I have stayed at Embassy Suite several times, but this location was terrible. The beige desk chairs were dirty with black stains all over it. Another big issue was the sofa bed, we were 5 people in the room, and we needed the sofa bed, but it was broken and would not open. We called the front desk, and a staff member came to check it. She tried too but then gave up and said that it would not open and that my son (6' tall) should sleep on the couch (which was two-seater). Another option she gave was to check-out and she would refund us, which sounded so inconsiderate because it was 12:30 am and we had a long day already. So we had no choice but use the couch as bed. Fridge in the room wouldn't close and leaked the whole night causing a big puddle on the floor. Next morning, we talked to the Manager, and he repeated the same things, but he also said that last night staff offered us a king bedroom (notes from night staff). We were never offered any help and when we asked for a refund, he said that he could only give us reward points, which were useless for us. Very dissatisfied with the staff attitude and not making any effort to help out guests.
