The blankets had stains and hair on it, dirty toilet, filthy light switches, door handles and the heater wasn’t working in my room. I had to get moved to a different room and had the same issue with the blankets having stains and hair on them, dirty toilet and cabinet missing a door. I had again reported it to the front desk and he in return got an attitude and became hostile with me because of me reporting the dirty blankets and everything else wrong with the room not fast enough for him when I had to call the front desk 4x within an hr and a half before the owner answered the phone. I told him I didn’t appreciate him being hostile with me when I’m the customer dissatisfied with my room and I asked to speak to the manager. He responded with I am the manager the owner I pay everybody and all of the bills here. I asked to speak to a higher up he said you can try but you probably won’t get far. He didn’t care about how he acted towards me and he blamed his hostile nature on him having a bad day which isn’t my issue. I ask for a comp stay or a credit he refused to give me any type of compensation for my troubles and was rude and avoided me after the hostile interaction. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had the issues that I dealt with during my recent stay. Due to this experience and seeing how the owner operates I most likely will not be using this hotels services anymore. The free breakfast was a good plus and the rest of the staff showing hospitality.
