For the money it was decent but nothing special. The outside is gated and requires a key after the office is closed so it makes you feel a little safer. Breakfast was just cereal or pancakes. Fro the price if i go back to new orleans i would book here again.

They advertise the pool, yet the pool is pad-locked. Breakfast was a disappointment, as they had empty containers that were supposed to hold eggs and sausage, and they ran out of yogurt half way through our stay. They did not give enough towels (you turn in 6 towels and they give you two - for a family of 4).

Found a cockroach the first step we got in . We are very disappointed , the pool was so dirty that it was green . The phone doesn't work , the AC smells like ciggars . Tv doesn't work , weird stains everywhere . Please do better !😡

We had a great stay. Didn’t except the room to be as nice as they were. People at the front desk were very nice! And trust me we asked a lot of questions. They had waffles, eggs, yogurts, apples, bagels, and muffins for breakfast. Pool area is insanely pretty. The only complaint I had is our is I think they have softener in the water which makes it hard to know when the the soap is off your body. We stayed 9/27/24 to 9/29/24 through hotels and then added a night through them. I’d come here again if we came back.

When we arrived i needed to do laundry, followed all the instructions, detergent etc, put cash in, pressed start and nothing, the fellow at the front desk said he would get someone out in 30 mins to sort it, after waiting more than 3 hours and 4 trips to the front desk he gave me a bag to get my detergent soaked clothes out and wait til morning so we wasted a full evening stuck in the room for nothing, i was so angry, if he said 1st time that it would be morning we could have gone out, to top that off the filter was broken in the pool so we could not use it for the duration of our stay, very upset and angry and all the other negative emotions as our holiday was ruined here

Worst night here, cannot sleep the A/C was a lawnmower, cannot connect to internet, no cable channel oh yes just 5 channels, no monoxide fire detector, can hear your neighbors. Towels and sheets clean. Gated. No coffer maker in the room but can have one at the lobby.

Hotel rooms do not look like the photos. Pool is only open 11-6 and that’s IF they decide to even open it for the day. Ceiling leaking and had ants crawling all over the sink area. We reserved 2 room one handicap and one regular room let me tell you the handicap was terrible my elderly parents almost fell in the tub the handle was loose inside the bathtub the handle where you put the towels fell for no reason. The other room under the bed was a lot of trash the towels where very dirty with a foot mark with grease the towels to dry yourself was filled with other people’s hair the bed was filled with pubic hair it was so disgusting. Terrible stay would not recommend it at all.

It was a place to stay and it wasn’t just downright awful but there were so minuses. No wifi was working, used contacts on the bathroom floor, dirty shower, things like that. It had a bed though so that’s all I really needed.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life. Clearly one of the two worst. This is Quality Out, not Quality Inn. Filthy, door didn’t shut completely from the outside, stains on walls—who knows from what, sticky/unclean air, attempted to be masked by air cleaner or something. Felt unsafe and generally uncomfortable. I left after one night.

Front desk staff at night when we checked in as it was a late check in very friendly very nice got to the hotel room the air conditioner worked that's about all I can say it was extremely Dusty like it had not been dusted in weeks no shower curtain phone didn't work so you could not call the front desk to get a new shower coat the room was full of gnats I would not stay there again not unless it was my absolute Last Resort whenever I reported the issues to the guy at the front desk as I was checking out he did not seem to care either way in my personal opinion I think I should get at least a 40% discount off of what I paid because yes I did sleep there because it needed to but could not take a shower my proper shower anyway because not having a shower curtain and the gnats made it hard to sleep like I said the air conditioner worked that's about all I can say

The gate to get in and out of the property was a good idea, and the refrigerator was very cold. The beds were very clean. The shower needs some fixing there was a hold in the wall and it was leaking. The air-conditioning kept me up because it was loud. The fan in the bathroom was so loud we couldn't use it. The bathroom wasn't clean the floor hadn't been swept, there was some small green beads on the floor. There were ants in there under the sink, but someone came right away to spray for them. I wouldn't stay there even again

This place is pitiful! The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The bathroom door didn’t close. When we got there, there was no water. Picked up the phone to call the front desk, phone didn’t work. People yelling and screaming in the parking lot at all hours of the night. I don’t recommend staying here.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep, I would think twice about booking at Quality Inn New Orleans I-10 East. The biggest letdown during our stay was the beds. Even though the rest of the hotel might be okay, a good night's sleep is what matters most, and sadly, we didn't get that here. I'm in my early thirties, usually don't fuss over beds, and don't have any back problems. But after just one night here, I woke up in so much pain I could barely move. It wasn't just me either; my kids, who are 10 and 12, also complained their backs hurt, which is really unusual for them. Because of how bad the beds were, I wouldn't stay here again. If you need a good rest, this might not be the place for you. Check other reviews to see if they've changed the beds, but until then, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your comfort.

Likes: the bedding seemed clean. The towels were newer and fluffy. Dislikes: in serious need of repair. They are working on it which means the noise level is up. The floors in room were not clean. Breakfast was minimal and guests were looking for utensils in cupboards. Wifi in room would work occasionally. Staff said they would reset the router but that never worked. Wifi did work at office. I did feel pretty safe with the electric gate closed at night. But it was all in so much need of repair…. You get a clean comfortable bed but that’s about it. The lady working at desk doesn’t like her job. So bad I can’t even look at a Quality Inn sign without shuddering.

There was a hole in the wall and the smell of cigarettes, despite claims of being a no smoking room. It is important to note that the staff was kind and since we only stayed one night, we did not communicate these issues. We selected this property for price, so I did not have high hopes, but looking back I would have paid a few extra bucks to avoid this experience.

