Trident Inn & Suites New Orleans

It’s was very nice I understand y'all probably was remodeling it’s was very clean and smell good

Wasn't anything like the pics only think match the pic was the cover on the bed, shower had rust in it shower curtains don't stay closed water was all on the floor the hotel smelled like and old breakfast sucked and the coffee was nasty

Breakfast could’ve been better than what it was if you have bagels, you should have some form of cream cheese

Hotel is very dated furniture/carpet wise, our room smelt horrible, I had to buy air freshener. The air-conditioning was very very noisy & mouldy in the vents defo need a good clean or replacing. Breakfast had no real choices, waffles or cereal nothing for my friend who needs gluten free. Miles from anywhere, Ubers to get to places like Canal Street/ Bourbon Street cost between $18-$40 each way. Told there were no buses by hotel staff but if you walk towards the industrial area for around 20mins you can get buses for $1.25c.

Morning staff was very rude and sarcastic. She was very judgmental to the point I told her keep the deposit being pink hair petty Betty
