The place is run down, no imenities whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to any one. I stayed there 2 years ago, it was very good. Since the hurricane, the place needs a rebuild.

Do not stay here. The hotel seemed abandoned. There was yellow police tape around all three empty pools and the gym. Some of the elevators don't work. There's no parking at the hotel you have to park across a busy street behind a Walgreens. The room seem to be furnished from very cheap finds from a goodwill. The bed was stiff, The leather on the couch was cracked and old, there were only two very thin pillows provided. You couldn't even access the beach from the hotel, had to leave the hotel walk around the hotel and go in through the public entrance. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We could hear the people next door when they spoke. The car park on site was also closed. Had to park in vacant lot next door & trundle bags in. Rubbish was overflowing in bin in hallway to room. The room was freezing & we were unable to get the heater to work. The beds had a sheet & 1 blanket on each bed. There was only 1 extra blanket for 2 beds, we had to use the beach towels on the 2nd bed to try and keep warm. We contacted Vacasa & they sent a person@ 6pm to try & fix heater. Heater wasn’t fixed & by 8pm they couldn’t do anything but provide an extra blanket.

The room was very nice and clean I was very disappointed because the pools were all out of order. We couldn’t use the doors that went directly from pool to beach. Definitely need up grades and let people know the resort isn’t in total working order.

I would not call this a resort at all. The property looks shoddy/rundown, as if it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s. Elevators looked all torn up, carpeting was torn up everywhere, pieces of the building were visibly hanging off to the point where you could see fiberglass sticking out. The parking situation was a complete joke, no space & had to park in parking garage and Uber around. All of the outdoor amenities are shut off. No pool, outdoor bar, hot tub, no indoor pool, no bar, no restaurant, no nothing. The washer on my floor was broken. The only positive thing about this place where the staff. They were very friendly and professional. Other than the staff being nice, the place itself was a complete dump for the money. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend that other people stay here either.

Well lets start with there are no amenities! Nothing in the hotel is open! No pools, no dining/bar area, no weight room, no laundry, no Nothing! None of that was disclosed prior to booking the room. Found out when i got my check in email from the company managing the hotel. By then it was too late to cancel and get my money back. In addition to that there is no staff in the building! Saw 1 security guard in the evening occasionally. Didn't see not 1 person from housekeeping. Trash overflowing in designated areas where you are to take your own trash out to! Oh and you have to park behind a shopping plaza that is easily a 5 minute or more walk. Overall pathetic excuse for a hotel! Will definitely never stay there again or anywhere that company manages!

Room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately parking was terrible due to the parking garage being closed, we had to walk across the street behind businesses to park which was a HUGE inconvenience, especially at night because there was no lights. The pool was also closed so there were no amenities to enjoy.

The room Was disgusting, found 2 dead roaches approximately 2 inches long, 1 live roach running around the hallway door frame atleast 3 inches long. You can’t cancel or you lose your payment so you’re stuck keeping the lights on and checking your luggage before you leave. I will never book through the Airbnb again

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. We left early. There were only two towels and no one working at the front desk after 6 pm to get towels. Parking was super inconvenient. Behind a strip mall across a the A1A or in strip mall down the road. No pool indoor or out, no excercise room. I understand there was a hurricane but the status of the place was abysmal. Complete lack of upkeep or even an attempt to fix it. It did not just appear to be hurricane damage it was just run down and not taken care of. We looked out over a green algae (dark green) pool. Indoor pool was empty as well. Everything taped off with red tape. The whole place reeked of marijuana. It was so bad it could give you a contact high. Even though it is non smoking. Ran into strippers/escorts in the lobby when I was with my small children. I know this because I saw them again in alley and heard them talking. Had hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Had a puddle of water on bathroom floor when we arrived. Had no pillows or sheets for pull out bed. And as with the towels no where to get any.

The room I picked was NOT the room I got. I paid for the most expensive out of the choices I had to pick from and I got worse then any of the rooms I picked out. The room I booked had a private balcony, the room I got was a public balcony shared by 10 or more guests. The bed was hard as a rock and killed my back and arms when I woke up. I was NEVER informed of my room number and had to call around for about 45 minutes just to figure out what room number I was. Then they want to charge $200 if I loose the crappy parking pass that wasn't even laminated and too easy to mess up? That's ridiculous, my friends also stayed here and the fee for loosing their pass was $50 and it was laminated. The whole set up was ridiculous, the room smelt like mold and was a HUGE disappointment. I will NEVER stay here again nor use this website to book again. Horrible experience.

When we first walked in the room it had a very bad musky old smell. Even though I sprayed many times, the smell came back. The bed was very uncomfortable and the springs in the mattress poked us in the back. The pillows and sheets were old looking and didn't look clean. The property was torn up, obviously from a hurricane over a year and a half ago. We didn't get to use any amenities on the property because the indoor pool was drained and the outdoor pools were tore up and drained. There was no access to the beach from the property. There was no available staff to talk to about our issues late Thursday evening or Friday morning before we left to go eat breakfast and when we came back it was late in the afternoon. We spoke with someone on site that told us who to call and said to make sure to specify if we got charged for amenities to let the 3rd party company know everything was closed. We reached out to a representative who said someone would call us as soon as possible but we never heard a word so we had to make due in this same room on our last night. We stayed on the 10th floor in room 1005. We are very disappointed with everything. We stayed at this hotel in 2021 and had a great time but it has really went down hill. We will not be back.

