Great location, cute and clean hotel with lots of amenities. They had a fitness center, spa and great continental breakfast. There was also a restaurant attached with patio seating. We had a cute balcony and our room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

I like the decor of the rooms. I also visited the sauna, which was nice. However, there was no space to change clothes, so I did not enter. I wish they would separate the men's and women's rooms.

A lovely hotel a few minutes from the station on the main (car free) street. The room was large and clean. It had a small balcony, but the view is of other buildings. We could just see the tip of the Matterhorn. Large luminous bathroom. Good continental breakfast.

Cutest hotel! The room was spacious and so clean. The receptionist was so helpful. When she realized that we were checking out before breakfast the next morning she ordered us a to-go sack. Our balcony had a view of the Matterhorn! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was an excellent hotel for a stay in Zermatt. Located close to train and most things you need. Nice reception for check in. Elevator to room. Our room was on of the best stays on our trip. It was room 40 and had a balcony on Bornerhoffen and views of the Matterhorn from a window. Very clean. Secure. Quiet with windows closed. Large room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and is also above standard with excellent coffee. Overall value for money in this country.

Lovely old, well maintained inn, classic with modern touches. Included breakfast was very good, dinner in the restaurant excellent. The only con is that the sun poured in our room and it was very hot with no air conditioning. Next time I'd shut the curtains in arrival and open the door as the sun went down.

very nice stay, with beautiful views. sadly no AC so was a little rough at night because leaving the window open you may hear noise.staff was kind enough to let me borrow a fan which helped very much! good size room and bathroom for 3 people. Close walk to the station. enjoyed our stay very much.

Cute and with character. Very spacious room for Switzerland- really quiet. You can ask for a tea kettle for your room and the staff will be happy to provide. Pillows are a bit lumpy, though.

We found it strange that the property offers a gym but it is a 15 minute walk that needs to be booked 1hour before. Not as convenient as advertised. The restaurant is also in the main entrance so if you’re ok with the smell of fondue cheese then it shouldn’t be a bother. The hotel does smell like fondue cheese throughout because of this. One other thing we found strange was the staff asks you don’t take your room key off property. We were asked to leave the key on a hook in the front lobby (which is right down a hall from the Main Street/next to restaurant). We felt uncomfortable leaving our room key with our room number on it out in the open, especially with no staff at the front desk the whole time.. just seemed risky and not ideal. Room was spacious which was great!

Very nice hotel. The check-in was not pleasant as the staff insisted they would not commence check in for all guests until exactly 3 pm. Excellent property and centrally located. Our room was upgraded and staff were friendly and helpful. They had to do multi-tasking at front office, restaurant, concierge. Breakfast was delicious, the only downside was some flies around food.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, excellent location, beautiful room with loft area and a balcony. Since we had an early train and missed breakfast hours, they packed us a to go bag the night before. Couldn’t have been nicer!!!

Excellent property and centrally located. Our room was upgraded and staff were friendly and helpful. They had to do multi-tasking at front office, restaurant, concierge. Breakfast was delicious, the only downside was some flies around food.

Great location within 8 minute walk to train and 15 minute walk to gondola, very centralized. Great breakfast! Staff friendly and helpful with questions. Would definitely stay again. Shopping and restaurants all around. Nice hotel restaurant as well.

One of many similar properties up and down the street leading from the train station. All with their own hotel restaurants. Staff nice enough. Breakfast great by American standards. Ordinary by European standards. Nothing wrong here. Amazing skiing facilities and snow condition when we were here in Mid-March.

We loved this hotel stay! The dinner and breakfast were at the hotel were the best we had anywhere in Switzerland. The mini spa was a bonus that we enjoyed. Will return in the future!

Best customer service, excellent breakfast, clean and spacious accomodations, dining options, and lots of positive vibes all around. We had views of Matterhorn and Breithorn from our balcony. Beyond my expectations and thanks to all the friendly staff.

Great place to stay the only complaint would be that the spa tub was cool water only and very small. Sauna was good. Room was very clean and large. Food was good in the restaurant on location.

We found it strange that the property offers a gym but it is a 15 minute walk that needs to be booked 1hour before. Not as convenient as advertised. The restaurant is also in the main entrance so if you’re ok with the smell of fondue cheese then it shouldn’t be a bother. The hotel does smell like fondue cheese throughout because of this. One other thing we found strange was the staff asks you don’t take your room key off property. We were asked to leave the key on a hook in the front lobby (which is right down a hall from the Main Street/next to restaurant). We felt uncomfortable leaving our room key with our room number on it out in the open, especially with no staff at the front desk the whole time.. just seemed risky and not ideal. Room was spacious which was great!
