Bodily fluids on celing and walls. Walls were dirty and gross. Bed wasnt terrible looking. Tried to take a nap, locked the deadbolt, 5 minutes later an exterminator walked in to the room. Guessing he was there to deal with the roaches in the bathroom. The elevator smelled like someone was smoking in it everytime i got on it. The hand rail was ripped of the wall in the elevator. Toilet wouldnt flush with out taking the tanknlid off and messing with plumming parts. The floor around the toilet was soft and sunken in. I was worried the floor was going to cave in. The other hotel guests were openly doing drugs, selling drugs, buying drugs. Prostitution openly happening. Dried vomit outside of room. Couldnt stay in that situation.

Standard low price motel room, but pretty dirty and run down. After walking in the room in bare feet and then taking a shower, I could see the dirt swirling around my feet from the floor. The refrigerator leaked water, and the "stove" is basically a hot plate mounted in a cabinet. The wifi was good though, and the room was pretty quiet.

Had to wait 45 minutes for staff to open my door, keys still don't work

Male staff member in the office was very helpful and courteous. Laundry was convenient, but too expensive for more than a couple loads.

They have a problem with the keys for some of the rooms. Just be aware, if you’re looking for a cheap place to spend a night or two, then it’s not too bad. But if you’re looking to get your moneys worth, don’t waste your time here.

Car was towed without notice. Door lock waa broken i waa locked in creating a fire hazard

Almost every room had issues from heating and cooling, shower pressure or temperature, most of the tvs were full of static, no two rooms had the same channels, the wifi seemed to work better across the lot at the gas station. And the last room I booked felt like I was gonna fall through the floor and the flooring was warped and buckling in the bathroom. I would barely consider this a hotel more of a motel and lets not even talk about the random guys drinking in the stairwells every night as I was leaving for work.

Excellent place to stay and not too far from the airport. Staff was more helpful and understanding than they needed to be. Facility was kept clean and felt safe. Large fridge, microwave and kitchenette was refreshing. The absolute best price in town and it wasn’t of cheap quality.

Trash was still under the beds. The bedspreads were stained and dirty. Not a property I ever want to go back to.

The stairs and the rooms are very dirty. The apartment is not cleaned.

The floors were so filthy.I work as an Automation Electrician and I live in these type places. This was straight garbage.

Bugs, mold, floors very warped, hallways trashed

Smelled like smoke, no soap(they said they only have hand soap, there wasn't even that), hair on bed, looked like unchanged and stained sheets. They said we got a VIP room, don't want to think what would otherwise be a room if this was the best..

We knew we were getting a cheap hotel, we really weren’t expecting much. Knew it wasn’t gonna be updated or new BUT it was filthy. Completely gross. Comforter had a burn mark from a cigarette, and stains. The bathroom walls had blood on them, I’m pretty sure. It was just disgusting.

Roaches everywhere in the room and dirty hallways.

We spent 4 days at the hotel. Not once did someone come in and change out our towels. We had to take the dirty ones and do a “linen exchange” from 4-9. We kept asking for a pillow, but they were only available to housekeeping between 11-3. We were never able be there at that time. The floors were dirty in the room when we got there. There was a cockroach on the bathroom floor. The room had a kitchenette, but not one dish or cup was included….not even a coffee pot. The faucets all leaked and the hot and cold were installed wrong.

The bed had stains that looked like blood, there was no running water in toilet or bathroom sink, a used latex glove on sink, the shower stall had been poorly patched. Grafitti in the room. There were brown spatters on the exterior wall near the elevator

The whole place is rundown.Ther were people (dont know if they were staying ther), having a bbq in the parking lot. People were running around, up and down each floor yelling and it was generally run down. The a/c did not work, the room was dirty and beat up.

This was the worst hotel I have ever visited. There was trash all over the exterior and the strong smell of marijuana hit you every time you step outside. The room I had was dismal. The door did not lock fully and despite it being shut and locked, the door itself flapped in the breeze. There was a ton of highway noise and the walls of the room were apparently very thin because I heard every conversation my fellow guests had and the unmistakable sound of lovemaking. The room had a dingy smell and I noticed water dripping from the ceiling onto the floor next to the fridge. The room was dirty and godforbid the cleaning staff would ever actually do a detailed job. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Everything outdated. Pictures ripped off the walls.curtains ripped. I definitely would not refer this place.

This was one of the most disappointing hotels I’ve ever been to it was like a 100 degree weather outside and the same temperature inside the room air conditioning didn’t work and the tv I had to turn it bye hand no remote

I should have done better research in booking. That was my mistake but let me save you the trouble… do not stay here. First of all, you had to almost kick the door down to get it open. The room felt dirty, the floors and walls seemed to have never been cleaned. The lighting was dim and flickered when turning on. There was no remote control for the tv so I had nothing to drown out the noise that was happening outside the hotel all night.

My husband and I stayed overnight here prior to flying out of Denver International Airport. This hotel was disgusting. Our key card didn’t work so we had to get a new one. The shower didn’t have any hot water. The bedside lamp didn’t have a lightbulb. The room was in need of renovation. We believe the hotel was more like an extended stay and the hallways wreaked of marijuana. Luckily it was just overnight but Red Roof should be ashamed to allow one of their hotels to be in such disarray. I am sending them an email to lodge my complaint. The pictures on Expedia are clearly false advertising.

