Room not so clean and kitchen Plate should replace to new one

The worst experience I have ever had in regards to a hotel stent and I was only there 3 hours. My room smelled like marijuana, the front door handle was very loose, the grout around the bathtub was brown/black and the carpet was wet. My room was not check-in ready and when I attempted to explain this to Alisha, she did not care to hear any of it and then called me "entitled." To make things more interesting, after pointing out the room's flaws and checking out, I was verbally assaulted by 3 staff members that chose to gaslight me and "kicked me off the property" hence as I was already driving away. About 10 minutes after leaving, a staff member calls me in an effort to rub salt in the wound stating I've been trespassed from the property.

While staying here it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and clearly stated no smoking allowed unless at designated areas. Our room smelled heavy of smoke the entire time and a neighbor was smoking right outside our room around the clock. There were ants in the sink after leaving one fork in there over night and the dishes were dirty before use. We felt gross and didn’t want to even shower here. Also reports a $10 per fee per night but upon arrive they charged $75 per night for one dog stating that that’s only for long term guests. They did give a slight reimbursement back for that when I asked. But the rest of the facility and room was not what was expected and just run down and not a comfortable stay. We were glad we were only here for one night and not an extended stay.

There is an actual kitchen and its fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. Really, really nice
