We loved our stay! It’s a great location and the layout was perfect for two families. Only complaints are pretty nitpicky. It’s barely stocked so if you’re staying for more than a few days, expect to buy trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Also wish the outdoor furniture was better quality because the porch is lovely, but the metal furniture gets hot in the sun and the chairs are uncomfortable. Plus there’s a rug on the exposed porch that is gross from staying wet from rain.

Do not be misled by the ramp in the front of the property. This property is not handicap accessible. The property had not been completely cleaned. Coffee grounds were in the coffee maker and orange crumbs were on the floor in front of the refrigerator. There was no knob on the inside front door. The master bedroom ceiling fan chain was on a dish on the dresser so there was no way to turn the fan on. In the laundry room, the third drawer on the left of the sink had a broken glide. The garden hose was left thrown over the porch furniture. On the positive side, the site was beautiful. Easy walk into town and to restaurants. The area brought back lots of memories from my childhood.

After completing The ART LOEB trail for our annual backpacking trip, eating an AMAZING COSMIC BURGER@ Innovation Brewery, we were ready to get to our little oasis in downtown Sylva to get cleaned up before wandering the quant streets of the town. The house is literally in the BEST location and SUPER easy to access all Sylva has to offer. The house has excellent parking, is plenty spacious, decorated immaculately, laid out perfectly and all beds and sofa were super comfortable. We had a little snafu upon arrival but the property manager CHAD from SunDog was on it and made-our stay even more spectacular due to his attentiveness and superior customer service. Truly we all thank you!! I highly recommend this property and I know I will be looking to book this place again, as will the others who were there with me. Hiker Boos give Sylva STROLL 5 thumbs up!

What a beautiful home in the heart of Sylva! Wonderful, clean, and spacious interior with all amenities you need. A 5 minute walk to downtown Sylva. Front patio for relaxing and chatting. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

This is a really nice house with plenty of room for a family or group to hangout or cook together. Lots of seating. Very clean. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in Sylva. We had a short stay and didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but this would be a great place to spend a full week while exploring the surrounding areas. Outside of the house,there is a little creek to sit by and I'm sure grilling outside on the deck would be relaxing here. We would definitively stay here again.

Everything mentioned in the reviews was spot on! Lovely home that is well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. Everyone had their space and privacy but also plenty of common areas. Definitely within walking distance to Main Street shopping and breweries. Innovation Brewery, we’ll be back! The extra kitchen area was such a great idea, I loved setting up a breakfast buffet in the front kitchen and prepping in the other. Nice! Note to light sleepers: some street noise as the windows are original to the house. Slightly loud AC which we needed only during the day because of the weather change.

I was in Sylva for my daughter's ballet performance at WCU. We hosted 4 of the dancers at the cottage and had a wonderful stay. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The cottage was spotless and very charming. We would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The pictures don’t do justice to how cute, clean and comfortable the rental actually is. We had weekend company during our stay and they had the second floor to use as their suite. There was plenty of room for all of us. Although the property is an easy walk to town, it is tucked away on a quiet lot. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the house and location. From one of the upstairs bedrooms it sounded like there was a critter in the attic. In upstairs room with multiple beds, outlet access near bed is difficult, it would be very convenient for guests if there was plugs on nightstands. All in all great house in a great location!

We were visiting Sylva and opted for a bigger place so friends could come join us for part of the visit. Our bed was so comfortable. It was cold out and although the rooms were warm, it was cold in the dining area. A space heater would have been a nice amenity. All in all it was a great stay.

Sylva Stroll is amazing. We (four adults, one toddler) for a long weekend and truly enjoyed the property. Everything in town is an easy walk, and the house itself is just fantastic. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for an open house visit to WCU and seeing friends in Sylva. The only drawback is the location to hwy off ramp, It’s close. That being said we’d stay there again as you can easily walk to downtown restaurants and the house is lovely.

We had weekend company during our stay and they had the second floor to use as their suite. There was plenty of room for all of us. Although the property is an easy walk to town, it is tucked away on a quiet lot. We will definitely stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The pictures don’t do justice to how cute, clean and comfortable the rental actually is. Excellent location to walk into town, where there are wonderful restaurants and shops. Also a convenient location for hiking trails off the Blue Ridge Parkway, and to get to nearby lakes. The local park has Friday night concerts in the summer, which was a nice way to begin our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for our 35-year wedding anniversary. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is perfect as you can walk to everywhere in downtown Sylva. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is awesome and it is a very easy walk to Main St Sylva. Great restaurants and souvenir shopping. Also easy drive to Blue Ridge Pkwy and you could do a Biltmore day trip. Was only 2 of us but would love to go back with the larger family.

We all enjoyed our stay and the location was great. We walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants, the playground and the old Jackson County courthouse (to walk all 105 steps!). We even strolled through the local Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and enjoyed that as well. Home is as pictured and was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it!

Very walkable to downtown Sylva and excellent food and drinks. The house is well laid out and homey. Also about 30 minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park for a day of hiking.

This a cute and charming home very conveniently located JUST outside of the downtown area. Walk a block or two and you are on the main shopping/dining street, yet the house feels very separate from all that. It is well-stocked, has a roomy feel for a smallish place, ample parking, and just a comfortable, homey place to spend a few days. The blackout curtains and plenty of full-length mirrors were much appreciated! I would recommend this to others, and would stay here again.
