LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, NASTY! Front doors looked like they were cleaned with dirty towels, smeared and gross. Elevator broke. Room smelled like vomit. I booked two rooms so our friends would be close by. Verified rooms twice were close. Ended up on different floors. Our rooms had sticky floors, screens hanging in shreds, the smell of one room was like vomit. I was given eye rolls and attitude when trying to get our friends out of vomit room. I asked for maid service, again, eye roll. Race weekend and area was booked so we bought cleaning supplies so we would not stick to floors and had clean bathrooms. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE CLEANING, guessing they do not change mop water or supplies until end of shift? Furniture looks like it has been picked out of garbage. It did have a nice painting on the wall. 😒

They had no extra towels. None!!!! Shower leaked water all over floor every time you took a shower d/t shower head being broken and a stream continuously spraying the floor. Treadmill was broken so I walked around the area, it is safe and quite. A lot of dining choices. I will say the rooms are huge, kitchenette is nice. Staff wasn't great either, other than a house keeper that got me a hand towel to dry off with. On a personal call during some of my check in. This place has potential to be great...... but needs a polishing

I like how the rooms were spacious. I didn't know until I got there that it had a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and a microwave. Wish the pool was open but it’s still early May. Parking was easy.

We paid to come swim for an evening w.our daughter and the pool was broken. Said it hasn't worked in over 3 years. The coffee tasted like water, no real sugar, and the only breakfast were oatmeal packs. My kid was excited about swimming and breakfast, so instead of enjoying her last weekend of summer break, we dealt with disappointment.

Parking was easy... staff was nice didnt take advantage is breakfast due to the fact?There was a grab and go.

The elevator broke down while on it we had to wait 2 hours to check in and there was noise until 2 am

Property was really run down, the bike in the work out room was broke, breakfast was coffee and muffins, the bathroom and overall room was really run down. Wasn’t awful and was fine for what we needed that night, but nothing was great!

Property seems like it is going through a remodel, or starting one. Main elevator was out of order for maintenance, but secondary elevator was working. Morning breakfast consisted of a granola bar and/or a muffin. There may have been oatmeal packets but none when we went down at 7am on Saturday. We ended up finding a local breakfast place nearby after checking out. Room overall was ok. Staff was friendly.

Staff did well but ownership needs to step up and improve the facilities

Bathroom tub was peeling . Could not adjust the shower head TV didnt work light bulb needed to be replaced in one of the lamps. The entrance door to the hotel was dirty bouth inside and out. I wasn't very impressed.

They served coffee in which the desk lady said they’re only allowed to make one thing of coffee. They had 3 packs of oatmeal and that was it. The room had chipped bath tub and the room and hallway smelled like mold and mildew covered in a air freshener

This hotel does NOT look like the pictures online. We checked in on a Friday and there was a wet towel in the hallway floor near the lobby, that exact same wet towel sat there until we checked out 3 days later. Our room was never cleaned nor were we asked if we needed anything restocked. If you want new towels you have to go return them yourself and was always told by the morning front desk lady they did not have anymore towels to exchange our wet towels. Magically the housekeeper found some everytime which we were told was from her “personal stock” by front desk lady. Did not feel safe even going out to my car after dark. People staying there were very questionable. There was an eaten chicken bone in the light outside our room and it stayed there the entire time of our stay. The hallways stunk and it was very outdated. The one good thing I could say was the beds were comfortable.

Not professional at all, dirty, don’t have things u would need as far as toothpaste, mouthwash etc lobby was very dirty glass windows was very dirty hallways stink room had stink bugs i would not stay der again

Everyone was great and friendly, however, the property is very rundown. The 1st floor smelled like dog and smoke which was almost unbearable. There was also not enough towels. I asked for more and was only given 1 because thats all they had available. If you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head, this might work, but dont expect much cleanliness.

We got in the room and the window was broken, glass in the room, no sheets and extremely dirty. We asked for a full refund and left.

Room was gross. Switched our original room because the door was left open & the room was left dirty (no clean towels or toilet paper) went to a different room and it was super dirty. We tolerated it but will never be staying here again. It was gross.