This property said it has pools, hot tub, restaurant, bar, and beach access. None is true. Pictures must be from YEAS ago! Ac did not work. Had to clean condo myself before we could even go to sleep. Kitchen had on pot one spoon. Couldn't cook for my family without buying my own etc... had to be moved to another unit since both ac units went out. Then the next unit sleeper bed was not sleeable. We had to move a mattress in ourselves and put it back ourselves. Said they'd refund our stay. Has not happened. Worst stay anywhere! Do not go here it is literally crumbling into the ocean.

Omg… where the hell do I begin!? The room was not ready for check-in as indicated, The rm was still being cleaned while the person was on the phone and took forever to do anything. We did not have linens until later. Then we were told we could not receive more b/c guests have to wash them to reuse. We could not sit on the balcony because there was bird poop everywhere. We had a rough time sleeping because the refrigerator & a/c made a lot of noise. I was in reg contact with my complaints and was even told I may be able to get some type of refund but nothing has been resolved. I would NEVER stay @ this facility again nor would I recommend to my worst enemy. I read the reviews so shame on me because I was hoping my experience was going to be better. NOPE! We left to go to another facility just so we could get a good nights sleep. How ridiculous ! I came to release stress not gain more. I’m very disappointed in the room AND the way this has been handled. What a waste of money and vacation. A refund is the least that can be done for my inconveniences.

The room I picked was NOT the room I got. I paid for the most expensive out of the choices I had to pick from and I got worse then any of the rooms I picked out. The room I booked had a private balcony, the room I got was a public balcony shared by 10 or more guests. The bed was hard as a rock and killed my back and arms when I woke up. I was NEVER informed of my room number and had to call around for about 45 minutes just to figure out what room number I was. Then they want to charge $200 if I loose the crappy parking pass that wasn't even laminated and too easy to mess up? That's ridiculous, my friends also stayed here and the fee for loosing their pass was $50 and it was laminated. The whole set up was ridiculous, the room smelt like mold and was a HUGE disappointment. I will NEVER stay here again nor use this website to book again. Horrible experience.

This is a horrible place to stay. The property was dirty. The bed was broke and dented in. The AC didn’t work and they knew it due to them have fans throughout the room. Elevators didn’t work. Trash all over property. The balcony view was horrible the below pool where green.the food in the area was nasty. I will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. AC didn’t work, I messaged with management on 3 occasions and they told me that’s unfortunate and stopped replying. Pigeon poop all over the balcony and nothing included for the beach. No pan in the kitchen just 1 scratched up pot. Also accommodations stated for 6 people but there are only 5 pillows. Beds are uncomfortable, the legs were falling off and I had to fix it. Omg… where the hell do I begin!? The room was not ready for check-in as indicated, The rm was still being cleaned while the person was on the phone and took forever to do anything. We did not have linens until later. Then we were told we could not receive more b/c guests have to wash them to reuse. We could not sit on the balcony because there was bird poop everywhere. We had a rough time sleeping because the refrigerator & a/c made a lot of noise. I was in reg contact with my complaints and was even told I may be able to get some type of refund but nothing has been resolved. I would NEVER stay @ this facility again nor would I recommend to my worst enemy. I read the reviews so shame on me because I was hoping my experience was going to be better. NOPE! When I arrived parked my vehicle to be checked in. The white blonde headed lady was very rude (rushing people to unload their cars, using the cart and to get on and off) the elevator. I have never experienced anything like this before. Shown on the pictures of the resort the balcony was very tiny, I requested a 1 queen size bed ended up with a double bed. Very very unhappy guest.

This was a terrible choice to stay at. There were no bath towels and the bed linen was questionable. Not even any coffee. Our host, Vacasa, was useless. Started communicating with them on arrival and we never got anything but promises of they would get the their local staff to help. They would even confirm they had tried. We dried off with hand towels the first night and bought beach towels The next night. So much for Customer Service. Would not recommend

I would not call this a resort at all. The property looks shoddy/rundown, as if it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s. Elevators looked all torn up, carpeting was torn up everywhere, pieces of the building were visibly hanging off to the point where you could see fiberglass sticking out. The parking situation was a complete joke, no space & had to park in parking garage and Uber around. All of the outdoor amenities are shut off. No pool, outdoor bar, hot tub, no indoor pool, no bar, no restaurant, no nothing. The washer on my floor was broken. The only positive thing about this place where the staff. They were very friendly and professional. Other than the staff being nice, the place itself was a complete dump for the money. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend that other people stay here either.

