace, you can access the pool. Besides sunbathing, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool. Please ensure that all children can swim. The pool is about 1.50 meters deep and 5 x 3 meters in size. Bicycles can be stored in the garage, and the electric car can be charged with up to 11 kW for €0.50 per kWh. Please note that a tourist tax of €1.10 for adults and €0.55 for children aged 6 and over is payable on site.