No air conditioning in room in 90 degree heat. Entire hotel smelled of mold. Shower was filthy

We were there seven days, no housekeeping until 7th day, no blanket on bed. Had kitchen, no kitchen stuff provided, not even coffee maker. All had to be "ordered" at front desk, apparently for a fee. Was charged a deposit that we had not been informed of. Room had to be checked before checkout. Stayed at other extended stays and never had these issues. Very small room. Not very comfortable for any length of time, sleep service at front desk.

Air condition did not work well but it was fairly comfortable. The hotel was ok for the price. Would probably not stay there again.

I was in a room that had a door that went to the furnace and the furnace ran all light off and on it was loud. It was room 234 and there were upstairs must’ve been kids and they were running and jumping all night, I called downstairs to the lobby the front desk about three or four times Between one and 3 AM and never got no answer. Actually, the bathtub was slick and when I got in there to take a shower, I slept and fell in my back and elbow. I’m OK, but it was tough getting out of the tub. Other than that. It was a good experience.

A surprisingly good hotel for the price. Much nicer than we expected, in fact. Spacious, clean room, quiet and no unpleasant smells. Bed was comfortable, nothing to complain about. The staff were excellent — friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Reserved 2 rooms.1st room for our kids was fine. Husband & I had a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, but asked to change rooms in the morning. In hindsight, I should have asked to change rooms that first night, but we were tired from traveling. They did not have another room available with a king bed, so we agreed to a smaller room with a queen. That room was missing the TV and the refrigerator! We told the desk personnel & they said they'd talk w/manager. Upon returning to our room that evening, several occupied rooms we passed in the hallway had cigarette smoke seeping out. (There were signs posted as it being a non-smoking facility, but the staff apparently doesn't enforce/kick out people for smoking). There was loud music coming from the room next to ours after midnight. I called the desk to ask when their quiet hours begin, and he didn't know what I meant by quiet hours. I asked for him to knock on the door to ask that guest to turn off/down the music. An hour later, my husband had to go down to the desk & demanded they tell the other guest to turn down the music. It wasn't just playing, it was blaring. Upon checkout, I asked to see my charges as I booked 2 rooms. 1 room was fine, but I expected to be reimbursed for the 2nd one (smoke, noise, queen, no fridge, no tv). They told me I'd see an email w/adjustments. No discounts/adjustments given. I was charged the full amount. Very disappointed!!!!

The room was spacious, but the walls were very thin. We heard lots of shouting and fighting in neighboring rooms and stomping and very loud noises on the floor above (and all around). Upon checkin, I was told if I needed fresh towels, to bring them down to the front desk and they would exchange for me. After our all day lacrosse tournament, we all wanted showers so we brought our towels to the desk to exchange, where K was informed that j would have to wait for them to wash and dry them and get them back to us, which would take 2 hours. It was late and we had to leave early the next morning, so we were stuck reusing wet towels. Also, they advertise free breakfast, but all they have is granola bars and coffee, which is NOT breakfast.

Check in took more than 30 min as they did not have info about late arrival. Finally after 25 min or so they found it but they had issues to take the deposit. Staff said she was new and no one told her about my late arrival. She tried her best and did apologize

We arrived shortly after 11 pm (I had previously called to let them know we’d be arriving between 10-11 pm & they said they would note the account). When we arrived we were told they were overbooked & we would have to call hotels.com to get refunded & make other arrangements. We were not the only people without a room & scrambling to find somewhere to stay either. It appeared at least 8-10 other groups has this same issue. Not acceptable!!

When I arrived late afternoon, there was no one to check me in. Someone from cleaning staff said to yell loudly and some one will come. I tried that; no one came. I searched around and finally found some one on a smoke break who checked me in. Then one elevator was down and the clerk did not give me good instructions on finding the other elevator. When I finally got to my room down a long hall, my plastic key did not work, so I had to retrace my steps, with luggage, to get one that did work. The room itself was fine. The grab-and-go breakfast was nothing more than dried oatmeal packets.

