We didn't have a TV remote in our room but the front desk attendant quickly found one for me. The toilet had issues with not filling up or taking a long time to fill. Also had a small amount of toilet paper left on roll and there wasn't another roll. So when I went down to get the TV remote I had to get another roll! These are things the cleaning people should double check. .

We came into our room with a toilet that would not stop running… My husband had to fix it but as soon someone used the toilet it would run again. We were there only 1 night so we delt with it. We had a wheelchair with us & there was only 1 working elevator & it was hard because it barely fit in the elevator & no one else could use it. The sheets were dirty & the WiFi was horrible. We pretty much slept in our clothes, got up & left. Won’t be coming back unfortunately.

I was very impressed how clean it was. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. My only issue was there were no towels or washcloths in our room. The housekeeper forgot to leave them.

When I first checked in, I was taken to a room with water damage on the wall and a carpet that was all messed up. I asked to move to another room, and they walked me to one that smelled like soiled milk. I asked if the clerk with me if they smelled it, and I think they acknowledged me, they did proceed to move me again. The third room they gave me was clean and most likely more recently remodeled, the air conditioners that didn’t work. I realized this after we moved there. I was so tired that I didn’t even want to go through it again. I called downstairs and let them know. The website noted the rooms were suppose have microwave, but it didn’t which was inconvenience since we had bought groceries since most of the restaurants is closed since we were in the ICU very late. So, we had to go to the breakfast room in the middle of the night to warm up food… all the staff is super sweet. The facility itself lacked up. The location was great right in front of the Walmart in your right near target.
