Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City International Airport

Excellent breakfast and customer service!! Our flight was significantly delayed and the kind lady working the overnight shift helped us laugh. It makes a difference having good customer service!

We’ve always enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites, but it just isn’t what it used to be. In the past I felt it was worth paying a little more for amenities, but the evening reception is now so limited. Two very weak drinks and very minimal snacks. The breakfast used to be amazing, but now, with the exception of of the cooked to order omelets, it’s less than average. Sadly, I just don’t think it’s worth it anymore!

Furniture is very worn and tattered looking. Doesnt feel clean just because it is so worn and dated. Carpet is old

No. The morning on our first night we were extremely dis-satisfied with the complementary breakfast. Both the sausage and the French toast were overdone to the extent that they could not be cut with a knife. They also did not have any caffeine-free coffee. Upon request they did brew some caffeine-free coffee and they did ask how long we would be staying and offered to brew some the remaining two mornings of our stay.

From check-in to check-out it was an overall outstanding experience. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were top notch and with plenty of space to relax and stretch out, very comfy. You can bet we will return when visiting the area and highly recommend to others.
