InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza by IHG

We loved our Stay ! The pools, the Amenities , the staff and the Breakfast buffet was Amazing !! Can’t wait to come back and stay again !

The room was not as clean as I was expecting considering how nice the lobby and pics were. For the price I am more than disappointed in the cleanliness of the whole establishment. The pool was dirty with leaves and bugs.

Good size room with great views

The lobby was nice. I am a single woman traveling alone and was put in a room directly opposite the elevators. The door had a half inch gap that I put a towel against to block the noise. The lock was a chain across the door. The interior was shabby and the tub didn’t drain as I was showering. I was surprised because this brand is usually better and the price gave me high expectations. Too pricey for what I got, which was essentially a three star hotel.
