One cart gets stuck in elevator. Remodeling going on. Paint and chipped laminate everywhere. Smells and stains. Our room had burn in carpet. Smelled like "ass" my teenager said. We were too tired and I didn't use booking insurance so we slept. Tree trimming trucks took up the parking lot. Couldn't park easily. Wife thought there was a dead body in back parking lot. Our wonderful view. It wasn't, it was just a homeless man. I took a picture.

The front desk staff who checked us in were very friendly and welcoming. The staff member who prepared and maintained the breakfast each morning was outstanding. Everything she put out was fresh and delicious, and breakfast was honestly the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel was disappointing. Our room needed a thorough cleaning. There was mold on some of the furniture, and the room had a noticeable musty smell. Overall, the property feels outdated and is in need of renovations and better maintenance

Very kind and professional staff. The property owner needs to bite the bullet and upgrade the rooms. The carpet throughout the building smelled horrible.

The only reason I stayed here was for an event at the nearby stadium. The only perk was being walking distance to the stadium. They have a serious issue with humidity in the rooms. If I had been staying in ATL more than one night, I would’ve found a different hotel & abandoned this one, much like Radisson has apparently abandoned it as well. I am from the south & Atlanta is just as humid as my hometown. I’ve also stayed in Atlanta many times at different hotels and NEVER had such as issue with an obscene amount of humidity being trapped indoors. They desperately need to invest in a serious dehumidification system & do a total renovation to rid the disgusting smell. The room was thick with the stench of wet mildew. I laid an outfit out, over the desk chair, over night. The next morning, my clothing was damp. My pajamas & any orhee clothing removed from my bag also reeked of mildew. Even worse, I use a CPAP machine. After just one night there, the filter to my CPAP was ruined; when it tried to use it the next night (at home), the offensive mildew smell was constant, making it rather difficult to sleep even at my own home because by the time I realized, it was too late in the evening to contact the medical equipment company for a new one. If I ever attend another event at that stadium, I will 100% plan on staying at a better hotel & Ubering. The convenience of proximity to the event was NOT worth how breathtakingly gross this place is.
