Comfort Suites Morrow- Atlanta South

I booked the room for my you daughter's birthday and 2 friends that I chaperoned. They called it their apartment. Breakfast and and pool hours were great.My only was that they didn't have extra bath towels on hand when I asked for them. I liked that there wasn't an extra fee for late check-out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The workout area and lobby were clean and updated. I would've liked the pool area to be cleaner, but it was still clean enough to swim in. The room was spacious and quiet, though when we arrived, there were sounds of construction happening. And, there was as dumpster in the parking lot blocking part of the lot.

The property smelled like cigarettes and marijuana every night. The toilet in our room had dried urine on the base of the toilet. When we asked for it to be cleaned, it was still there. Some of the staff was rude; however, Miss Val and Miss Jenell were absolutely phenomenal!! The back door to the property wasn't locked and it is broken. Anyone can enter the property. It's definitely not safe!! The list can go on and on with the issues; however, I'll stop there. They should consider heavily doing some deep and extensive remodeling or condemning and starting over!! First and last time visiting the property. It's definitely an older property.

Great location and property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the grand staircase!! We didn't use the indoor pool but looked over it and it was in great shape. I select hotels on price to value and this Comfort Suites was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent hot buffet meats, eggs, pancakes, waffles and Columbian coffee!

Our 1st room smelled of urine. The friendly front desk clerk immediately changed our room which was much better. The elevator and the ice machines were down. Elevator stereo working the next day; not sure about the ice machines. Staff was awesome.

Extremely dissatisfied. We booked these rooms specifically to use the pool and when we arrived and checked in, we were told the pool was permanently closed.

Staff was very friendly and professional, accomodations were great, breakfast was more than I expected. Very smooth hassle free check-in and check-out. Parking was a bit congested and small for the location but would definitely stay again.

Good enough, well over charged for the amenities available/ safety of building. Side door was completely busted anyone could walk in and police came through and said some one was breaking into cars at neighboring hotel.

The hotel was clean, however both of the beds in our room were terrible and the elevator to the 3rd floor was broken.

The staff was very helpful and enjoyed all the eating places that were so close by within walking distance. The indoor pool was great as wel since we had small children.

Breakfast was disgusting and pitiful. The dining area was so gross, every table was nasty. At 8am the food was hard, overheated, and nasty. Our room was gross. Pubic hair found all over the floor in the bathroom. Blankets had not been washed. My daughter walk around the room in white socks and within an hour the bottoms of her feet were black. The room had an awful smell to it. We had a king size bed, and they didn’t even have full size pillows. 4 little square shaped pillows.

The room was overall dirty. Carpets were filthy, walls were dirty, wood panel behind the beds clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. Our AC unit didn’t work well and our entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. When speaking to desk clerk another guest came to complain about a cockroach in their room. Checked out after one night but was denied refund for second night. Had to speak with 3 different people at Expedia just to be offered a decent “gesture of goodwill.”

Do not stay at this hotel. The lobby carpeting was black. The room was filthy. The mirrors had fingerprints all over them, the carpets and tile were soaking wet, the tub had cracks in it, the bathroom door knob wasn't attached, the room smelled like gasoline and weed. When I complained, they gave me some febreeze. We didn't even stay one night and left 30 minutes after we arrived.

The hotel room was decent, however sheets were not the cleanest. Appeared to be old stains. Overlooked the issues until we saw a cockroach crawling in the room. That was my last straw. I will not be staying at this hotel nor will I ever recommend.

I was disappointed with this hotel for one reason; the beds were extremely uncomfortable and everything from the mattress to the linens should be replaced.The room itself was fine. The location was great. The staff were very friendly. But if you can't rest well then it's not a great stay. We noticed right away that one of the queen beds made a clunking noise when we sat on it and it seemed broken - it had a crater in the center and we rolled into it. We are not large people so it wasn't our size. We traded with our teenage son since he was sleeping alone. The other bed wasn't broken, but it wasn't comfortable and the sheets were so worn they had horrible pilling and nubs that rubbed against my legs all night. There also were no blankets! Just a top sheet and another very thin coverlet that my son described as "a shower curtain." No blankets in the closet, either. I realize it gets hot in the Atlanta area, but blankets on a bed are a must. I'm usually satisfied with the comfort in Comfort Suites, so this was surprisingly disappointing. The air conditioner worked fine, but it had a strange hum that sounded like Chewbacca all night long. Unique to our room, I'm sure. The breakfast was ok; the eggs were runny and the coffee not great. I would only stay here again if the beds were upgraded.

If the pillow was better it would have been great. The fridge was not making noise would be nice. It was good overall. Just glad the fire alarm was working even though it was a malfunction.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. I am not crazy about the pillows but I slept well.

There was no way to make coffee in the room because the tray was missing to the coffee maker. The water pressure in the shower was really weak. Room looked clean but there was only one blanket for two beds.

I’m there for a business trip and the room was in terrible condition. There was oil stains in the couch, on the curtains and I don’t what it was in the headboard. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and when called to the front desk the person answered with an attitude after 5 minutes and told me pretty much too bad. I needed the Wi-Fi to work and it wasn’t available nor did I get assistance! Checked out and went across the street to another hotel. Very bad experience!

We had room 329 the mattress was over used, a spring was poking me in the ribs all night. Andre the staff , called me in the middle of a funeral and insisted i come back to hotel to pay for another night that i already paid for thru hotel.com.

