Staff members around the place were very helpful but the rooms could do with a deep clean as they don’t smell too good once they are closed up for a bit. Over all the place was very cheap and the pool is a nice place to chill in before settling in for the night

Adequate facilities for the purposes of the stay of three nights. Cost friendly and comfortable cabins. The hot pool was definitely a highlight inclusive of price. The showers were a little tricky to use and having an information booklet to assist in knowing how to use them would be helpful. Hot showers require $2 coins.

On the Expedia phone app, nowhere in the details did it mention that you had to supply your own bedding, so that was a surprise when we arrived. Talking with the staff, they showed me the details on the laptop version which clearly stated that you had to provide your own bedding and towels. I showed them the phone version which doesn’t mention it at all. What was going to be a relatively cheap stay, turned out to be more expensive than staying at a hotel after having to buy bedding (sleeping bags as it was a very cold night) and towels.

I loved my stay at the smoke lake hot springs ,staff we very helpful awsome hospitality rooms were very clean. The staff were very busy with there daily chaos but still had time to make sure all there customers were happy. I would strongly refer family and friends to stay there and will be booking in the future to stay there.
