I showed up at about 3:30 pm prior to the 4 pm check in time hoping one of our two rooms would be ready. Upon walking in the lobby there was a worker there Shakiya. Nobody else was in the lobby except me and after one whole minute she finally said something, barely a greeting or “how can I help you” or anything. She informed me the cleaning staff hadnt turned in their clipboards so she told me no rooms were available. When we finally got in the rooms at about 4:10 we did not have towels near the shower and no toilet paper either. The rooms had a distinct musty- damp smell. I know i get what I paid for in the Red Roof inn experience versus $275 a night somewhere else but the customer service was atrocious. Do not recommend staying here unless you are desperate.

Place needs a deep cleaning in the parking area, and stairwells and hallway outside the room smelled of urinar. Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before we entered, trash left and dated decor. They gave us a different, “better” room to go to, but when I entered it it was in use by others! So we got a refund. Staff at check in were pleasant but mis-management is awful. Place need a one day deep clean and a competent person to take care of it. Overall AWFUL!!!
