Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Louisville South, KY

My family loved their stay. Their room was little a small apartment. Very convenient for a small family. They want to stay another time. Clean room and a nice breakfast.

Room was dirty. Soap and hair in the shower and huge wet spot on the carpet. Sofa bed had most bottom springs missing not usable and the microwave did not work. Notified hotels.com who told me to go speak to the front desk. He said he could do nothing that the manager would be there at 9am. Checked out before 12pm manager not there other employee said he was sorry he could not do anything. I told them to fix the bed before someone got hurt.

Pool was "under maintenance" during stay so could not use. This was not listed on the website, and it was the main reason we booked with this hotel was the indoor pool. Also understand about having a medical emergency but they booked us directly across the hall from it as it was happening during our check in. The horrible odor in the hallway was nauseating, I would have thought they would not have sent us to a room directly across from it upon check in while that was happening but maybe no other choice. There were a lot of dead bugs in the window seal the toilet clogged twice during our stay and the noise level from the hwy was pretty loud. We managed as we were there for two nights a little tired when we left but we got through the stay. Do not plan on staying there again if we visit the area. The people working there were very friendly was the redeeming quality of the stay.
