We had two great nights at this hotel. Nice, comfortable beds, welcoming lobby and bar and nice staff. Parking was expensive however and it was a bit loud from the hallway outside our room.

great property ducked off from the hustle and bustle of the french quarter area. the property conditions need to be better though, the elevators were broken and stopping at every floor, the hall way to enter the property was very musky. The beds are super soft and the staff is very courteous.

This property is not well kept nor very sanitary overall. From urine on the toilet upon my arrival, multiple dirty towels being provided and the sheets on the bed were not clean. There are many other properties in the area if one is interested. Ultimately, if you choose to stay here just be aware this property does not live up to its name you will be disappointed.

Overall the staff was friendly, and great, the room itself was decent, but the bathroom was disgusting. I hardly wanted to shower in it. There was crust and water stains that had not been cleaned I emailed the property after my stay and sent these pictures and did not hear a response. The hallways were also dirty with dark spots on the wall etc. The friendliness of the staff made up for the shortcomings. But for an Omni hotel I was disappointed with the cleanliness

Was my first time at a Omni hotel in New Orleans and i was disappointed with the cleanliness. The room carpet was jave stains, the shower had mildew in and out the shower, the windows have calcium build-up to the point that you cant see well through it., and one of the main issues were.... By room 306 there was a blue gel capsule and a pink nail since the first day of my stay that was monday 7/15 and i check out and the nail and capsule were there. Houseperson did not vacuum the hallways or any employee were able to see it. The staff are very nice and helpful and the lobby is nice. Is close to the Outlet and walking distances to all nice places. Only detail is Housekeeping doesn't look to be details oriented or the leadership need to inspect the areas better. The room cleanliness can be done by utilizing the right chemicals. A good training to the staff and follow up from the leaders.

Nice rooms, nice location. Some notes: first room had a very musty/moldy smell. Second room was much better but still musty. There were no blankets on the bed, just sheets which was odd. Had to dig a small light blanket out of the closet. Bathrooms were great. Wonderful shower too. High pressure. The staff were all great as well.

The stay was good. We stayed in a room with two beds and the beds were too small for two ppl to sleep on. The water took too long to get hot. Other thank that, everything was findle. Next time traveling with family, we will have to book a bigger suite.

The entire staff was perfectly perfect in any and all requests. I have only issues with in-room appliances. Our original mini-fridge didn't work and had to get a replacement. I will they were slightly bigger. There was no microwave either in the room. When we requested one, it was promptly brought but was inoperable as well. I would have given it a 5 Star rating, but will only give a 4 Star. I would rebook with this property 100%.

Booked a room (months in advance) for 2 doubles beds. Upon arrival they told me my room wasn’t available & that they “upgraded” me to a king and pull out couch suite. Our ac did not work, they had to bring up fans for us. This suite had stairs, that my toddler kept trying to climb and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. They refused to give us any kind of discount or offer us another room. So disappointed.

Great location — a short walk to the French Quarter and trams/buses. The room was lovely; the bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated not being able to hear anything from other guests in their rooms, and service was impressively fast whenever I made a request. The foyer/bar/restaurant area was beautifully designed and relaxing to spend time in. The downside? Lots of light from the bedroom windows 24/7 and lots of doors slamming (highly sprung fire doors) with conversations in the hallways you could hear clearly through the large gap under the bedroom door. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, and the water was scalding hot! Overall, the staff were attentive, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and I would stay again.

Upon check in, we were meet with one of the most unprofessional front desk clerks we'd ever encountered. She was attempting to look up my reservation, asked for my name twice and when I offered the confirmation number she ignored me. I asked again and she placed her hands on th top of the screen and said "chill out", as if she and I were acquaintances of some sort. The encounter continued to go down hill as she invited another guest over "with her eyes" as we were finishing our business with her. She would be the reason I don't recommend any of my Mardi Gras friends and family stay there. Conversely, Leonard in the bar was top tier...5 Star. He was hands down the brightest star during our stay. I will visit the hotel bar and interact with Leonard any day of the week.

Everything was AMAZING! Especially Hollis! Everyone was super friendly and so helpful. We were close enough yo walk everywhere we wanted to go. The valet people were also amazing! 10/10!!! I highly recommend this hotel and would also stay here again myself!!

Front desk service was bad - kind of rude. It also did not smell good at the lobby area. The breakfast buffet was very limited - kind of like a motel. The parking was $50/night extra. But its location is relatively close to the Cesars Casino, which is a plus. But its location is relatively far to the Bourbon street or Cafe Dumont if you plan to walk. In short, probably would prefer to avoid it next time.

Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. We particularly liked the gentleman who worked in the dining room for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable, large, with nice amenities. Restaurants were within walking distance. It could not have been a more convenient location to get to the cruise port, which was virtually right across the street!

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. I would recommend you stay here. It’s close to restaurants, showing, mall and the port and only a few blocks away from Bourbon Street. Friendly and welcoming staff. Loved my stay.

I loved the location across from the convention center and Riverwalk. French Quarters was a short walk away. Plenty to do and see even if you didn't have a car.

That a hotel this expensive does not provide even the de minimus coffee and pastry is absurd. Holiday Inn does it; this place expects you to settle for a cup of coffee w/half and half in little plastic portions - or wait a very long time for a very expensive breakfast. There are other hotels, just as centrally located, which I will consider if I go back to NOLA. The hotel also failed to note I had added an extra day, requiring a trip to the desk - where they failed to correct my key card.

Staff downstairs was very friendly. Bartender was excellent. The dining room service really stunk. They only cleaned our room two out of five days.

Staff was a little short, kitchen didnt have multiple items on the menu, chicken pene had an inch of oil in it and the cuban sandwich ( after not having the bbq chicken) was wilted, all pork gristle. Not even, and soggy. Not a place i would recommend, especially in the Gastro Capitol of America.

We had two great nights at this hotel. Nice, comfortable beds, welcoming lobby and bar and nice staff. Parking was expensive however and it was a bit loud from the hallway outside our room.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Limited choices and medium quality. The French toast was like concrete. Housekeeping kept the room clean but did not refill toiletries and coffee. The staff was very friendly.

The room was awesome for the price i paid. Shower wasnt scorching hot, bath robes were comfy, bed as well. The service was great as well didnt make me feel comfortable and the food was awesome. Only thing i didn't like was the fact that breakfast wasnt served on time an d i jad to miss out. Just saying if they say breakfast is served at 7 and 15 minutes later they're still isnt any food, what the fudge? Also the parking. $44 a day to park is ridiculous. Other than that i loved my stay at your hotel.

Great staff, clean rooms, great location specific to my trip all for a great price. The only area lacking was the kitchen/restaurant staff. Went down to get breakfast and they said it would be 30 more minutes. So we went back up to the room and came back down only for them to say 20 more minutes. Extremely disappointing.

My stay was okay. I just think that considering the amount of reservations they had the hotel could have been staff a little more efficient. They only seem to have 2 working staff for Valet and bell man. I had to wait for over an hour for my vehicle. The manager did comp me one night. The breakfast buffet did not have much of a variety for the cost. I have stayed in better hotels in New Orleans. I give it a 3-4 star because of staffing.

Large and clean room with friendly staff. I would have preferred an ice maker on our floor (2nd) rather than have to call and wait for staff to bring some, but they were usually prompt. Used the valet service. The gentlemen handling our cars were friendly, but had to "look for them" several times to get our car in the morning. Be prepared to wait 10-20 min for your car when it's not busy. Convenient location.
