I'm very unhappy with their attitude. I booked a room for my daughter from a hospital bed after an emergency admission, and the default date was a week out. They had vacancies, but refused to change the booking and instead charged her again. We were disappointed in our double room which was very cramped and not really large enough for two people. There is no air conditioning for use in hot weather. There is no lift and although this was not a pronlem for us it would be a problem for someone with mobility problems if they had a room upstairs like us. The breakfast was supposed to be available u til 09.30 AM. When we arrived at 09.00 AM the buffet was not kept stocked and we had to ask for crockery and items such as milk etc that had run out and had to be topped up. We have stayed at this hotel previously in a different part and the room was much superior to the one we had this time. Overall the stay was not as good as previously.
