Breakfast was awesome. Huge selection. Good food. Bed was comfortable and had nice warm comforter. Shower had good pressure. Great place to stay and great price.

To arrive late at night and have to wait 1,5 hour in a terrible long line for checkin, due to the hotel lack of personal available (and actually get that as an excuse, in a very impolite manner, with no compensation whatsoever) was one of my worse experiences in a hotel ever. I would recommend Ibis Guarulhos Airport Hotel, but never this one: IBIS BUDGET GUARULHOS AERPORTO