There was conflicting check in information when we booked. Expedia said check in was 2:00 PM but the hotel said we couldn’t check in until 3:00. We arrived at 2 and there was no one in the office and a sign on the door saying no check in until 3. It would have been nice to empty our stuff after traveling and shower before going downtown but we weren’t able to because we couldn’t check in or get into the room.

The manager was nice upon checking us in. The manager was responsive to all concerns such as the rooms linking sinks and air conditioners. No functional wifi, terrible, poor, rude housekeepers. It wasn't until I had to go next door to the Best Westen hotel to connect to their Wifi before the front desk lady call the manager or owner to get the phone number to thier wifi team. The two lady housekeepers again were horrible and continued to refuse to clean our rooms. Even after requesting at the front desk for housekeeping. We would have to wait until the housekeepers were passing by to ask for their cleaning supplies and change of towels, etc.

When we first got there everything seemed to be okay, the front desk attendant was able to give us a smoking room but we lost the king size bed as requested. When we got to the room the sheets were dirty and it was ashes everywhere. No staff came offer house keeping, change the trash or give extra towels for our 2 night stay. When we finally saw the lady on the day of checkout before 11 to ask for towels. we were told no at first but when we mentioned we never got any more to use our entire stay, then she gave us 1 towel to share. I was very disappointed in this stay and I will never come back again. honestly I want my money back

Property employees were super nice and helpful BUT the property definitely looks way better on photos. All Uber drivers would tell us that not many drivers would pick us up from this location due to it being in very close proximity to one of the MOST DANGEROUS AREAS IN NEW ORLEANS!! Luckily once you’re in the gate of the property and in your room it’s fairly okay. Our bathroom door didn’t close all the way because the shower curtain rod was in the way, the rooms smell like cigarettes, and one of our rooms shower barley drained.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was small but varied. The room was perfectly clean and acceptable. The only negative is that the area was a little sketchy and so were the clientele. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

The stay was very disappointing. Dirty walls, ceilings needing maintenance, bugs in the bathroom, old dingy pillowcases and definitely not enough soap or towels. I will never stay at another Quality Inn. Ever. If that isn't enough let me add the spongy powdered eggs, tasteless sausage and frozen butter for your toast. No quality at that inn at all .

I had an enjoyable time while I was at the Quality Inn. I had a couple of initial issues and they solved them expeditiously and i was very thrilled and happy about it. The weekend breakfast had eggs and Pork Sausage in addition to the normal cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, pastries and waffles, so this was an added surprise and a welcome one of course. I like it when businesses go up and beyond the call of duty for their clients. And because of this, i will come back to stay at their property again and again.

My peace was disturbed at times. However I was able to make a room change. Place has roach problem and those mugs are huge! Aside from that clean enough for the price and you get continental type breakfast (yogurt, muffins,juice). Hot bfast are waffles. Confusing why there's a microwave. Oatmeal or grits packets wouldve been a fabulous add. Or at least some cream cheese in addition to butter or jelly for the bread you can toast. Would I come back-possibly for a shorter stay.

The included breakfast is not the worst that I’ve had, but the coffee was a miss. Watery. A waffle machine, pastries, eggs made from powder, pork sausage, cereal, toast and juice/tea rounded out the selection. At least it was hot. The room itself smelled horrible upon entry- as if it had been closed off for awhile without A/C in the New Orleans heat. I was tired, so I quickly got over it because the bed was comfortable.The check-in attendant was great.

The hotel on the outside seem to look presentable. However, we went to our rooms and when we opened the door, there was a strong putrid smell mixed with cigarette smoke. The AC was off in the room, and it was very hot, humid, and uncomfortable. It took two hours for the entire room to cool off. The room had two full sized beds, a thick sofa like chair, and an office chair. The furniture hair had dried semen on it. It was disgusting. I placed a plastic bag over it. I was too tired from driving to go to the front office to get our room changed. To be honest, I’m sure the other rooms were the same like that one. Both beds were on top of a tin platform. When you sat on the bed, you heard the tin crumble. The noise was horrible. The bathroom door did not close all the way. It seemed off the hinges a little because as you closed the door it dragged on the floor until it couldn’t close at that point. Th sink was stopped up when used. When you used the sink the water pooled into it. The drain wasn’t working. They had all kinds of people hanging out by our rooms last night making a lot of noise. It was like that was the hang out place. It seemed like people lived there. I will never stay at that hotel again. I bought kids there and they looked at me like it was my fault I bought them there. They were very unhappy and disappointed. So, was I.

I’am writing to formally report severe privacy violations and unacceptable sanitary conditions during my recent stay…. At check-in, I observed guests' licenses publicly posted on a board. When I questioned the requirement for a copy of my own ID, the clerk told me to I can just leave and this was a managers policy which is an envision of privacy. I felt pressured to stay as my room was already paid for…. The first room assigned was unsanitary and poorly maintained. It smelled strongly of mold, the bedding and pillows were stained, a shell was left on the bed, the tub was stained, the shower curtain was missing, and the shower head was heavily corroded. Additionally, there was black mold on the lampshade, the towel bar was missing, and the faucet handle fell off…. The second room was equally problematic. The air conditioning unit was rusted, missing its top panel, and non-functional. The main light fixture's power cord was cut, the telephone was dirty, the coffee tray was rusted, and the bathroom ceiling vent was broken and hanging. Moved to a third room….Given these extreme cleanliness issues, non-functional amenities, and privacy violations, I request that this matter be reviewed and addressed immediately.
