Amazing room! View of the Matterhorn, soaking tub. Hotel was very charming

The owner of the property and all the staff make guests feel so welcomed, like staying at someone's home. Smiles, kind words, advice on how to spend an afternoon, just amazing. Wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Excellent stay.

Great place to stay the only complaint would be that the spa tub was cool water only and very small. Sauna was good. Room was very clean and large. Food was good in the restaurant on location.

We found it strange that the property offers a gym but it is a 15 minute walk that needs to be booked 1hour before. Not as convenient as advertised. The restaurant is also in the main entrance so if you’re ok with the smell of fondue cheese then it shouldn’t be a bother. The hotel does smell like fondue cheese throughout because of this. One other thing we found strange was the staff asks you don’t take your room key off property. We were asked to leave the key on a hook in the front lobby (which is right down a hall from the Main Street/next to restaurant). We felt uncomfortable leaving our room key with our room number on it out in the open, especially with no staff at the front desk the whole time.. just seemed risky and not ideal. Room was spacious which was great!
