No coffee pot, blow dryer, ice machine or breakfast. They got upset that we brought our cups down for coffee in the morning because they didn't want to make another pot. They did provide me with a blow dryer when i asked. The staff at front desk were very friendly and accommodating

I felt this place needs alot of upgrades done to even be in buisness. When you first pull on the garbage cans are over flowing with garbage and was never emptied during my stay. Than they have so many people living within the place bringing tons of dogs in the building that pretty sure had fleas on them as much as they was scratching. Upon arrival we asked what time breakfast was served and they said the only had muffins and oatmeal. So we than proceeded to ask about vending machines got told they did not have any! So we would have to drive to get something to eat and drink. Also our shower only had cold water no hot. We were not at all satisfied and would like some type of refund. Very dissatisfied customer!!!

Not a luxury resort, but clean and affordable. My go-to hotel when visiting nearby relatives. Desk staff has always been courteous and professional. Has some long term residents but has never been an issue. Hotel next door is 3x times the daily rate and their parking lot is always empty. No ice machines, so bring your own bag of ice.

We understood from the description of the room we rented that we would have a fully stocked kitchen? There are so many issues with this motel. This sums it up for me. After check in , I asked where guest coffee and ice were. They offer neither. For ice I was told there are ice trays in the freezer (empty of course). At 7:30 pm I filled the trays and placed them in the freezer, at 11:00 they were half frozen. I had ice cubes for breakfast?

The outside of the building was nice and the front desk area was clean. The elevator looked like the was falling apart. When we stepped off the elevator, there were roaches on the wall. The hallway was very dingy. The room itself was overall nice but floors were gross. You could see the foot and shoe prints on the floor. The side table was falling apart as the drawer was falling out the bottom. The air conditioner worked well and the staff was nice. Not sure we would stay here again.

The staff was great but they obviously the owners are not investing in the standard amount of upkeep. The room was clean but furniture run down. The hallways were old and tired. There wasn’t any kitchen utensils or even a coffee pot in the room. You had to go back to the desk and “checkout” what you wanted and then return it clean upon checkout. Feels like the owners are super cheap and running the store lace into the ground. Again, very pleased with the staff and their friendliness and assistance. I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy based on the price but was taken back by the lack if investment in the property.

I would like to apply for a refund. We did not spend the night at the hotel. The manager is aware and has refunded as much as she could and is willing give a full refund. The hotel elevator was not working, the lobby hallway, and room smelled of marijuana. We did not feel safe there.

The Front desk had a smell of mildew, and the room was so dirty, from the room smelling like mold and wet carpet, and to the kitchen feeling sticky, dirty microwave. Then we saw a bug stuck in towels. I did not feel safe, when we saw a group of people outside smoking.

This hotel was disgusting. I checked into my room and the room was full of roaches. I had to kill a few of them. There were also maggots in the sink. What was worse was when we reported it to the front desk, they stated the room was fumigated the day prior and didnt seem to care.

I will never stay here again. My husband and I’s room didn’t look that bad but the whole hotel smelled awful. You walk into the elevator and want to gag. My mother in laws room had bugs, and not just tiny bugs either. They looked like cockroaches crawling up the walls, the fridge had what looked like mold on the outside door and mold on the floor in the bathroom. We didn’t feel safe, definitely somewhere you want to make sure all of your door locks are locked and secure before you go to bed, keeping a light on. The only real thing that looked clean was the sheets. It was cheap, yes, but I have stayed in nicer hotels for the same price. Needless to say, the photos made it look way nicer than it was and we paid for two nights but stayed for one.

The urine splatters on the toilet were a disappointment. Needing to take my own trash out, not good. Dog poop, literally, in the corridor. I have to sleep but I won't even shower in this filthy establishment. Also only upon check in was a $100 dollar deposit required in addition to the surprise $25/pet fee. I'm not given to exaggerating, and this is absolutely the worst hotel motel experience I've had.

I’ll admit that I did not research the area or the property before booking. That is my fault alone. But the cleanliness and maintenance of this property was atrocious. Myself and friend slept on top of our sheets. There was visible staining on every surface. The whole building smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. Honestly, I would never in my right mind stay here again.

