the breakfast offer is repetitive and poor

The front of the hotel seem well updated however the roomwas really out dated. The room had spring mattress which were old and super uncomfortable. The bathroom water ran off and on all night. The carpet was dirty and muggy. The pool slide and kiddy pool was closed for the season which is why I reserved.

⭐⭐ Disappointing Stay – Much Room for Improvement My husband and I recently stayed here after driving 15 hours, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. From check-in, I didn’t feel welcomed by the front desk staff. I was dressed casually after a long drive, and while I can’t say my appearance played a role, I felt the customer service lacked warmth and courtesy. Our first room smelled stale, and the vents were covered in accumulated dust. We requested another room, which they accommodated. The second room was better but still had an odor, and the mini-split AC unit had concerning black stains. Although renovations appear to be underway, the property needs significant improvements. The furniture is outdated, and the elevators were frightening. They creaked, stopped roughly, and sometimes the doors struggled to open. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and practically the same food every morning. The front desk staff often made me feel like I was bothering them when asking questions. During our room change, an employee quietly commented about our room assignment and chuckled, which felt unprofessional. I do want to recognize the gentleman clearing tables in the breakfast area. He was genuinely kind and welcoming. An older building is understandable, but cleanliness, maintenance, and respectful customer service should never be compromised. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Internet, i didn’t like that i had to pay extra for internet

When we check they didn't mention anything about the wifi parking or breakfeast. We had to go back to make sure we didn't need a paper for the parking amd to ask for wifi password we were told we needed to be reward members or pay. We we opened the door to room it smelled weird. Like laundry when it been in the washer to long then dried. There weren't enough towels for a room for four people.