Our room was big and clean, beds were comfortable, shower pressure not good and tub drained slow so standing in water during the shower. Breakfast area was clean, organized and a good variety. Would stay again

This was a fairly small hotel conveniently located off I-75, just a few miles from downtown Atlanta. I reserved 4 rooms for 2 nights as our family was in town for a wedding. Three of the 4 rooms were on the first floor, and the last on the 3rd floor. At check in, my elderly parents were given a room on the third floor. As they entered the room, they quickly realized that it was already occupied, as it was full of belongings. Lucky for my parents, the room occupants were not there at the time, as that could have caused them harm. They went back to the desk, and the employee crossed out 323 from their card envelope, and wrote 328. They went back to the third floor again, only to discover there is no 328. Apparently he meant to write 338. Finally after three tries, they had an empty room. The third floor room was hot, and constantly smelled like marijuana. They also rarely had hot water. I wish my parents had told me immediately about their room issues, but didn’t want to be any trouble, so they kept it to themselves. We paid $1000 for this stay. Their troubles made this a disappointing experience.

Upon arrival, I was provided with an incorrect room number by the front desk, which resulted in my key card not working. A staff member verified the number on my key card & let me into what I believed was my assigned room, allowing me to place my belongings inside. However, I was then advised to return to the front desk to have my key card reprogrammed. The clerk reprogrammed my key & instructed me to keep it away from my phone & cards. Later, when I returned from an event, my key card once again failed to work. When I approached the front desk, I was informed that I was in the wrong room, & all of my belongings had been removed. I showed the clerk my key card & the room number written by the previous staff member, but the night shift clerk was confused, stating she found a booking under my name but not for that room. My belongings were retrieved, and I was reassigned to what was supposedly my correct room. However, upon entering this new room, I encountered multiple issues: • The pull-out bed was broken. • There were visible stains, hair, & food remnants on the bed. • The bathroom sink had a severe leak around the seal Given these condition, of the room . I reached out to Expedia to express my concerns, but I was informed that the hotel declined any form of compensation, citing a strict no-refund policy. This is entirely unacceptable This experience reflects poor management, a lack of proper communication among staff, & a disregard for guest satisfaction.

The front staff was superb from check in to check out . The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast buffet style was excellent. Enjoyed our stay , Thank you

The young lady who checked us in was the friendliest person I have met at a hotel in a while. It was almost midnight, she had a big line of people checking in and she was energetic and smiling at everyone! Good job staffing your desk!

Staff was very friendly will definitely book again

No!! This was a horrible experience. My daughter & I was woken up at 4:56A to a person trying to get in our room. If the latch wasn't on the door, they would have gotten in. I called down to the desk and was told that my room showed available. That the guy had just checked in but his key wouldn't have opened my door. I advised her that he had it opened and tried like 3 or 4 times it sounded like it. When I got up the door was actually left as opened as far as the hatch would let him open it. She asked Amy name and all, which I gave her and advised that I had checked in about 8ish. She told me about the reservation was paid already, asked how I was paying my deposit, address, phone #, etc. I was given a key to #106. She stated she do t know how the system kicked out my reservation but she found me and put me back to 106. That she remembered me from when I checked in. She apologized but I tried to explain to her that this mistake could have been very different because I could have shot this guy and IG she would have been apologizing that the system caused him his life. Like how a system lock you out and show your room available after you have checked in. I advised her when we're getting g dressed and about to check out. When I got to the desk I told her that she cannot give my room to that guy and that I need my receipt. She searched around the computer. I asked so ig you can't found me huh. She said no. Asked for me to write down my email and she will email the receipt and ask

Great staff! Very accommodating

First all i got there Friday afternoon. When i got there check in. And the card to the door wasn’t working. So the young lady told us she have somebody work the next day. I stayed there 3 days. So the next day the door to my room still wasn’t working and i had ask the front desk like hey what’s going on i thought they have fix it. Young lady very apologetic but still i will like to get in my room with no problems. And my day of check out i ask can they can accommodate me because my door hasn’t been working. She was on the phone with her manager saying he will put the money back. Bathroom was nasty bugs just horrible

Had a problem with my initial room, but a quick chat with the front desk promptly fixed it (ended up in a room change, but was able to keep the same type of room)

Stayed 6 nights, thankfully we were out most of the time. The breakfast server was extremely rude, after the first encounter we went out for breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free.

Walked across the parking lot for an exceptional dinner (no joke) at the Cracker Barrel, very convenient to the highway as well.

Very nice and accessible property

There was a homeless guy with a truck and 2 dogs in the parking lot all night. He was (drunk/high?) playing a guitar. Later he was joined by 2 other guys. Didn't feel safe.

Conveniently located right off I75. Clean but a bit tired. Would stop here again.

Hotel was very clean. Everyone we dealt with were super nice. Breakfast was great. The only issues we had were people that seem to roam around outside. If they would keep these people off property it would be Great.

Clean room and fantastic breakfast

Breakfast was just okay. I would have liked to have more than one fruit option, peanut butter or non pork protein, or some individually wrapped options (cereal/ granola bars) for those on the run. Milk was poured from a community jug. Waffle batter was inconsistent from one day to the next.

Rm was comfortable but unable to regulate temperature. Ice machine on rm floor was inoperable. Hot breakfast food was mediocre at best.

The staff and breakfast were excellent

The person who checked us in was wonderful and our room was fine. Our only only in the morning for breakfast. We were told by the front desk that breakfast was until 9:00 a.m. however when we got there at 8:50 the person working the area had already started breaking down and taking the food away. They were rude to my children and acted upset what we wanted to eat. She told them they had 10 minutes but she continued to break the area down while they tried to get their food.