The check in was easy and staff was friendly but the room had no comforter or blanket on the bed and the sheets were "clean" but looked to have foot print marks on them and a cigarette burn in it. The overall cleanliness wasn\'t terrible, but there was a noticeable soft spot and dip in the bathroom that made it feel unsafe like it would collapse.

No one was at the front desk and I wasn’t able to check in had to get a different hotel

We did a late checkin (after midnight) and the young man(Landon) there was very polite. He gave us our keys and we went to the room. The lights were on and the door was propped open. We knocked and went in, no one was there but the linnens were on the desk and the bed was not made. We went back down and Landon tried to find us another room, he ultimately had to turn us away due to house keeping issues and not having another room for us. He was very helpful in assisting us get our refund.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The night management woman was very professional, flexible with my booking and found a room for us that fit our needs for our stay. I only wish I could add her name to my review because she deserves credit for being a valuable employee and hostess. You know who you are... Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again soon...

I have tried contacting someone about my $50 deposit i was charged and it was never refunded back.

We arrived late because of a flight delay, relieved to finally have a place to rest, only to be told that due to overbooking our reservation was canceled. It was awful news and poorly handled. According to the app we still had the reservation. If we had known when we got off the plane through the app or a phone call or text we could have made other arrangements instead of showing up to the hotel. I was not impressed.

I made my reservations weeks in advance, showed up with my kids after a long flight to be told that there were zero rooms available. Staff offered zero apologies, actually looked completely annoyed that we had to sit outside in the front for 44 mins to find an Uber to another hotel. They came outside to smoke a cig and play around right in front of our faces. Never showed any concern. Me and my children ended up having to go back to the airport to sleep bc there was no rooms available and we had a flight to catch late the next morning. Horrible experience. Horrible hotel with disgusting people who have zero customer service skills. Also had to spend Uber fees going back and forth just to sleep on the floor of an airport. Never trusting Expedia to book my reservations again.

Didn't like the communication by the hotel. Asked a question snd never got a response.

BEWARE: HOTEL STAFF ARE SCAMMERS & GOONS I booked a hotel and paid the full amount. I was traveling from California to Denver. I tried calling the hotel 5-6 times around 9 pm to inform them that we would be checking in late, around 11:30 pm, due to a flight delay. No one answered, so I left a message on Expedia and sent an email, but no one responded to either. When I finally arrived, the front desk told me that my reservation had been canceled due to overbooking and that they had given my room to someone else. I was left helpless, with luggage and nowhere to go. They simply denied any responsibility and told me to talk to Expedia, saying they couldn’t do anything about it. I spoke with Expedia, and they said they couldn’t help without confirmation from the hotel desk. Expedia customer care tried calling the hotel desk, but no one answered. When I asked the front desk lady to attend the call, she bluntly said it was up to her whether she answered any calls or not. Eventually, Expedia refunded the hotel fees, but it wasted around two hours of my time with multiple follow-ups. I had another connecting flight in the morning, so I couldn't sleep that night. Not only that, but during this entire conversation, we noticed another family struggling with the same issue while I was on a call with Expedia. We also observed two pickup trucks full of thug-like individuals standing in the parking lot and staring at everyone. They were probably hired goons to intimidate.

The staff was awesome. Especially Zoe. Despite some issues, she was great at problem solving and making it better. The other staff were friendly and helpful. This makes a great difference.

The hotel is good and the service is good, but there is a lot of noise outside.

It's quaint.A lot of the residents live here, and I've seen many come and go. Maverick gas station is next door, so it's a little noisy w/ the large trucks who stop for gas, but there are worse types of noise, like fighting and sirens, that we don't hear, so it's good 👍

I live here as a temporary situation, and I like staying here because of it's proximity to my job (by the airport), places to eat, and transit. It's a quiet community, for the most part, of people who work, some with short stays, and others like me who have made this our temporary home.

I felt safe. I like how there are 2 convenience stores, Maverik and Circle K, next door and across the street. Jack-in-the-box is nextdoor to Maverik, whereas Burger King is nextdoor to Circle K. Public transportation is less than a 1/4 mile away, and there's plenty of parking at the motel. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a very subpar room. The floor was clean, but the walls and doors had grime on them. The toilet paper roll was missing, but we found some in a cabinet. The furniture was scratched up. Shampoo was not even offered in the room. No breakfast, not even coffee. It may not be related, but my credit card was compromised the day after staying here as well.

Asked for ice and one plastic glass to have a drink. Told us to go to the gas station. Laminate floor in bathroom buckled badly. Baseboards falling off. Plastic sheets on the bed. I have stayed in a lot of dumps but this wins. Not bad looking from the outside but the rooms are brutal.

You could tell that the room I was in was not properly cleaned from housekeeping.It was a surface clean. There was an empty glass bottle of liquor under the bed along with a sock.The quilt on the bed had burn holes in it. No tv remote. One of the draws was full of loose change, screens for a pipe, and cigarettes. Never the less the room smelt like cigarettes as well. Amazing hot water though for the shower. But the Mavericks next door must be the weekend night meet spot. Very noise and loud.

People who come here, stay here, live here, and work from here. No coffee, but they have vending, and Maverick is next door, Circle K across the street, alongside Burger King and jack-in-the-box. No complaints.
