Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Camp Springs Andrews Air Force Base , MD

Gutes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Auch das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut und tatsächlich gab es leichte Abwechslung in der Fleischsorte. Der Check-in war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten 5min warten, bis sich die Dame am Empfang mal erhoben hat. Sie hat uns (bzw den Gast vor uns) zwar gesehen, aber sie hat lieber an ihrem Handy gespielt als ihren Job zu machen. Erst als ich gesehen habe, dass sie da sitzt (konnte ich von meiner Position nicht sehen), konnte ich was sagen und sie hat sich endlich mal erhoben. Generell wirkte die Frau auch sehr unfreundlich und gar nicht herzlich. Das hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Der Aufenthalt an sich war aber sehr angenehm, auch die Dame beim Check out war sehr freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Everything was satisfactory

The parking was great. The hotel was quiet. The outside was well maintained. I did not try tye breakfast but I did have coffee and that was good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk was helpful and allowed us to sit in the lounge after we checked out for a while. We were waiting to go to the airport so it was helpful. The young man that checked us in was helpful and gave us a room on the 1st floor for medical reasons that we needed. We were in room 121 and it was clean. The only negative for me, was the bed was not that comfortable. The window was actually unlocked and open. The person before us probably opened it and never bothered to shut it. Overall the stay was great and the price was too! I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites. The beds were extremely comfortable, a lot better than some more expensive places we’ve stayed. We were pleased with the price and hotel in general. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good, not bad for a free breakfast.
