If you are going to visit Zermatt and.the Matterhorn this a great place to stay. It is right next to the train station and has a parking garage. Breakfast is excellent and they also have a restaurant for dinner. Supurb.

We stayed for 1 night after arriving in Zermatt on the Glacier Express. It was so easy to find the shuttle train to Tasch and you can see the hotel as you get off the shuttle. Beautiful mountain views all around. Friendly check in, a comfortable room in the chalet with colourful traditional Swiss furniture and we were lucky to have a wonderful mountain view on the balcony. The beds were comfortable amd with the shutters fully closed, the sound if the railway was muffled. It was easy to get to a restaurant nearby or we could have had a table at the hotel. We couldn't just sit in the bar though.

Great location, just few steps away from the Matterhorn Täsch Terminal for trains and buses going to Zermatt. Across the hotel are Coop and Migros for food and grocery shopping very convenient if you need something. Few restaurants and pizza places very close by. Hotel room and bathroom was a good size and clean. No airconditioner. At least this one has a pitcher that you can warm water to drink for tea or coffee. Easy underground parking if you have a car at 10 Swiss Franch, cheaper than other hotels.

Great location right near the shuttle to Zermatt. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean and affordable with good wifi. Staff is professional and friendly, and speak English fluently. Paid parking is availalbe for 10CHF/night.

Location, location, location! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Seriously it’s just right in front of the train station. You can wear your ski boots with your ski gears walk out from the hotel’s ski room directly to catch the train in 2 mins. It’s just like a ski-in/ski-out hotel to Zermatt. The free breakfast was good while dinner lack of choices. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel if you want to ski in Zermatt, but don’t want to stay in Zermatt town (No car allowed).

The room, specifically the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair and lint on the bathroom floor and children's handprint on the glass door. The bed was "springy" and uncomfortable. And the trains are very loud and run most of the night. So if you're a light sleeper, this is not a place for you.

Hotel was great, staff was great and eager to please. Spoke English and French at front desk, some of the waitresses serving in the hotel restaurant near more languages. Location was perfect, right next to train and bus stations. Our shortest commute to any hotel on our trip and we stayed at 5 hotels on our ten day vacation in Switzerland. This hotel is literally right next to the train and bus station. Hotel food was great, we had supper there and also the free breakfast. Breakfast was good variety, meats, cheese, bread and jams and Nutella, fruit, coffee and juice. Coop grocery store just across the street. Room was very good size, had a couch/living area and deck outside. Bathroom was a good size also. Rooms were clean, all hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Great place to stay. Had easy access to bus/train service to the Matterhorn lookouts.

Really enjoyed the hotel as it was right next to the train station, and the hotel itself was quaint and super clean. Also enjoyed Barbara who checked us in, she was really friendly and gave great recommendations. Loved our stay there!

電車への接続がとてもスムーズで駅前で助かりました。ツェルマットへも深夜でも1時間に1本ほど電車があり、早朝にツェルマットへ行きご来光も拝むことができました。本当に清潔で、整えられたホテルです。スタッフの方の対応もとても優しくフレンドリーで良い滞在となりました。ドライヤーだけは持ち込んだ方がいいかもしれません。

Short stay as early train in the morning to Zermatt. Right by the station and able to leave the car there for 5 days underground. Very convenient.

Would highly recommend this if you are travelling by train with luggage. Also had good view in the balcony and shopping/restaurants across the street. Everything is just nearby within walkable distance. Can’t go wrong.

Right next to the Matterhorn Terminal. Very clean and convenient. Took 13 mins to get to Zermatt by shuttle train that depart every 20 mins. Would highly recommend this if you are travelling by train with luggage. Also had good view in the balcony and shopping/restaurants across the street. Hotel was great, staff was great and eager to please. Spoke English and French at front desk, some of the waitresses serving in the hotel restaurant near more languages. Location was perfect, right next to train and bus stations. Our shortest commute to any hotel on our trip and we stayed at 5 hotels on our ten day vacation in Switzerland. This hotel is literally right next to the train and bus station. Hotel food was great, we had supper there and also the free breakfast. Breakfast was good variety, meats, cheese, bread and jams and Nutella, fruit, coffee and juice. Coop grocery store just across the street. Room was very good size, had a couch/living area and deck outside. Bathroom was a good size also. Rooms were clean, all hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Great place to stay. Had easy access to bus/train service to the Matterhorn lookouts.

If you are going to visit Zermatt and.the Matterhorn this a great place to stay. It is right next to the train station and has a parking garage. Breakfast is excellent and they also have a restaurant for dinner. Supurb.

L'hotel est situé a quelques pas de la gare (même en chaussures de ski). Les chambres sont très bien équipées, propres, spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner pourrait etre plus varié avec des produits frais plutôt que des produits industriels.

Great location. Due to being there in the off season, the dining options in the area were limited, but the hotel was nice. Lots of good fruit options at breakfast.

Great view from balcony, extremely clean room and breakfast was good also it was included in the total price. ( im currently on the 2nd leg of my journey writing this and im in the Raddison in Zurich....its as good as this!!)

This is a old hotel which has a good alpine feeling but also show sign of a lot of usage ( in our bathroom one sliden door was broken and a broken tile). Is is nicely located next door to train station, so if you want to avoid carrying you luggage to hotel in Zermatt this hotel is s nice option. Good parking option if you arrive with car. The breakfast selection is basic.
