The only thing my family and I dis-liked was the pool area...the indoor pool area had a lot of dead bugs everywhere in and out of the water. Everything else at the hotel was awesome!!!

Only one working elevator for the hotel. Made it very difficult when you are on the top floor. Had to take the stairs from the 11th floor. Room was cold no matter what the temp was set on. Also, the water would not get hot. Warm at best. Very disappointing since the last time I stayed at the property.

I thought it was outrageous to Bill for parking in this wide open country setting where most people were utilizing the airport shuttle and the parking lots were largely empty. We rented a car while visiting relatives and had to pay excessive parking fees for an empty lot.

Beware, when we stayed only 1 elevator out of 4 was working!! When housekeeping was trying to clean at 8;30 am, it was a cluster-f**k and catching a ride was next to impossible so we carried our luggage from 9th floor to 1st by taking the stairs. Not a good look for a "luxury" hotel.

Pool was closed, which was major for us. Would have booked a different hotel if I had known. Luckily the Hampton Inn next door let us use their door. The Hampton staff was much nice and more pleasant than the Hilton. Will probably stay at the Hampton next time because of the experience

Well the plus needs major updating. They painted the bottom of the tub and they are super slick to get in and out of. The sheets were full of stains the rooms were surface clean but not really clean the room was crawling with ants gnats and moths. I killed a big moth on the bathroom mirror three days ago and the cleaning people that came in that cleaned my room daily never once cleaned the moth off. The coffee pot in the room didn’t work. The other people that booked a room next to us their never worked. Then they charge you $13.99 a day to park ur car how dumb is that I can see charging if i was flying out and leaving it there but I was staying there. Worst place ever I am a hiltons honors member and I will never again stay at that place! I paid almost $700 for 6 days and $80 for parking and after u pay for the parking they tell you they are not liable for any lost stolen or damaged vehicles so what is the purpose of the fee?!?! Bring your own cleaning supplies and sheets plus bug spray if u stay here!!

Room had bed bugs and was in poor condition. Staff was completely unpleasant while checking in and checking out. Extremely condescending. Website did not convey that the lot parking needed to be paid for. Disappointing. Was there for little 4 hours and had to pay $13. Overall a very unpleasant and disappointing stay.

The customer service was excellent however there is now a fee for parking and if you include the breakfast for $17 it is absolutely horrible. Unfortunately the first room they gave me the top of the bed was covered in mud or feces I'm really not sure so they had to change my room the next room they gave me the toilet ran all night long the staff there is fantastic other than in the breakfast area

Initially we were given keys to a room that had not be turned over. When we returned to the check in desk, the attendant was “Like yeah…sometimes housekeeping doesn’t get to them”. No apology, just a “try this one”. The common areas were dirty, especially the carpets. The room was fair, however the baseboards were filthy. Like many other comments the ac unit do not function properly we turned it down to 60 and it was still hot. Would not recommend.

Hilton Kansas City Airport is a solid hotel. You can tell it has been renovated in the lobby but the room doors are very dated. I paid extra for a King on a high floor and was somewhat disappointed that it was only the 6th floor(not worth the extra money). My toilet was clogged when I got there, so that was as lackluster and gross after I used the restroom unknowingly. I flew out early this morning, the hotel was super close to the airport which was very convenient. Overall it’s just okay, the staff was super friendly.

With The name of the hotel and size should have been no issues but the TVs were basic with no access to streaming, the rooms a/c did not work well, the pool was dirty. Everything cost money and highly expensive , no complimentary food or drinks.

The mattress needed to be replaced. They did not rotate the mattresses 180 degrees every few months to keep it even on top. Everyone sleeps on the same side and this makes a big dip you now have to sleep in. There were two queen beds in our room and they both had this issue.

The service at the check in didn't want to help to pay my parking. We got a text messages from Emily and she told us the parking system is not working and helped us, thanks to her ! But before we got the message from Emily, i tried and wasted one hour to pay for parking ! At the check in, the lady was while she talked to me on the phone to talk to someone else, didnt answered my questions and got unfriendly after i told her i cant pay my parking ticket. The room was not really nice. Had to clean the shower, hairs in the shower! The AC was so noisy, sounded broke! We couldn't sleep!! It rattle! I am really upset, i thought a hilton hotel should be a lot better!!!

