It was an extremely hot day so we searched out best western locations with a pool. Booked here and got to our room, unpacked and with bathing suits on headed for the pool. It was empty and under repair. Nothing was posted on their website. I was told by the front desk, Bree that was awesome, the only way to get our money back since we were leaving was to talk to the Manager Nicole. I'm about to call. I hope this process will be simple, if not....no more Best Westerns for me

There was no recycling bin anywhere and the air was filled with cigarette smells inside the hotel hallways. The pool was also closed and was notified after booking my reservation.

Great location and very nice facility. But there were lots of things out of order in the hotel (pool, vending machines, laundry facilities and some of the door scanners to enter the building). We didn’t plan on using any of these so it was not a big deal to us, but to others it might be. Otherwise great place to stay.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to restaurants for our one night stay. It did the job, but we were disappointed the pool wasn’t open due to structural issues especially since we had spent the day out in the heat. I can’t really fault them for safety, I just would have liked to know anh of time. Also, I booked and paid for a king months ago and was told there were no king beds available. Fine, we got two queens. However, friends who (booked the same day months ago) checked in about 15min after us got a king bed room. I don’t know how that discrepancy happened.

Great location close to the highway. Room was pretty clean but there was a dead fly on my nightstand and hairs on the shower wall. Second floor ice machine didn't work. Staff was friendly and it was one of the better hotel breakfasts that I've had. Lots to choose from and pretty good quality. It wasn't perfect, but I would stay there again.

Comfortable bed and clean room. A/C worked great. Breakfast simple but good. Two not good and greatly needed amenities, a working elevator and ice machines. My husband had to go to Walmart to get a bag of ice.

Really dirty, don't trust those saying is clean, it's not, i found bugs in my room, carpets dirty and horrible smell, people smoking weed all around. Stay away. Short staffed, they are kind though.

Had to run the bath water off and on for over 30 mins because human hair continued to come out of the drain. Once that finally stopped, couldnt take a shower without standing in a foot of water because it wouldnt drain fast enough. Had to reactivate my room key card every single day i stayed because they kept deactivating it. Furniture had stains all over the place and the chair for the desk was disgusting. Bed is on a metal hollow box frame that sounds cheap when you lay on the matress.

This is a nice location, with good local amenities, and it feels safe. The facility is in great condition and my room was clean, quiet, and well cared for by the staff. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is satisfactory. The pungent smell of "stink weed" or old cigarettes hits you as you walk the long hallway to your roam. The room it self was ok and did not have the odor. The breakfast, we got to the dining room at 8am, was scarce. The oatmeal is prepackaged and hot water is located in the lobby area. This hotel was accessible and did its job. I would stay there again if needed.

When you walk into the lobby to check in, the aroma of weed is very obvious. The shower walls were laced with mold. It looks like they add layers of caulk over prior areas of mold, instead of taking care of the issue. The water runs out the bottom of the sink about as quick as it runs out the faucet. As for the shower head, well that’s a cheap set up that has 2 options of spray. This hotel is definitely not one I would recommend, and has enforced my decision to never stay at another Best Western. It seems Best Western is not caring of their properties or customers.

It was conveniently located but the stagnant odor and goop in the bathtub drain as well as my socks being blackened from the carpet were less than appealing. Thankfully it was only for one night but we did pass on the breakfast.

We were not impressed. The hotel was not full and they booked the majority of the guests in same vicinity. The walls are thin and we had a connecting door which made it worse. The kids next door were screaming most of time. A/c would not stay on.

First room had a clogged shower (always check that first thing, a sign of inattentive cleaning - how do you clean the shower without see sitting water?). Second room fine, but the water pressure is almost non-existent. Tub faucet blasts but when you hit the shower it basically falls out. Glad I don't have long hair - neither regions take a while.) One waffle maker so with four people standing and waiting in front of me I ran over to McDonalds (last person was just getting their waffles by the time I walked back by to my room, just the wait you want that early in the morning). Otherwise clean, curtains don't close completely so there's bright light leaking in from all over. Would've been a good $80 room, but for $120? There are other options to explore for rooms in the area.

Awesome priced hotel to stay at while on a roadtrip. Great breakfast, shower had amazing water pressure, nice big guest rooms. Only thing that could have been better was the mattress… springs were poking us all night :(

Office staff and general manager were rude and did not give good customer service to people spend and stay more than a day or two. I will never come back here. Go elsewhere. Don’t waste your money and end up calling corporate on poor customer service. Night shift was missing and could not be found for help one night.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHECK-IN I HAVE EVER ENDURED.. literally ignored me for 20 minutes while they made personal calls on their cellphone and then took a front desk call while I was FINALLY checking in and walked away for another 10 minutes.. only to have another employee come and finish the process.. and if that wasn’t bad enough the entire stay we had to deal w the smells of what seemed to be dead fish in the building. The manager said it was paint, but I’m a contractor and there’s no paint that smells like dead animals.. the room was ok, but the bed was super old.. the only bright spot of the stay was Nicole’s ability to fix the issues her coworkers caused. There is a serious lack of professionalism at this establishment, and I wouldn’t want to be here again.

My husband and I were extremely tired from driving all day. We were definitely grateful for a nice room with a big comfortable bed. I'm so thankful for Hotel's.com because they always help me finding a room very easy. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Our breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Our overall experience was great thanks 😊

When we arrived and checked in there was no mention of any guest amenities not working. When we settled into or room, we discovered the internet was not working. A call to the front desk, gave us the answer, “ we are aware, IT has been called.” That evening, still no internet, different unhelpful answer. Also discovered refrigerator not functioning. Food left in the fridge had spoiled. Response was “we can move you to another room.” I am living with ALS, totally disabled - not practical at 9 PM.m At checkout, voiced all concerns and conditions. We were told the manager would call us. 13 hours later, still waiting for a response. Advice - check your room before you give them your money!!

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Good standard breakfast options. Room was clean. Excellent water pressure! Very convenient to I 71 and Louisville as well as dining and shopping near hotel. Was glad for the "continuous fan" option on the heating unit since without it on we could hear every conversation in the hall.

When we checked in, we asked about breakfast time. We were told it started at 6 a.m. we got up early to head out on our journey and went down for breakfast before 6:30. We were told it does not start til 7 on weekends. One lady appeared annoyed we were there and very abrupt. (We were disappointed as we had a very long drive ahead of us, but not rude or unfriendly. We knew it was not their fault we were given incorrect information.)We left without breakfast. Obviously the girl on check in desk made a mistake, but she was friendly and helpful. Also the shower was running from freezing cold to scalding hot. Otherwise the place was great. Comfortable clean and quiet.
