Breakfast was decent, but one morning a homeless person wss passed out in the dining area. Not good. Hotel is generally nice. Area is pretty quiet and still close enough to stores and restaurants. Like most areas in Aurora not much English spoken.

The place left a lot to be desired. Room had tried to cover places in the tub with replacement enamel & didn't to the job! Same with the lavatory. Only cleaned the room 1 time during our stay (only do it 1 time every 3 days). They were unhelpful in adjusting the temperature of the & refrigerator (which became so cold a can of pop exploded!). Advised hotel staff & refrigerator was never cleaned. We did Mo it up some. The tub side of bathroom looked almost like mold on the wall. Shower curtain kept being open on both ends since slid down the curtain rod. Could be straight to begin with but didn't stay that way. Also stain or bleach stain on the chair as had these white spots on it. This why I feel was overpriced. Also not very close to the hospital since you have drive around I 225 to get to it. I thought when you described as hospital district you meant up by University Hospital, VA hospital or Children's up off Colfax across the street from them! Also you never mentioned that I saw that there was a fee for parking in a regular concrete chipped area. Ramp to the side door very narrow. Had to step off it when taking the luggage cart down it to keep it from sliding off the sides at the top it's 4-5" off the side very hazardous! Breakfast was undercooked sausages, fake egg, & today apple juice was not right tasted funny. Only sipped it. It was rusty around the tub drain which I know from personal experience it can be removed! I refuse to go back to a place that costs to much $!

We found a used syringe needle in the carpet. A serious health hazard. Also find a nasty crusty dirty fork on the floor as well. I also found it odd that there is signs about a parking fee, when I asked about it the front staff said “some guests… they have people who come at night… just for the night… so we do that for them” sort of alluding to prostitution. Definitely NOT a family friendly location. After complaining about the safety issue (I have a 3 year old) regarding the syringe needle and demanding a refund, I was told I would get one. I haven’t seen it yet, but got an email saying something about no refunds. I will be calling to see. Would not recommend to families of young children.