We were stranded in KC due to a blizzard on 1/5/25 and in desperation to find a hotel, we found the Hilton Kansas City Airport. The hotel was rather short staffed due to the weather but they handled the situation extremely well. Some of the staff were working 20 hour shifts. They were overworked, and short on resources but they took great care of us nonetheless. From the wait staff, to the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, we couldn't be more thankful for the kindness and resilience they demonstrated. And to top things off, the hotel itself is very nice. Rooms were great, nice restaurant and lounge area, pool, fitness area. Wouldn't definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to all the staff who took such great care of us with limited resources throughout this major weather event!

I stayed at the Hilton unexpectedly when a blizzard shut down the airport. I had to stay 3 nights with no car and the only thing within close walking distance is a gas station. The entire staff was amazing during the situation! They were creative in the restaurant to create an unplanned buffet dinner while running out of ingredients and kept everyone hydrated and well-fed. They were pleasant and happy while working round the clock and being forced to stay on-site themselves. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!! The rooms were clean and pleasant, and they made a bad situation significantly better than expected. Well done to all!

Very clean nice, custom service in the evening was terrible she gave our room key and acted like it bothered her to tell us where the elevator was, never say thank you or enjoy your stay.

The restaurant should be shut down. The menu had no imagination. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it took 40 minutes to come out. It was so over cooked it was tough to get down. The fry's were all stuck together. You only had one server and the kitchen wasn't doing her any favors.

This location was perfect for our early flight the next morning. It’s clean, safe and conveniently located close to the airport. It does need renovations for one of the elevators was not working. The restaurant only had one waitress and is very expensive, but there are several other eateries in the area.

No complaints other than the lack of cold AC. It was also 90+ degrees this weekend and our room got the afternoon to evening sun - so that probably played a factor. Staff was friendly and the bartender at Asado Grille was good (so was the food). Would stay here again!

Was convenient location near the airport. We had problems with the initial room however the front desk attendant, Jaylen got us another room immediately. The restaurant food was delicious.

I stay at alot of Hiltons across the USA. The staff was great! Especially the hostess in the lobby. The dining room looks elegant, but the menu choices are sparse. The Long Island Ice Tea was lacking. The breakfast bar/buffet was the same as you find at a free Best Western breakfast, minus the biscuits n gravy. Hilton Gardens you at least get a custom made omelet at least...i expected more for $17+. The hotel has an outdated feel...the restaurant chairs are peeling material, drastically. I mean, one of the menu items is a 12oz steak for $42...fix your chairs...and tables. That being said...with the number of hotels available in the area (Hilton family)...i doubt i would stay here again. I want to be clear, the staff is great...the hotel and menu/restaurant needs some TLC.

Was told that there was air in the pipeline and nothing could be done about it. Extremely noisy from the above floor renovations. Room door was extremely difficult to enter as well as close. Maintenance did manage to fix that issue. The staff was very nice but our overall stay was uncomfortable and extremely disappointing.

This hotel is a train wreck, but is supposedly getting refurbished soon. The rooms have no actual airconditioning, and need fans put in there every day when it is hot like it is now. Moreover, there was no wifi, and 1990s TV only, i.e. it was not a good room to spend any significant time in. Presumably the management knows of these defects, but still charges the same for the room. But on the other hand, I complained to the woman at the front desk, telling her what the engineer told me, there is no AC, its just air pumped to the rooms instead, and does not really cool anything. The woman at the front desk said that was not true, she had been there for 30 yrs, in this case, I take the work of the engineer, not the desk person.

Paying for parking is ridiculous! Air conditioning in my room is a joke, set at 60° but I assure you, it was not 60°, if O didn't have to pay $50 for parking I would of got a table fan that im sure would be cooler then that air conditioning. Tub doesn't drain. Lighting in the room is to dim and the curtains are disgusting! Wall paper coming off. The beds say double..but next time I'll being an air mattress or cot. Horrible stay roo. Wise, but the lady that checked me in and the other who got me another towel were very nice and helpful. The property just isn't good.
