Hotel Eden Palace au Lac

Breakfast was very poor value for money @ CHF26. Plenty of items available but the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm at best. Expected better for approx £25…but that’s Switzerland pricing, I suppose

Mountain View was super impressive! Room was clean, and staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The ambience of the hotel brings you back to the charm and luxury of hotels in the past, without the large price tag. I would definitely stay there again.

This felt like such a glamorous and historic hotel, we were on the first floor with a outdoor patio that overlooked Lake Geneva, and the beautiful landscape mountainside. The staff was super friendly and informative, and they never acted like they were bothered by our inquiries. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, and for all the comforts and amenities, I think the price was more than reasonable! It was probably my favorite stay over my one week travel through Switzerland. The lake path is right there, so the location is extremely convenient, and you can basically walk the lake path to get to any place in the area, including Chillon castle.
