I checked in and around 3 AM. I woke up to what looked like roaches crawling on me. After my panic died down, I went to the reception desk and notified them about the roaches. She came and checked the room and immediately gave us a room on the third floor. A few hours later when it was time to get ready for the wedding. The towels in the room were dirty, the complementary shampoo was completely empty. Luckily, I bought an extra towel from home which was supposed to be a pool towel. The room had a stale smell. This was a horrible experience. The receptionist made the experience a little better. But coming from a 13hr drive just to be woken by bugs set the tone for the weekend.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast

The hotel was nice for my one-night stay. The morning breakfast was good, and I got a room with a jacuzzi tub and loved it. Breakfast was on point too.
