One of the closest hotels to Mt. Rushmore, there are a few restaurants nearby. Parking lot would be tight for big trucks, trailers. Provided towels to clean motorcycles in a bucket next to the office!

I should have read the property reviews before I booked this hotel. I did not know I would be stuck carrying luggage up three flights of stairs. The hotel needs to notify people that there is no elevators. Inconvenient and a nightmare for older adults!

Hotel ist soweit gut. Lage ist ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Minuten ist man beim Mount Rushmore. Zimmer war in Ordnung, Frühstück ist bereits in Tüten abgepackt (Muffin oder Doughnut, Früchte). Für uns hat das gut gepasst - man darf hier aber kein vollwertiges Frühstück erwarten. Es gab wenig Parkplätze. Internet hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Motel property was decent. There was an error regarding the room so they upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. The suite, however, was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator- a little difficult for my wife who had a sore knee at the time. Staff was excellent though-very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the beds nice and firm and there was an abundance of HOT water!

The hotel is right at the heart of Keystone where there are lots of other activities you can do aside from going to mount Rushmore. It is very close to restaurants as well. They also have a laundry area which is also very helpful to us. The room is spacious for a family of 5 like us. One thing is that they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It would be hard for those that have knee problems or those that have a hard time climbing up and down the stairs. Overall it was a wonderful stay in this hotel

The motel was clean and quiet. Numerous food options at the other end of the parking lot. Within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, shops, displays, and things to do. In addition, it was the cheapest place I could find but did not sacrifice quality. A welcome surprise.

The property is extremely convenient in location. There was some bugs in the bathtub which I guess isn’t a huge deal but made me think where else are they. Everything else seemed pretty clean though.

The hotel is completely outdated needs major upgrades 1/2 of the staff was very nice the other half not soo much. Water pressure was much non existent. Carpet in rooms were filthy just needs to be replaced. They say they had new mattress but they were extremely uncomfortable. Asked 2 times for room service and never received it. Family of 5 (2) rooms we asked for more towels / soap staff gave a hard time. Brown paper bags with juice sippy cup and granola or stale muffins and every was sample size does not constitute a continental breakfast as advertised. Advertised as having a pool they do not have one. However all the door placards say they do. I would not recommend staying here. However the location is perfect.

Not very clean carpeting was dirty and wrinkled. My socks actually got dirty from walking on carpet. The bat sitting outside the door of our room was uncomfortable. Breakfast in a bag was a bit simple. But front desk was good and location to MT Rushmore great!

Great location, but the wall had poop on it when we first got there and not one did they come in to clean the room while we stayed there it definitely needed vacuumed daily since there were 3 three year Olds with me.

We had a room with 2 beds and it was a very large room! Not crowded at all. Pillows were amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the sink/large vanity area separate from the toilet/tub-shower. Clean. Breakfast was a "grab-n-go" bag. We loved that....came with a large water, choice of granola bar, large muffin or danish, peanut butter crackers or Goldfish crackers, fruit cup & orange juice! Plenty to keep you going until lunch. Staff were all super nice. If we ever needed anything we just asked the front desk. Steps away from lots of eateries/shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Both receptionists/staff we encountered were extremely friendly and super helpful with any questions we had. Got lots of great recommendations from them we would have otherwise not known about. The room was clean and comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated with the carpet but for the price it can’t be beat. A short walk to the main strip and far enough away it was quiet every night we were there. Not your typical hotel breakfast, but the grab-and-go snacks kept us going all day. We would definitely stay again!

The staff are the shining star here. They gave us a heads up about their limited check in time and were very pleasant when we stopped in the office. Breakfast/coffee was available from 8-10. It was a grab n go but there was quite a bit in there to start our day. Beds are comfy and there was plenty of hot water. Noise level was minimal as we were on the 3rd floor. Do not plan on watching tv as the only channels are whatever the antenna can get. There is a great deal to see and do in Keystone and this location is within a mile of it all.

The property is older and needs an upgrade esp their air conditioning! First suite was hot and only had one ac (suite). We were moved to 2 connected rooms and we left ac on 60 all night and it was just cool....they reall need upgrading.

The motel was clean and quiet. Numerous food options at the other end of the parking lot. Within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, shops, displays, and things to do. In addition, it was the cheapest place I could find but did not sacrifice quality. A welcome surprise.

This is so far one of the nicest hotel which is close to Rushmore and keystone down town…You are in the heart of keystone and super close to all bars and restaurants with a beautiful view…We enjoyed our stay. The only negative point was that they dont have escalators and if your room is in third floor which ours was you are supposed to carry yourself all the way up…This was the only problem for us while we were staying there. Besides they habe super friendly employees and the complimentary bag of goodies were well appreciated…it’s not your luxury four season hotel but I suggest stay for a night and enjoy the night life there…

Access to downtown Keystone was so easy...walkable... but key access to the Monuments was a few minutes away... center of it all and for a great price... Good Times...

The location was a few minutes walk from restaurants, stores and activities. From a block or so north, we could look back and see the side of two of the Mt. Rushmore faces. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is in a great location for getting to Mt. Rushmore with easy in and out parking. The office staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were disappointed in the fact that breakfast was a grab and go bag. It should be listed as such in the description so families can plan accordingly.

We had a room with 2 beds and it was a very large room! Not crowded at all. Pillows were amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the sink/large vanity area separate from the toilet/tub-shower. Clean. Breakfast was a "grab-n-go" bag. We loved that....came with a large water, choice of granola bar, large muffin or danish, peanut butter crackers or Goldfish crackers, fruit cup & orange juice! Plenty to keep you going until lunch. Staff were all super nice. If we ever needed anything we just asked the front desk. Steps away from lots of eateries/shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We were miss led about the quality of breakfast. We received a paper bag with a muffin and water in it for breakfast. The decking was in poor repair over all not a good value for the money. Disappointed!

Nice room, we could have used a microwave but we were able to use the one in the breakfast area. I’m not crazy about their breakfast - we’ve had much better choices at other Super 8 hotels. They give you a bag with a small muffin, small juice, snack mix, water and small fruit cup. No protein included.

War Okey, einfach, gereinigt wurde nicht jeden Tag, sondern nach Wunsch. Frühstück bekommt man in einer Tüte. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Einrichtung schon etwas älter.

Wellnit advertised comes with breakfast and it does not. It came with a grab bag of carious food items which were ok but our kids dis not like them. They shouldnt be adcertisimg free breakfast.

I did the online check in to speed up the check in process, which was nice. Front desk clerk was very nice. I chose this hotel because the website said breakfast was available, but then when we got there were told it was a "grab and go" bag. Available from 7am to 10am, but the office didnt open until 9am so we were out of luck as we left at 7am. Probably will not come back because the breakfast was the selling point. Otherwise it was clean, friendly staff, and a great location.

I was disappointed tat there was no breakfast offered (when I booked, I thought I had read that it was), even though the room was set up like there should have been breakfast. The second morning, I asked, and the lady handed me some to go bags. That's the only thing that I was disappointed in and not too many places to walk to for breakfast.

Check in was easy with reservation. Friendly staff for arrival and departure. Close enough to all the Keystone area has to offer. Clean rooms, quiet and safe. Minutes from Mt. Rushmore. Food, drinks, and local shops all within walking distance. Would recommend.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was spacious. The rooms are definitely outdated compared to many others in the area but it was also a lot less expensive. The sofa bed was a bit rough and flimsy. The breakfast was mainly granola bars and pastries to go. Easy parking and close to shops and restaurants.