Do not stay here. The hotel seemed abandoned. There was yellow police tape around all three empty pools and the gym. Some of the elevators don't work. There's no parking at the hotel you have to park across a busy street behind a Walgreens. The room seem to be furnished from very cheap finds from a goodwill. The bed was stiff, The leather on the couch was cracked and old, there were only two very thin pillows provided. You couldn't even access the beach from the hotel, had to leave the hotel walk around the hotel and go in through the public entrance. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I rented MONTHS ahead of time, for Biketoberfest. I wasnt given ANY details or arrangemets until AFTER the deadline to cancel for full refund. How convenient. No trailers on property allowed. Had to arrange a spot MILES away. Ridiculous. And no parking of my vehicle on location, either. Had to park across the busy road. Absolutely unreasonable. Shouldve notified us of those issues. Luckily, a place nearby i frequent had vacancy, so we ended up there and didnt even check in to this disappointent. Never again...

The room was very nice and clean I was very disappointed because the pools were all out of order. We couldn’t use the doors that went directly from pool to beach. Definitely need up grades and let people know the resort isn’t in total working order.

Unfortunately parking was terrible due to the parking garage being closed, we had to walk across the street behind businesses to park which was a HUGE inconvenience, especially at night because there was no lights. When we first walked in the room it had a very bad musky old smell. Even though I sprayed many times, the smell came back. The bed was very uncomfortable and the springs in the mattress poked us in the back. The pillows and sheets were old looking and didn't look clean. The property was torn up, obviously from a hurricane over a year and a half ago. We didn't get to use any amenities on the property because the indoor pool was drained and the outdoor pools were tore up and drained. There was no access to the beach from the property. There was no available staff to talk to about our issues late Thursday evening or Friday morning before we left to go eat breakfast and when we came back it was late in the afternoon. We spoke with someone on site that told us who to call and said to make sure to specify if we got charged for amenities to let the 3rd party company know everything was closed. We reached out to a representative who said someone would call us as soon as possible but we never heard a word so we had to make due in this same room on our last night. We stayed on the 10th floor in room 1005. We are very disappointed with everything. We stayed at this hotel in 2021 and had a great time but it has really went down hill. We will not be back.

I did not like that I paid resort fees without the resort experience. Did not have access to pools or continental breakfast that was included on the website. I did not like that I had to speak to a 3rd party person to explain my disagreement with the property and told there was nothing they could do. The pools were shut down as well as the kitchen for the breakfast . The hallway to the rooms was completely unkempt. I could not speak to anyone in person, only speak to associates via 3rd party on the phone. Very terrible experience and service and will not be going there again. Kitchen had on pot one spoon. Couldn't cook for my family without buying my own etc... had to be moved to another unit since both ac units went out. Then the next unit sleeper bed was not sleeable. There are absolutely No facilities open or available at the property. The pool, spa, bbq, bistro are all closed down & in disrepair. The floor was dirty and the shower had mould in the shower. We could hear the people next door when they spoke. The car park on site was also closed. Had to park in vacant lot next door & trundle bags in. Rubbish was overflowing in bin in hallway to room. The room was freezing & we were unable to get the heater to work. The beds had a sheet & 1 blanket on each bed. There was only 1 extra blanket for 2 beds, we had to use the beach towels on the 2nd bed to try and keep warm. We contacted Vacasa & they sent a person@ 6pm to try & fix heater. Heater wasn’t fixed & by 8pm they couldn’t do anything but provide an extra blanket.

There are absolutely No facilities open or available at the property. The pool, spa, bbq, bistro are all closed down & in disrepair. The floor was dirty and the shower had mould in the shower. We could hear the people next door when they spoke. The car park on site was also closed. Had to park in vacant lot next door & trundle bags in. Rubbish was overflowing in bin in hallway to room. The room was freezing & we were unable to get the heater to work. The beds had a sheet & 1 blanket on each bed. There was only 1 extra blanket for 2 beds, we had to use the beach towels on the 2nd bed to try and keep warm. We contacted Vacasa & they sent a person@ 6pm to try & fix heater. Heater wasn’t fixed & by 8pm they couldn’t do anything but provide an extra blanket.

I would not call this a resort at all. The property looks shoddy/rundown, as if it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s. Elevators looked all torn up, carpeting was torn up everywhere, pieces of the building were visibly hanging off to the point where you could see fiberglass sticking out. The parking situation was a complete joke, no space & had to park in parking garage and Uber around. All of the outdoor amenities are shut off. No pool, outdoor bar, hot tub, no indoor pool, no bar, no restaurant, no nothing. The washer on my floor was broken. The only positive thing about this place where the staff. They were very friendly and professional. Other than the staff being nice, the place itself was a complete dump for the money. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend that other people stay here either.

Parking deck was not available. Towels and rags were not available during the entire stay. Had to go buy linens from the Dollar General. Was told they were backed up from the previous holiday weekend.

The rooms are not worth the payment we’re charged. The floors are stained and the beds didn’t feel like pillow tops mattresses. I’m tired of paying for crap. They didn’t give enough towels for our family, so I walked down to the front desk to get more. She told me I had to bring down the dirty ones before she can give me more. I’m up on the 12th floor🙄. There was crap on the balcony I’m guessing they didn’t have time to clean before we paid for the room. The AC in the living room area did cool the room at all. I won’t stay there again. You would think it would be better for a resort but it wasn’t at all. Very disappointed!!!
