I was looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi but they were not working at the time we stayed. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean which we enjoyed. Will definitely stay at a Best Western again!

Great hotel right in the middle of town. Great "full" breakfast buffet and tasty. Conveniently located near shopping, dining and even a Super Market 2 blocks away. Had a nice fridge with freezer section that we kept supplies for our daily trips. This is a nice hotel for the price point. Clean indoor pool and large jacuzzi. Kind of noisy at night with the traffic.

We used to stay at the Kelly Inn and its a great place till they jacked up their prices and let all the town folk swim in the pool. This place is in an excellent location and is clean, only thing didnt cate for is the parking for snowmobile trailers.

We ultimately did not stay here. I went to check in and the very kind woman at the desk asked if I had a preference on floor for our room, I requested close to the pool as we have a 3 year old who loves to swim. She stated the pool was closed because it was being painted. At no point when I made my reservation was this noted anywhere. She canceled my reservation in her system and we contacted expedia who after about a 20 min chat was able to refund our stay.

This was a very convenient place to stay for our daily outings into Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, the run was spacious, the pool clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The price was high, but we got what we paid for. We had quality service and they cleaned up amazingly well. Very impressed with the staff.

The property needs better renovation. From check in, unfortunately there was a wait as there was just one person on the front desk and about 4 customer in line. Overall, the property is kept clean but desk chair in room had torn arm rest and 2 oil or white color stains on the bedsheet for one of the queen bed. There were few trucks parked in the entrance and low street lights but over all felt safe as its close to market. I was satisfied with the stay but maybe in coming future the rooms can benefit from makeover.

There were several issues with this hotel. First I could not use my Roku because i was told that there computer people said that the tv's were older and the Direct tv had no guide to see what was on. The other problem was you could not block out that lights in the parking lot because there was no curtains other than a very thin white curtin that blocked no light. I will never use a Best Western ever again.

Stayed here during our first ever trip to Yellowstone! Our room was nice though it was annoying how incredibly small the bathroom was. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was awesome and yummy, lots to choose from. Walking distance to to all the downtown shops was great, will stay here again next time we are in the area!

The hotel was good with a nice big room that was extremely spacious. However, the bathroom was very small. The sink was outside in the room and separate to the toilet and bathroom. This was inconvenient. The room was clean and the microwave and fridge facilities were very good. The room needs to refurbished and modernised.

This property is convenient since it is literally around the corner from the Yellowstone West Entrance. LOVE the breakfast options...The best even the 5 stars hotels can't compare to the selections. The minor con is the bathroom is small and the toilet is low. Overall, highly recommended.

This is a dated and well worn property but comfortable and spacious. Good location and walkable to the main area of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our daily breakfast even though they served the same food for our three mornings there.

Nothing wrong with this motel. Quiet, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the walkable restaurants were full, with long wait times. Even the local Subway sandwich shop greeting was “we are out of cheese”.

Property is very conveniently located close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Great service from the front staff, made a great suggestion of getting up early to avoid line up at the gate. It worked. What a breakfast, so many options at this place. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was amazing and also the breakfast staff was very helpful and courteous. The front desk staff, housekeeping, everyone was so friendly and willing to offer any kind of help needed. The location in town is perfect for dinner, shopping and entertainment and the location to the entrance to Yellowstone was the icing on the cake. If we ever travel to this area again we will be returning the the Best Western Desert Inn.

Breakfast was amazing and also the breakfast staff was very helpful and courteous. The front desk staff, housekeeping, everyone was so friendly and willing to offer any kind of help needed. The location in town is perfect for dinner, shopping and entertainment and the location to the entrance to Yellowstone was the icing on the cake. If we ever travel to this area again we will be returning the the Best Western Desert Inn.

I have booked the room with kitchen but the room I get was not with kitchen. After asking for the room hotel mentioned they are overbooked and cannot provide me the room I booked. It was so inconvenience because I had baby with me I have to prepare food. But because of the missing kichen it was so difficult for me to manage.

Breakfast was amazing and also the breakfast staff was very helpful and courteous. The front desk staff, housekeeping, everyone was so friendly and willing to offer any kind of help needed. The location in town is perfect for dinner, shopping and entertainment and the location to the entrance to Yellowstone was the icing on the cake. If we ever travel to this area again we will be returning the the Best Western Desert Inn.

The location in town is perfect for dinner, shopping and entertainment and the location to the entrance to Yellowstone was the icing on the cake. Location right outside Yellowstone entrance, walkable to downtown, excellent breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed, pool area clean, ample parking, friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was nice and quiet. Had easy access to areas in the town. The breakfast wasn’t bad, just wish the time was a little longer than 6-9, at least for the fountain drinks. Overall not a bad experience.

Loved that property was centrally located and we could walk to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast had many choices but coffee needs some work.

The staff and breakfast at this place is top notch!!!! Seriously the best hotel breakfast on our 14 day road trip. The beds were comfortable and it had a detached sink - which I like. The room was a very generous size, the “bathroom” not so much. Is was tiny and the shower head was clogged and the holes that would spray water went all different directions (a bathroom update would go a long way). Overall it is a great hotel. I forgot to mention that my family loved the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking at Yellowstone.

This property is convenient since it is literally around the corner from the Yellowstone West Entrance. LOVE the breakfast options...The best even the 5 stars hotels can't compare to the selections. The minor con is the bathroom is small and the toilet is low. Overall, highly recommended.

The staff that I called to check availability was friendly, he checked me in as fast as they could, I slept pretty good, breakfast was great. I would stay there again. Best Western has not disappointed yet.

We selected this hotel because of its interior hallways and its close proximity to Yellowstone park West entrance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My husband wishes there were night stands on each side of the bed and a mini retractable clothes line in the shower to hang up swim suits. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the elevator did not work when we arrived it was fixed the next day or so. The staff offered assistance to take our luggage up for us if we needed help. Breakfast was good and there were staff there to replenish containers and keep the area clean. Part of the breakfast area was open after hours for coffee, tea, hot cocoa, hot cider and even instant oatmeal. The pool and hot tub seemed to have too much chlorine but that might have been a regulation. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels. We enjoyed our 5 nite stay but most of all we were able to see Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons!

The hotel was actually better than we expected. Had a decent buffet, pool and everything was clean. Check in and Check out were seamless. Has a great location with easy access to the West entry of Yellowstone National Park. Never could get internet access to work properly and often left without. Finally got a staff member figure out what the problem was which required a router reboot for the entire system. Don't think their system could handle the traffic during July 4th tourism and needs a serious upgrade. Really pricey...but it was 4th of July week so it seems to be most motels do price gouging quite legally. Good place...3 Star.

Hotel is in a great location, very close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone. It's walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is looking a bit dated but it is an older hotel. Breakfast was good, a bit chaotic with children helping themselves and spilling a lot. We did not have housekeeping come in during our stay and just requested what was needed. We kept the Do Not Disturb on the door but had an incident, while on an important phone call, where housekeeping tried to come into the room even with the sign on the door. Did not appreciate that.

Hotel is in a great location, very close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone. It's walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is looking a bit dated but it is an older hotel.
