The Willow (Alton Towers, Animals, Peak District)

This place is absolutely stunning - we loved everything about it. Russell was a great host. We really enjoyed our mini break and will definitely be back. All the little touches were fantastic, even decorated for our twins 16th birthday.

WOW, our stay was absolutely AMAZING. Russell was so welcoming and helpful We had the most fantastic time away in The Willow, we were able to see and feed his beautiful animals they were so soft and gentle.We would highly recommend staying here Russell and his wife certainly do have a slice of heaven. A beautiful accommodation set in lovely surroundings. Russell made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived giving us a tour of the property. Small touches such as orange juice, milk, snacks and some fresh eggs from the chickens were greatly appreciated. He took time to introduce us to the animals on his little farm. My daughter loved the animals. The property is a great location for Alton Towers.I would definitely recommend staying at The Willlow. My only regret is that I wish we stayed longer.

Everything was 5*. We couldnt fault anything. Perfect for our sons birthday trip to alton towers. 6 mins drive. Russell decorated the place with banners and balloons which was such a thoughtful touch, as were the eggs, milk, orange juice and treats. We met the animals on sunday morning which was so lovely. We hope to return one day. Thank you so much for our perfect stay.

Fantastic accommodation with lovely touches throughout. Great to see the animals on the 2 acre site....and see the chickens for the freshest of eggs. I can't say enough about the hosts but just extremely helpful and nothing was to much....including a lift to the JCB Golf Course. Nice pub in Denstone.....which was within easy walking distance. Ideal location for Alton Towers.
