My family enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was nice and tidy when we arrived. We really enjoyed all the outdoor seating options as well. The option of renting the golf cart is great too. It made getting to the beach a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

It was comfortable and clean. Liked the decor. Liked the game room on the ground level. Appreciated the explanation of the entertainment system and how it worked. It was a great home base for visiting, as local relatives could come over to visit. Beach was a block away. we avoided the linen service fee by bringing our own linen and towels.

The house was exactly as expected from all the great reviews. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. Everything you need. And having use of the golf cart was definitely a plus. Gracious host...Thanks Bill.

The house was clean and well-stocked with every cooking tool and implement we could think of. A short walk to the beach, which was less crowded at that location. The grocery stores are close by, which is also a nice feature. I would definitely stay here again. Best of all, it's pet friendly.

Property was in great location only a short distance from shopping and Swannsboro. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach but advise cart rental to transport fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed screened in porch.

We had great stay. All was accurate on listing. A little further from ocean Than I thought but had golf cart which was awesome. We’ll stocked kitchen.

Very clean , host was very responsive and did accommodate us , allowed us to bring our 3 large dogs , allowed us to check in early , didn't like that in description said that there was a wood lot across street and there was two new houses being built and was loud and noisy all day couldn't enjoy sounds of ocean. Beds were not comfortable and master bedroom bathroom was very small especially the shower.But house was fully stocked and golf cart was nice. Would stay there again.

I don't have much to add to all the other reviews. It was completely consistent w/ how it is described and reviewed. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils and cookware. Was within easy walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and shopping. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I do recommend getting the golf cart, it made it much easier for accessing and carting stuff to the beach.

It was welcoming, clean and the little things (such as available spices for cooking, and coffee filters for the coffee maker) which made us feel immediately comfortable). Bill allowed us to check in early and even reached out, since I had never responded, to see if we needed linens. Thank you for a great week!!

My family and my sister’s family (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler) stayed in this house. We loved it! We especially loved all the cute and fun beach decor and the screened in porch. The bathrooms were a bit smaller than I expected, however, it worked out fine. Everything you needed was there and everyone stayed comfortably. The neighborhood was excellent, quiet, clean and so close to everything. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart if you’re staying there. We also would recommend the linen service especially if you are coming from a ways away. Thank you for a great week, we will definitely be back!

This home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay at the beach. A quick golf cart ride to the beach or an easy walk. Our first Thanksgiving at the beach and won’t be our last! Very nice property. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and to visit family that just moved to EI. Bill was great at communicating and responded quickly to answer any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic location with everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Bill is an excellent host who answers any and all communication almost instantly. Wonderful property for a nice weekend at the beach. It was easy to find and the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is walkable to beach, dinning and retail. We were able to bike to most places on the island. The outdoor space with shaded tree had to be our favorite aspect of the house. Bill/owner was responsive to questions and provided all information needed. Check in and out process was easy as can be.

Just got back from one of the best trips we've had as a family in a long time! The house was perfect. Great location and perfect weather. Bill was great to work with and very responsive in any questions we had before and during our trip. We would definitely book here again!

Had some minor issues day one that Bill responded to immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Property was perfect for a family of four. Golf cart was helpful to get to and from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Our area was severely damaged by hurricane Helene and it was wonderful to be somewhere with power and water. Bill was gracious in accommodating our stay. It allowed us time to gather ourselves and relax before heading home. Much appreciated
We enjoyed our stay. Our area was severely damaged by hurricane Helene and it was wonderful to be somewhere with power and water. Bill was gracious in accommodating our stay. It allowed us time to gather ourselves and relax before heading home. Much appreciated

Large, light and charmingly decorated house. Very short walk to a lovely beach. Clean and comfortable. We relaxed and had a great time. Owners were very accessible and helpful.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was nice and tidy when we arrived. We really enjoyed all the outdoor seating options as well. The option of renting the golf cart is great too. It made getting to the beach a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property for a nice weekend at the beach. It was easy to find and the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. The location was ideal for access to the beach and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and a perfect size for a family. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is walkable to beach, dinning and retail. We were able to bike to most places on the island. The outdoor space with shaded tree had to be our favorite aspect of the house. Bill/owner was responsive to questions and provided all information needed. Check in and out process was easy as can be.

The house was clean and well-stocked with every cooking tool and implement we could think of. A short walk to the beach, which was less crowded at that location. The grocery stores are close by, which is also a nice feature. I would definitely stay here again. Best of all, it's pet friendly.

Property was in great location only a short distance from shopping and Swannsboro. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach but advise cart rental to transport fishing gear, beach chairs, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors we encountered were very friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed screened in porch.

I don't have much to add to all the other reviews. It was completely consistent w/ how it is described and reviewed. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils and cookware. Was within easy walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and shopping. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I do recommend getting the golf cart, it made it much easier for accessing and carting stuff to the beach.

We've been coming to Bill's property for many years now. Always like home away from home.The whole family enjoys the house, it's cozy and warm. Another great summer had by all.A hop skip and a jump from the beach, just a short walk to the entrance of the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and Ive made friends with some of the neighbors...We love it here and will continue coming for many years to come!

The house was perfect for our family. It was very cute, clean and in an excellent location. I enjoyed the outdoor porch in the morning with my coffee. The use of the golf cart was perfect for the beach and the outdoor shower came in handy every day to rinse off from the beach. The hosts were super communicative and very friendly. I would stay here again!

Very clean, family friendly with a wonderful detached room with couch, chair , large tv and foosball table. My granddaughter loved it. Close to beach and great neighborhood . Easy to get to all kinds of stores, restaurants and activities. The only thing to me that's a negative no towels and wash clothes. Or sheets. I know you can get linen service but that's much more. Should have at least one extra garbage bag and toilet tissue for each bathroom.The garbage bag was very chincy. But overall we loved the place. We started doing vrbos for convenience but I think it's getting to point of a hotel has all the things you need. Only because you already pay enough for the home but now they are finding ways to add more money and more inconveniet if you don't get the linen service.
