The hotel stay was lovely however, the pool and hot tub were being refurbished and so we were sent to the property next door. Of course, it was not as nice and inconvenient to walk over in robes to use the facilities. I do not recall seeing this on the website, or I might have gone another route (property).

This is a beautiful hotel. However, were disappointed to learn the pool was closed due to construction. We had planned to spend the afternoon relaxing and getting some sun. We learned that evening from the customer service texting service we could have used the pool at their hotel next door. I felt the front desk service should have offered this to us at the time they told us the pool was closed. When I expressed my frustration to the customer service texting, she comped my happy hour bill. That was a pleasant surprise.

Nicely updated hotel. Great bar and dinning room.Housekeeping wonderful. Didn’t like having to pay parking with my phone. I’m 80 years old and not very good using these apps on my phone. Thankfully the young clerk at front desk assisted me and all was well. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. Stayed 4 nights.

Pros: Clean, large rooms with living room space, great restaurant option, and nice employees. Cons: Pool wasn’t working (they had an option to use next door hotel’s pool, but not the same), I had requested rooms next door, but they ignored that request and put us on different floors.

Restaurant hotel was surprisingly good. Hotel was recently renovated so the rooms are nice. Pool was filled with leaves and branches and debris, not good. For some reason the elevator was never renovated so it looks really really old and worn out. They charge for on-site parking which is a little ridiculous. Also, checked into my room via Hilton app and selected my room, only to find out at actual check-ins that they moved me to a lesser room. Hotel manager didn't offer explanation. Very central location to all the wineries and downtown and the Firestone brewery. Also a mall across the street with a Target in there so it's quite convenient.

They were in middle of renovations that we were not aware of. The room was nice. Shower had some mildew growing in corners so could have been cleaner. We had to walk through dust filled hallway and elevator. You would think they would have discounted the room since there was no bar or restaurant and the lobby was completely closed off. Not to mention the 8:00m construction start time. The check-in staff was very nice and professional. No complaints about the staff. Guessing the place will be much better once renovations are done.

Service was great. Room was comfortable. Didn’t have right size sheet for pull out couch but they were quick to provide alternative. Pool area disappointing. Bottom of pool had a lot of mildew, patio cushions old. Was there in late July and weather was above 100 degrees, would have like to use pool but didn’t due to black spots all over bottom.

For the price we paid for three people, we expected a much higher standard upon check-in and service. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The bedding for the third person wasn’t provided, and there was no phone in the room to contact housekeeping for assistance. It was beautifully remodeled since I was last there. The room (a suite) was so well done and the bathroom too. I was impressed! The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! Needed to ask them a few questions and lost a jacket during our trip - the front desk was very helpful and attentive! Only complaint was the room’s A/C wasn’t blowing in the bedroom?? It was working great in the bathroom and living room of the suite, so something was wrong with the vent in the bedroom. This was room #307, hopefully they will get that fixed as it gets HOT in Paso. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location to visit wineries on Hwy 46 west of 101. Room was a bit dated, but price was competitive compared to some other properties. Suite included a kitchen that wasn't well stocked with dishes or silverware. First floor room was quiet due to high wall that blocked freeway noise. Upper floors have nothing between room and freeway.

Big big room - nice property but some details lacking. Entryway light didn’t work in our room and the toilet kept on filling w water unless you fiddle with the handle. $11.50 parking also not great.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly enough, other than that nothing else stood out. Our room had a lot of noise from cars and occupants in the room above us. The room was lacking a few common things, the bottles of water in the room cost $3 and you need to pay a parking fee to a third party.You may also consider bringing your own soap and shampoo.

Very nice hotel cosmetically and located in a nice area. Rooms are nice but walls are thin and a bit noisy inside. Water pressure is very low so not an enjoyable shower. Not sure that the thermostat was cooling the room enough either. I would stay here again but be choosy in the rooms.

The hotel itself was great! The front desk was VERY friendly. However, once in our room, customer service went out the window. There was no way to call down to the front desk; the phone just rang busy... Work on customer service and you would have a 10!

Outside temp was 107. Front desk checked us in to a roo with a broken A/C unit they were aware was OOO. When I asked the lady at the front desk why we were given a room w/o AC, she told us it was because we booked on Expedia and we get the worst rooms assigned on Expedia.

Great staff, good food, good wine and great location! Special shout out to Veronica at the Enoteca Restaurant and Paula who was training staff. You need 10 of each! Fantastic people who made our stay just wonderful! We will be back!

This is such a beautiful Hotel. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Precious. She was super nice and very helpful. The room was huge and so elegant. Just absolutely beautiful and the restaurant as well. We had breakfast which was really good!. We can't wait to go back!.

Wow..what amazing restaurant staff and amazing food. Our breakfast was so good and the staff treated us like long lost friends. The room was large, open, and modern. It felt like an apartment. We will stay here again when we come to Paso Robles. If you are going to the Sensorio, you are close and this hotel is a great option.

The restaurant and lounge was closed for renovations. Would have liked to have known that- one of the hotel features that brings us back. Refrigerator didn’t work, no extra bedding for sofa, went down to front desk to ask for extra drinking glass and was told no. Very nice and comfortable room. Love that it had a restaurant with bar for breakfast and dinner. Front desk attendants were very nice and attentive. Overall, had an awesome experience. We definitely recommend this place to everyone. I will be staying here again. 💪💯

Hotel was clean. Had to ask for extra bedding as it wasn’t stocked in the closet. Beds are super hard, pillows are very soft. There were no bottle openers for the beer bottles sold, those guys really deserved a refund for that. Was disappointed that after all the remodeling they didn’t have fire places in all the rooms. Over all was a decent experience but expected more for the price paid.

For family of 5 the room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. There are two sliding doors that separate the living area from the bedroom area. The living area has a wet bar, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, sofa, and single chair both with foot rests, and a little coffee table. There is a television mounted in the living area and bedroom. The bathroom was clean and a decent size. My room had two windows with views of the surrounding area. Check in and out was simple, the staff were all nice and polite. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast and dinner and a nice little pool and spa. There are stores and restaurants very close by. I would definitely recommend.
