We experienced a wonderful stay at the Reigate Manor this weekend. We celebrated Valentine's evening there, and thoroughly enjoyed the Frank Sinatra Tribute dinner dance. We also stayed overnight. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was great. The king size bed was soo comfortable. The food served at the dinner dance was brilliant. Great care was taken with presentation, and the tables and room were nicely decorated for Valentine's evening. The service of the staff was exemplary. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely return.

Got a great rate with expedia. Hotel was good, and surprisingly empty. Room was clean, furnishings a little dated. Electric shower control was unfamiliar. Plenty of parking. Nothing much nearby, except a petrol station next door, on the main road Reigate Hill. About a 20 minute walk to the town centre. However, it was great for what I wanted. Free Easter Egg was an unexpected bonus!

Good location close to M25 Junction and a comfortable room at a good value price, not 5 star, but also not 5 star price so does the job. Nice bar as well will stay again.

Stay was ok until departure when a speeding car sped past the rear or my car whist I was reversing out of a tight bay in hotel car park, apparrantly taking a late member of staff to the hotel. Partly blocking the passageway the car stopped for some time to let the staff member out of passenger seat. As I was trying to get passed it it carved me up by turning right in fron of me . All very dangerous, Need speed limits in car park and staff should be advised about the dangers. This problem casts doubt on whether I stay again.

Lovely breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and attentive service. Rooms a little tired in places but clean and good value for money. Good parking facilities and a very good hair dryer in the room!

Great staff. Lovely building and large room. We didn’t eat there but saw another couples food and it looked delicious. The only downside was the stained mattress protectors in room 304. They need changing. Other than that it was perfect and priced right.

The receptionist was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The bed very comfortable, great shower, great hairdryer. Good towels, toiletries and linen. The room was very clean. It was little tardy in places but for the value I overlooked. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very convenient for the M25. Comfortable bed and good breakfast, smoked haddock excellent and very generous portion of smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Unfortunately room not over clean, there was dust on the cobwebs in the bedhead lights and the room not well serviced between sleeps!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Bed super comfortable! Excellent shower. Spacious room. Bedroom Could be cleaner and perhaps done up as a little tired looking. Repainted. New fixtures in bathroom etc. communal areas lovely so overall would definitely recommend.

My recent stay was a disappointing experience, as the property's exterior allure proved to be completely misleading. Inside, the hotel felt old and neglected. The room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of damp, and was not properly cleaned, as seen in the dirty shower head and un-vacuumed carpets. The lack of a working thermostat made the room uncomfortably hot, and I was forced to use a fan. For the high price I paid, the value was simply not there. Overall, it was a scruffy and uncomfortable experience that I would not recommend.

Really disappointed with this hotel and its level of cleanliness recently. Seems to be very dusty in most areas with bathrooms having stray hairs in and stains across the hotel. Could really do with some work- plus our toilet didn’t flush properly!

I booked a superior double room and was given what they called the bridal suite. It was a big room with a very plain 4 poster bed, and a very soft mattress. A little underwhelming and disappointing had I been a bride I think. The dressing table chair was broken and very uncomfortable, and I struggled to get the room warm. Cleanliness was good, and breakfast was fine.

2 night stay in the post new year lull, for a family funeral. No TV remote in the room. Card keys stopped working after one night. Fire exit door left wide open outside our room on bitterly cold night. Toilet cistern leaking onto bathroom floor. Very poor TV and bathroom noise insulation from adjacent room. Also noise from the adjoining petrol station and road, and early morning bin activity. Continental breakfast reasonable and fairly priced. Plenty of parking. Comfy bed.

It's been a bit refreshed but is a bit dated still. Room was ok, stain on the duvet cover which was a bit off putting. However - the real issue, buy a drink at the bar £6, I get another, get some food - and that when I noticed service charges suddenly being added without my approval and without any notification that they would include it! Next drink was nearly £8! I will be raising this with the hotel but be aware - I'm not impressed!

Our recent visit started on a bad note when the hotel tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid, the room was very noisy, there was an event on and I could not sleep. I had a terrible night sleep and woke up exhausted. The breakfast was average, not great. The hotel needs to do better. I will not be back ever again that is for sure.

Very late arrival after flight from abroad. Only 15 mins from Gatwick! Minor issues with night porter over payment at 2am but sorted out in the morning. Large comfy bed and excellent breakfast.

From minuses - The property is a bit dated. If you stay at the ground floor the parking is just through your window so can be very noisy. There is no zebra crossing on the road and no pavement on the side of the road where the hotel is so it is a bit dangerous to cross the road if you need to walk down hill (to work or to the train station). From pluses - the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room has new tea, coffee and biscuits delivered every day. The breakfast is really nice with lots of options.

We experienced a wonderful stay at the Reigate Manor this weekend. We celebrated Valentine's evening there, and thoroughly enjoyed the Frank Sinatra Tribute dinner dance. We also stayed overnight. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was great. The king size bed was soo comfortable. The food served at the dinner dance was brilliant. Great care was taken with presentation, and the tables and room were nicely decorated for Valentine's evening. The service of the staff was exemplary. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely return.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, service with a smile. An ordered cappuccino got forgotten, when I asked after it, there was much apologising and a free beer was brought out as way of apology which was appreciated. The lady on reception was really helpful. Our room faced the road so was really noisy. The breakfast was dreadful, was not freshly cooked, both our poached eggs were hard, the baked beans old and sausage dried out - they did offer something else, but I just requested a refund which was given. The manager did insist it was freshly cooked, but it 100% was not, but the complaint was handled well.

Lovely breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and attentive service. Rooms a little tired in places but clean and good value for money. Good parking facilities and a very good hair dryer in the room!

They had vacancies, but refused to change the booking and instead charged her again. OK, we finally sorted it as I needed to stay for a follow-up procedure two weeks later, and after intervention by Expedia, it was transferred. But it was poor quality customer service, and that tends to get reflected in everything else they will do

We were disappointed in our double room which was very cramped and not really large enough for two people. There is no air conditioning for use in hot weather. There is no lift and although this was not a pronlem for us it would be a problem for someone with mobility problems if they had a room upstairs like us. The breakfast was supposed to be available u til 09.30 AM. When we arrived at 09.00 AM the buffet was not kept stocked and we had to ask for crockery and items such as milk etc that had run out and had to be topped up. We have stayed at this hotel previously in a different part and the room was much superior to the one we had this time. Overall the stay was not as good as previously.