I arrived at the hotel and was notified that they had no room available for me and it was cancelled . So i need a refund

I stayed here and paid a 100 dollar deposit at the hotel. After some time, I called in regards to my deposit. I was told twice that my refund was coming and it never happened. I disputed the charge with my bank and they sent back it was for the room when I booked through Hotels.com. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The property canceled my reservation upon check in citing that they were over booked. I had prepaid them directly and they assured me earlier that day that everything was fine with my room. When i showed them that i had prepaid weeks before the trip and that i booked it months ahead of time as well, they DEMANDED that i explain to them why my room would have been overbooked. Worst service ever.

It was a nice room and facility, but check in was a pain. The guy kept trying to set the card machine up for my security deposit, and it took him any number of tries before he got it working. The computer may have been slow, and I was drowsy anyway, but it felt like a half hour before he figured out what to press on his tablet to set it up. At least he figured it out.

The booking system lost my reservation and the check in process was very slow - and the information logged in for our stay was not recorded accurately making it difficult for my employee to access her room

We didn’t stay there and I’m waiting for my refund. A late flight and delay in our rental car caused us to arrive super late. Upon arriving manager on site was watching tv and told us we were “kicked out” because we arrived past checkin time even though we were paid. There information does not have checkin hours only after 3pm. Horrible experience

The area is good. Nobody available at checkout at front desk. Gave away my daughters room they booked 5 days earlier

This property is okay. Worked fine for our one night stay. The hotel is dingy and needs some updating and fresh paint but is generally clean. It is very close to 465 and lots of restaurants, shops, etc... It will charge a $100 deposit for possible damages that you get back after checkout. However, there is only a person there to check the rooms beginning at 7am-11pm. This was a little inconvenient since we had to check out at 6:30 am. I was able to check out, but not be present at the walk through that determined whether I got my money back. I made sure to video what our room looked like when we left in case there was any issues. Rooms had decent space and beds were mostly comfy. Pillows could use updating. There are quiet hours beginning at 10pm which was also nice. Didn't here any guests disturbances. Overall, for the price I paid, it served it's purpose. Front desk was accommodating when someone was working it.

I wouldn’t recommend a family to stay at the hotel. There were some shady activity going on in the area and after 9pm there was no one at the front counter. Somebody kept the side door open with sticks so people without keys could access the property.

Location was good, lots of paces to eat.

Quiet and convenient with great access to all kinds of eateries the guest and staff were nice

What I liked was that you could ask for anything extra, in which the staff would be happy to provide, and there were amenities such as laundry and vending machines that worked well, on the other hand, it doesn't seem too clean (not the worst either) and I strongly advise using a car if you want to book here as it is in one of those car-heavy locations unlike Downtown indy

We called for one hour until someone finally came out to check us in. The air condition is broke so no cold air, only heat during summer time. Not clean and the area was bad.

It was an average stay. Breakfast was a joke. They served granola bars and coffee. Just say on the website no breakfast.

To start: Nothing in kitchen to use, no ice bucket, phone not working, 2 lights not working. The breakfast was horrible - coffee and a few nutri-grain bars. Sad!

Guy at the front desk was very closed off not really friendly, they said they had breakfast but it’s only coffee and a small amount of muffins you would have to ask them to bring more muffins out, my shower for the king room did not work but I did not feel like changing rooms or being a “Bother” I think they judge everyone here the same , we were just staying for a night away with family. They really just need new workers with integrity, and good cleaning skills. 4/10

Worst breakfast ever!! It ruined the whole stay and showed how little they valued their guests. Below bare minimum. Everything smelled of smoke - lobby, elevator and bedroom

My reservation went through Expedia. I booked a King size bed. When I checked in and got to my room, it was a standard bed. I called the front desk and they said they did not have it from Expedia as a king bed. Also, it listed as breakfast included and as it turns out, it is a grab & go breakfast that consisted only of coffee, hot chocolate, granola bars, and oatmeal. I was expecting the normal breakfast that you get when "breakfast included" is mentioned. For a grab & go there was not even juice, or fruit. Disappointing...

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast offerings were a joke though, do not count on this method for breakfast. A couple packets of oatmeal and some nature valley bars is not continental breakfast

It was a clean room. Don't call it a continental breakfast 7:30 AM and no coffee, a breakfast bar, or oatmeal. for the cost reasonable. But glass in the parking lot and near the entrance at check in and still present when leaving the next day. Passable for cost, but not liking the $100.00 deposit.
