Average hotel nothing special

Pros: The service was great! Buffet breakfast good selection. Near many restaurants and shops. Cons: the parking was shared between 5 hotels over our 5 night stay we were able to park there one time. We had to park a good distance away from hotel. I would not consider this beachfront, as there were a mini shop and restaurant between front door of hotel and beach. The beach was not very nice, if you are looking for a beach vacation this is not it, we visited multiple other beaches which were a million times nicer. The pool is way too small for the amount of rooms. The hotel was loud into the early morning hours, makes sense being so close to the nightlife. There was mold in the bathroom and carpet in hallways were disgusting. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The room was way too big for the small AC unit and it stayed relatively warm in the room.

This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. 3 with a push. Aircon broken on arrival. Bathrooms and room never cleaned once during my 4-day stay. At best, towels were changed and bed made. Nothing more. I even had to ask for a replenishment of shower gel. Luggage scattered around reception (no safe storage closet). Food was palatable…strange how the reception encouraged me away from their hotel food to their sister restaurant (for which I would need to pay). Convenient location. Don’t try use the balcony…with aircon unit on the balcony the hot air is uncomfortable to say the least. I will never contemplate staying here again or recommending.
