Prefect hotel to stay! Is close to the stations especially we had a heavy snow period and easy to reach with luggage even we come from the station it just opposite!! Staff really friendly and nice ! Also with Sauna room is bonus!! The balcony is also enhancing the stays! Good view!! The only con is if someone neighbors talk in balcony is loud to hear unfortunately But overall we love it

Restaurant was closed for the season. We bought our own meals from the supermarket and ate at the lounge area comfortably. I especially liked the spa and gym room at the basement where you workout or rest your body after a long day of walk. The facilities are well maintained and clean

Excelente localização em frente a estação do trem para zermatt. Apartamento espaçoso com vista para a montanha e uma ótima varanda. Estacionamento grátis amplo atrás do hotel. Seguro. Fiquei muito satisfeito. A calefação do hotel é fantástica. 3 estrelas é pouco para o hotel.

Right across from the train station to get to Zermatt (about 10 min ride), great restaraunt attached to the hotel. Not much to do in Täsch, but great for getting to Zermatt. Beds were comfortable.

Check-in was quick and easy, and room was bigger than expected, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room to store / lock things; a side-door to an outside terrace with a table and chairs, and a great shower with plenty of pressure and warm water. Bed was cozy, and smart TV was new and viewing choices were abundant in several languages. The restaurant was usually busy, but they always found a table quickly for me (would recommend making reservations though). Service from the restaurant staff was excellent - friendly, attentive, quick, and helpful. Elvira was so helpful and friendly - as was most of the staff. I had dinner there all three nights, and was never disappointed. The soups, appetizers - and, in particular, the pizzas, were delicious - which was perfect after a day of exhausting skiing. Lastly, the location of the Matterhorn Inn couldn't be better. They are located less than 1 minute (right across the street) from the Täsch rail station. Will definitely return!

駅からすぐ近くで、ホテルのすぐそばにコープがあるのは非常に便利だったが、、 清掃後は、ベッドシーツの交換がされていなかったり、グラスも洗わずに濡れたまま元の位置に戻されているだけだったり、床に綿ほこりが落ちていたり、ルームクリーンの質に非常に不満がありました。部屋の空気の循環も悪かった。冷蔵庫がない。フロントはバーの営業と重なると対応に非常に時間がかかった。

It was so nice to get off the train and the property was located across the street. Better yet the Coop was next door. We had a balcony with a beautiful view, clean room, comfortable beds, and quiet night. We were able to leave our bags safely while we visited zermatt.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the railway station for access to Zermat where passenger cars are not allowed to enter. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that we encountered during our tour of Switzerland. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the booking so we couldn't sample the breakfast though it looked quite basic. The room was fine with a nice view of the mountains fronted by the other chalet-style hotels in the area. We missed not having air conditioning as it was very warm during our stay, but most of the time it is probably not needed. There is a small supermarket next door which was convenient. They have on-site parking as well.

Quarto limpo, vista ótima, ao lado da estação que vai facilitar demais sua vida! em 4 minutos eu fechava a porta e estava dentro do trem! Mercado em baixo do hotel praticamente. O que senti falta foi ter algum frigobar, mas como estava fazendo -4 , deixava tudo do lado de fora da varanda e resolvia rs

The room was good and conveniently located right across from the station. However, noise was an issue. We stayed in room 104, and there was constant noise, possibly from the restaurant downstairs, which stopped around 11 PM but started again in the morning. The room was also too warm, and we had to keep our terrace door open all night to cool it down.

Such Excellent Experience. Location is just opposite the train station which is easily connected to Zermatt in under 15 minutes. Room facilities are sufficient, tidy and clean. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The bonus point is that there is a gym and sauna, which are completely free. To summary, our experience in this hotel is worth every penny.

Leider konnten wir unsere Reise aufgrund schlechter Wetterbedingungen einen Tag vor der Ankunft nicht antreten. Wir haben das Hotel direkt kontaktiert, um nach einer Möglichkeit zur Stornierung oder Verschiebung zu fragen, aber leider keine Antwort erhalten. Die fehlende Kommunikation war enttäuschend. Wir hätten uns zumindest eine Rückmeldung gewünscht, ob eine teilweise Rückerstattung möglich ist. Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel in Zukunft transparenter und kundenorientierter agieren würde, insbesondere in unvorhergesehenen Situationen.

Hotel Matterhorn was quaint (botique style) and just steps from the Täsch train station. Trains from the Zermatt station are frequent and take you to all nearby attractions. Claudie was the first team member to greet us. She was a gem and welcomed us with a brilliant smile and open arms. Claudie gave us a small informational tour and left a lasting impression. The last day we had a question about storing our bags. I was relieved to see Claudie still at the front desk. Hotel Matterhorn, you have a true rockstar! She deserves all the recognition. Our room #202 had beautiful views of Täsch, looking right into the Swiss Alps - towards Zermatt. It was light, airy, and clean. Although we did not use it much, our private balcony was so cute. So happy with our 1 night stay.

Prefect hotel to stay! Is close to the stations especially we had a heavy snow period and easy to reach with luggage even we come from the station it just opposite!! Staff really friendly and nice ! Also with Sauna room is bonus!! The balcony is also enhancing the stays! Good view!! The only con is if someone neighbors talk in balcony is loud to hear unfortunately But overall we love it

It was so nice to get off the train and the property was located across the street. Better yet the Coop was next door. We had a balcony with a beautiful view, clean room, comfortable beds, and quiet night. We were able to leave our bags safely while we visited zermatt.

Restaurant was closed for the season. We bought our own meals from the supermarket and ate at the lounge area comfortably. I especially liked the spa and gym room at the basement where you workout or rest your body after a long day of walk. The facilities are well maintained and clean

Schönes kleines Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof - eignet sich also ideal für Tagesausflüge nach Zermatt. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Feiner Znacht, bei Halbpension sogar mit drei Gängen.

Hotel bem localizado, em frente a estação de trem para Zermatt, e o estacionamento da cidade, Hotel com self check in, mas foi tudo tranquilo, quarto bom, não muito grande, ótimo café da manhã, ótimo custo benefício. Como estava de carro, preferi ficar em Tasch.

Summary, great location, clean, large, pleasant, safe room, friendly helpful staff. A great experience. Location was great, train station across the street, grocery store next door, tourist info next door. Room was clean, good sized, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom had great shower/bathtub with 12 inch waterfall shower and handheld sprayer. Tasteful modern design. We had 1st floor with huge balcony, 10 x 20 feet however it was connected with the other 4 or 5 room making a 50 x 20 foot space. This was fine as our neighbors were never out but lacks any privacy so it could be an issue if you have bad neighbors. The window does not open therefore opening the glass balcony door is the only way to get fresh air. This was a little strange as your neighbors or animals could wander in although neither happened. The reason this is an issue is the room is well insulated and gets hot in the summer even at night and therefore we had the door open whenever we were in the room. Again, this was not an issue as our neighbors were considerate but could be an issue. The staff were always polite and helpful. We rented an electric car and was having an issue getting it to charge. They have two charging spaces in their parking lot. Anyway, I informed the staff and they went out with me and got it working, even though much of the issue was with the car. They also made me feel more like they were a friend helping than a guest bothering them.