If you love roaches in EVERY room offered (I inspected two other rooms after finding one IN MY BED, all infested) or crackheads strolling around the parking lot staring as you remove valuables from your vehicle, then you'll love this place. Was denied a refund because the manager trains staff to only give a night even though I was there for 1 day out of my 3 night stay, AFTER PAYING 100$ DEPOSIT TO SLEEP WITH ROACHES

The room was completely filthy, and the lobby was not much better. I never write reviews of places, but I could not let this go unwritten. It was as if the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. I understand it is an extended stay and damages may be done, but this was just dirty. There was hair all over the shower, including a clump on the drain. The floor was sticky with pop or something spilled all over it, as well as on the walls. If it were stained on that would be one thing, but it was easily wiped off with the Clorox wipes we went to the store to pick up. There was food in the air conditioner, and things looked like they hadn’t been dusted or wiped in over a year. I went to the front desk to let them know of pencil scribbles all over the headboard and that it was quite dirty, I didn’t want to be charged for damages, I was simply told okay. There was a lot of potential as the room was spacious and the kitchen area was beneficial, but I do not recommend staying here. Had we not arrived later in the evening after a day of travel we would have gone somewhere else. We ended up leaving early and driving through the night home instead of staying our second night.

Second room, furniture was torn, bathtub had disturbing stains, beer left in dilapidated fridge (I know - could be a plus for some), garbage left in half the trash containers. Bed was clean and comfortable - can deal with the rest for a night, but wouldn't recommend.

Desk clerk was super friendly, fast check in and out, overall was a great stay. Would not rely on grab-n-go breakfast as only a few muffins, oatmeal and coffee provided each day. If you snooze, you loose! Easy to get to a block off interstate. Our room was spotless and shower worked well. Only real complaint was children crying and running in hallways but even that made it fell like home.

Overall, an above average clean property & room. However, there were a few minor things that would have made my stay more enjoyable. Like, channel selection, no little coffee maker in the room and no recliner as an alternative to sleeping in the bed.

Don't try to modify your date, or try to make changes, you will just have to take the loss. It was literally 30 minutes after booking and the staff would not allow the changes to be made. Never again So the room was paid for and never used.

The staff was rude upon arrival. Our room was dirty and had a layer of grime on everything. The for had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. (We have an 8 month old baby crawling on the floors)When this was brought up to staff we were asked if we wanted to check out. Later we found roaches in our room and the staffs response was to hand my husband an entire bottle of the poison their maintenance person should use and send him back to our room to deal with the bugs ourselves. There were no kitchen supplies provided and this location has signs in the to that they charge you $1/ phone call (local and long distance) this was by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had amd highly reccomend people stay far away from this slum

The staff was rude upon arrival. Our room was dirty and had a layer of grime on everything. The for had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. (We have an 8 month old baby crawling on the floors)When this was brought up to staff we were asked if we wanted to check out. Later we found roaches in our room and the staffs response was to hand my husband an entire bottle of the poison their maintenance person should use and send him back to our room to deal with the bugs ourselves. The lady that checked us in was great! The facility however is greatly lacking. Sketchy people living here as their permanent residence. Even though the hotel is all non-smoking, skunk weed is very strong outside, in the halls, and even in our room. I couldn’t count the number of roaches I killed in our room. I mentioned this to the front desk and they are aware of the problem but said it’s difficult to treat since people live there for years. There were kids running in the halls unsupervised and dogs barking. Our room did not have any cooking utensils but did have a full-sized fridge, 2 burner stove and small microwave. I’m guessing you could get utensils at the front desk but we didn’t need any. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Hotel was dirty, room smelled strongly of smoke and my vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. Ultimately requested a refund and checked out to head elsewhere, the staff was gracious, understanding and kind. They issued a full refund and we went on our way.

The hostess was very friendly. The hallways were smelly and dingy. The bedroom was a little better. Got a good nights sleep. I loved the shower. It had plenty of water. The TV had a larger screen. It was a barebones room.

We ran to Kansas City for a concert and this was a great price and close to Kauffman.. the staff was helpful in spite of a couple of customers being difficult. The rooms were comfortable but not exactly spotless. We would stay again for another concert night for sure.

