Urban Inn Capsule Madrid

10/10 would stay here again! Location: Centrally located and with in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Cleanliness: It was super clean! Someone was cleaning almost 24/7. Air conditioning: My husband and I are (unfortunately) American, so air conditioning is important. The first few nights we were there it was freezing, but that was remedied with putting on a sweatshirt. I’d rather be too cold than too hot. My only issue is in the women’s shower area. There aren’t enough hooks to put things so they don’t get wet. The floor doesn’t seemed to be sloped the correct way, so water gets all over the floor. There was a mop nearby that I would use to try to keep it from going everywhere. I’m not 100% sure I was supposed to use it though. It was still a great place to stay! Will definitely be staying next time we are in Madrid!

Hostel bem localizado, cápsula bem confortável e com chave eletrônica. Só de madrugada não tem ninguém pra auxiliar. Só atendimento virtual do lado de dentro do hostel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet nights sleep also
