The staff was wonderful. The Breakfast was great..The room however is a different story. When we got to our room, the cleaning crew had sprayed some kind of room fresher. I suffer from alpha one lung disease and the smell was so strong it made my lungs burn. This is not a good place to stay if you have any kind of allergies or lung sensitivity. Also, in the middle of the night, the light beside the bed shorted out and kept flashing on and off. The shower was the only thing good about the room..

The room was clean and the staff were amazing. I’ve traveled a lot this year, and the staff at this hotel are the nicest I’ve encountered. I spoke a bit with Brianna in the breakfast area, and she was so kind and friendly. She really made my morning. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating as well. The only negative I would say is that the room seemed a bit dated. It was clean, but could definitely use a refresh.

Excellent place to stay in the Columbus, OH area. Lots of great places to eat with in walking distance. I mean like next door close. There is an excellent Japanese steak house right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. Love this place.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to good restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpful. The parking was atrocious though. We could not find a parking spot and had to drive around for quite some time to find one.