We left immediately after showing up. There were people standing outside of the hotel and appeared to be doing drug deals. The hotel was filthy and old and run down. The photos used on Expedia are false advertisement. The actual hotel looks WAY WORSE. We did not feel safe and immediately decided to leave once we checked in. Now I am currently disputing trying to get a refund for a 2 night stay when we DID NOT EVEN STAY. We checked in and left and that’s all. The room wasn’t even touched. I would never stay in such a disgusting run down hotel. HORRIBLE. Also the police showed up as we were leaving, probably to arrest people for the clearly sketchy activity happening in the front.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Erie dark hallways with stained carpet. Looked like something out of a horror movie. The refrigerator looked like a 1970's version with rust spots covering the doors. Not sure how it was still running. Laminate falling off the counter tops. There was a table with the legs haphazardly reattached several times. All the furniture looked like it was purchased from a second hand thrift shop. "Breakfast"? That was a joke. I found 2 packages of instant oatmeal. That's it. Trash - trash had to be removed and taken outside to the dumpster or an additional fee would be charged. I stayed one night because I had prepaid. I didn't feel safe to stay the rest of the stay and was not given a refund when requested.

Found my room clean. No issues with bugs during my 4 days. AC worked very well. Breakfast was coffee/tea muffins and oatmeal so nothing much there but I had a kitchen so didn’t really care about breakfast. Staff was nice. It was fine I would stay again if I needed

No coffee pot, blow dryer, ice machine or breakfast. They got upset that we brought our cups down for coffee in the morning because they didn't want to make another pot. They did provide me with a blow dryer when i asked. The staff at front desk were very friendly and accommodating

The property needs to be updated the carpet throughout the entire building is old molded and stained. None of the buildings doors have handles so you can open them and the complimentary breakfast is really, really not present. The breakfast consists of candy bars, muffins and coffee. The showers water pressure is almost nonexistent with no complimentary bath amenities.

Our NON SMOKING room had an overwhelming smoke odor & burn more all over the bed sheets. The bathtub faucet was held together by tape & dripped all night. Front desk stated they had breakfast until 9:30am. I went to the lobby at 8:40am to find food wrappers & empty used coffee cups scattered on the counter. No food available & 2 empty coffee pots. I asked the desk if it was going to be refilled. They said “no because it closes in under an hour so there’s no point”.

The stay was suitable for what i needed. Floor was a little dirty in the bathroom and they didn't have any dishes for use in the room except for a plastic bowl they scrounged up for me. Breakfast was very minimal, but i didn't really need it, it just would have been more convenient if it were a little more substantial.

Waited for the front desk person for an hour to get checked on and when we did told us we had to have a deposit it didnt say on the site I paid the deposit because if I didnt have the money then I would not get my money back on which I bought the room. They told me the deposit would be back on my card in the morning right a way they lied im outta gas and stuck in the middle of nowhere out of gas I needed that to get home. Im so mad right about this.

Upon check-in the manager was great and understanding! Very pleasant, customer service driven and very helpful and knowledgeable. He did meet our requests where possible (we wanted a king bed room on first floor). After getting into the room, we found glitter stuck to the carpet, curtains and random areas of furniture as if a liquid glitter bomb exploded, we did not complain, we were cautious about where we placed anything. Our room should’ve had a reclining chair, it did not. We didn’t complain, we just shrugged it off and thought it must’ve gotten broken. The toilet needs to be replaced as it doesn’t flush properly without flushing a few times while holding lever down. The A/C unit could use freon or a reset, it works just not as well. Everything else worked as it should. Our real complaint is when the hotel staff become argumentative of a service animal and how they think they must charge fees or deposits. ADA regulations prevent any pet fee charges (outside of damage), deposits and other expenses and want to dispute it with you, making false statements like must be with handler at all times (because I woke up first and took said dog out to relieve himself) and told me I am breaking the rules and regulations, which doesn’t exist within ADA laws. I had him leased and under control as he wasn’t working, he needed a potty break at 07:30 while the owner slept. PLEASE update employees of ADA laws to avoid confrontation with paying customers that know their S.A. rights!
