A lovely home with plenty of amenities in an amazing location. We loved being right on the river and within an easy walk to Kirtland’s warblers! And the hot tub was perfect on a chilly evening after paddling. Jeanne was so helpful - she truly went above and beyond.

I have been to many, many short term rentals and this was hands down the cleanest place I have ever been. The home is in excellent condition and includes all that you would need. The shower is pretty sweet. It has 4 heads that hit you from every angle with great pressure. The back yard down to the river is very peaceful. I was able to meet both host and they are incredibly kind and accommodating. The only slightly non-ideal thing is there is no dedicated thermostat for the unit. It did not bother me at all though as the temps were great.

Very comfortable place right on a premium stretch of the Au Sable River. We could fish the evening rise then sit right down at our riverside campfire. Awesome experience for my sons and I!

Couldn’t say enough great things about this spot. Was hesitant about staying in someone’s basement but those folks are super quiet, friendly, and respectful.

Great little place next to the river. Perfect for our couples get away weekend renting snowmobiles. Very clean and nice!
