We stayed here for the Sturgis Rally. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and bars. There is a small convenience store within a short walk. Sprocks, The Ruby, and Cruizzers are very close for restaurants. My only minor complaint is that there is not enough parking, and many parking spots are sloped, which can be difficult for parking a motorcycle.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the room was very small, and the shower rod was rusty. I picked it because of the fitness area (that was super tiny). my last complaint was no complimentary breakfast.

Great place and location! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are a tad small for a family of 4, but overall a great place! The pool was a huge hit with the kiddos. The workout facility was not maintained at all-my only complaint. The treadmill was disgusting-needed a deep cleaning. No towels in the gym, lighting was horrible and the clock needed batteries. They do not clean your room daily so if you have an extended stay be ready to ask for extra towels or trashbags. Not an issue at all for us, just wanted to note it for travelers!

We were very happy with our stay! Parking was not great, but the hotel was clean, they also offered coffee and muffins for breakfast! The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for the great stay!

This property is in a tight space between mountains, but they made it workable. Well kept, staff was great, pool & hot tub were nice. The only draw back was not serving breakfast. But they had coffee & tea at all hours at the ready & there were muffins.

Our biggest disappointment was in the workout room, pool, and hot tub. The "fitness" center was formerly a hotel room and had a few treadmills and elliptical machines in it. The hot tub was a mix of brownish foam and slimy green water. Needless to say, it was disappointing to not be able to relax in the hot tub after a 10-hour drive.

The only thing I did not like very much was that the pool was not heated, just when we arrived the weather and the icy pool were cold, but the rest was perfect.

The pool and hot tub area looked nasty. I woke up and found a mini screw driver in my bed. Our AC unit didn’t hardly blow and we had to go purchase our own fan to try and cool the room down. The conditioner bottle provided was empty which makes me assume the room wasn’t actually cleaned appropriately.

This is not a bad hotel, but needs updating. The outside eves to door ways are covered in bird nests so the bird poop on the sidewalks was tremendous and lots on cars.

They sell the parking lot space until 6pm to non-hotel guests so parking is a joke! They have a swallow (bird) problem, they could put up anti bird spikes to prevent this but don't, and birds are crapping all over your vehicles. It's dirty and not managed well, trash cans filled to the brim, I would go elsewhere!

Convenient to downtown and restaurants. The bathroom floor need a good scrubbing. The shower curtain rod is all rusty and needs to be replaced. We were there five nights and no one changed our sheets or towels. We had to ask for clean towels. Then when they did bring the towels, they didn't even put them in the bathroom. It wasn't a bad experience, but they could do a little bit better.

Convenient location. Our room was small but sufficient We had a room with a view of the indoor pool which was quite noisy up until 10pm so if you need to get to sleep early, bring ear plugs. The front desk was adequate but not super friendly or helpful.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool area, excellent location. We went during a warm and humid time, and we could not get the room temperature right. The AC unit could not keep the room cool and everything felt damp. Also didn't like how we couldn't use the AC and keep the fan on continuously. Had to either choose continuous fan, or AC that kicks on and off. Other than the poor AC and climate control, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very small room. Had to move coffee pot to bedside table to plug in. Small fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and bedding nice. No chair to sit on, no room. No grab bars in the shower or place to put shampoo or soap. No where to put suitcase on holder or floor, no room. No continental breakfast. Close to shopping and walking.

Save your money! Staff rude, restaurant not in building, short walk but if you’re ADA it’s hard. Parking was adequate until they pulled in a tour bus that took up no less than 12 spots. Did not get wake up call. Room was just ok. No place to put anything, 2 small drawers. Staff gave us wrong directions twice, thought they were being funny. I’m being generous with 2stars!

We had to go to the office twice to see if we can get pillows. The staff was busy being on their phones. Asked them please bring more towels and clean our room. I asked for 4 towels and got 2. My room didn’t get cleaned. Very poor service

Check in was smooth, staff friendly. Beds were comfy and room clean. We had a room with 3 queens, 3 couples traveling. Could have used something more to set our luggage on. Bathroom had a large flat area to set our toiletries/make-up bags on, which was REALLY nice. There is no breakfast at this hotel. But there is an attached restaurant to eat at. Parking lot is small and crowded. There is an elevator!

This property is in a tight space between mountains, but they made it workable. Well kept, staff was great, pool & hot tub were nice. The only draw back was not serving breakfast. But they had coffee & tea at all hours at the ready & there were muffins.

Budget hotel in Keystone. About 5-10 minutes drive to Mt Rushmore. Coffee was provided, no breaksfast option but close to several restaurants. No complaints.

The Ramada is at the end of the boardwalk are of Keystone. The beds were comfy and the pillows were perfect. We were surprised to see a jetted tub in the room. The onsite restaurant was really good. I will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making the entire town walkable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The free water and cookies through the day was a nice touch and saved my family a lot of money when filling our water bottles. The breakfast that was included was nicely done and I especially liked the 4 medallion size waffle option instead of one huge waffle. There was always plenty of parking and the proximity to areas of interest is much better than staying in a bigger town like Rapid City.

The hotel was nearly full sonparking was limited, but not impossible. Staff wrre helpful at check-in, our room was pretty clean except the floor. Floors throughout hotel were badly in need of cleaning. Restaurant was good.

We stayed for less than 24 hrs but this is my take away; check in was seamless and staff at front desk were pleasant and friendly. Room was on the smaller side - bed comfy, bathroom clean, towels neatly ready, bath amenities in shower were full and ready. Breakfast was enough for a road traveler. Yes property is on the older side but very well.maintai rd. No noise and other guests were pleasant. I would stay here again should I find myself in Keystone SD again!!
